• Alina (10/5): - The hotel is walking distance to the National Cheng Chung University, so it's perfect if you attend an event there. It offers washing machine which is free to use (only $10 for washing powder). The room is clean and has an electric kettle and some tea. The breakfast was good and some dishes vary every day. Overall a good experience.

• Karan (8/5): - It's a comfortable stay in the Minxiong area, and it is very suitable for guests visiting CCU. The rooms lacked closets. But apart from this, the facilities were excellent and it was an excellent stay.

The area around the hotel is full of small restaurants with very good food.The room was very comfortable and quite big, while the breakfast was excellent.

• 嘉惠 (9/5): - 1.早餐還不錯，會一直補充，服務人員態度很OK。2.三人房的床鋪為三小床，可以各自睡得安穩，房間內有茶包、咖啡包、礦泉水之外，這次竟然有提供方塊酥，有點小驚喜。3.距離嘉義鬧區有距離，飯店本身也沒有甚麼娛樂設施，但距離中正大學、南華大學非常近，若是學生就讀此校，家長來此可選擇住宿這裡，很實惠。 獨立一小床的那個房間，不知是否因為床鋪直接靠牆壁，而牆壁另一側就是電梯，所以一直聽到電梯上下運作的聲響。建議床鋪直接在房間置中擺放就好。

• 怡婷 (7/5): 如果沒有遇到清潔上的疏失，應該是會很喜歡的 - 住宿整體感覺還不錯，停車非常方便，就在學校附近。 原本入住的房間，因為馬桶未清洗，仍留有上組房客的尿漬及經血漬.. 雖然立即給我們換了房間，但已經產生對飯店在清潔上的擔憂。

• 謝 (3/5): - 隔音效果奇差房間門口電梯間對話音量很大，分棟式管理每棟前面拉繩子顏色很淡容易害住客絆倒、棟與棟之間高高低低無障礙設施差，完全無公共設施，周邊環境安靜晚上幾乎舞法享受相關的飯店服務。

• 敏瑛 (7/5): - 座落中正大學旁，傍晚可在校園內的鳳凰大道欣賞夕陽。夜間安靜，櫃檯人員態度親切 下午4點入住，一開始給的房間竟然是沒整理的，令人印象不佳，經反應後馬上換房並升等，但房間電視遙控器也故障，聯繫櫃檯後立馬派人來修，櫃檯服務態度很好，但設施與房務有加強的空間。
