- Kesha Marie Tallo (9/5): - The location was good. There were lots of shops and restaurants that were only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There were several convenience stores nearby (family mart, lawson, 7 eleven). Would recommend an upgrade to a non-smoking room if you are a non-smoker as the hallway would smell of nicotine if a guest did smoke.

- Chi (7/5): as above - overall if you are a couple and location is the main feature this is perfect location literally 5 mins walk from Dontonburi no daily room cleaning as only 3 days, no safe which for a 4* hotel is very disappointing and no complimentary water. Internet was not great but as I travelled with my wife then it was fine. For families I would not recommend it.

- Tim (8/5): All smiles from me - By far some of the best receptionist staff I've met during this stay! The building itself is a stones throw away from the famous Dotonbori filled with food stalls stores and that one neon light "Glico" running man. A further walk southbound down the street directly in front of the hotel and you'll reach Nipponbashi den den town (denki no machi) which is a mecca of pop culture where you'll find all sorts of electronics shops, maid cafes, anime goods and more. The view was of the side street which was fine but couldn't capture too much of the skyline. We came at the tail end of breakfast but they had already stopped serving new food, the kushiyaki was solid though. Some guest ate only the niku from the nikujaga (leaving only jaga) which I understand is not the hotel's fault but was kind of amusing

- Karren (7/5): - Fast and easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful concierge / reception. Relatively close to Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori: About 10-15 min walk. Convenient stores right across the street. Turn-down / cleaning service is scheduled every x days - not daily. You need to remember to takeout the trash and used towels every morning for them to be collected. Thus, you can see them on the halls.

- Michael (8/5): Good value for money - Large rooms, very quiet, staff gave extra pillows when requested, towels changed daily, close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi. Very good value for money. Bathroom curtains smelt very bad, slightly difficult to get to with heavy luggage but otherwise easy access to metro.

There is weighing scale at the lobby. Staff are friendly. Microwave is on 12th floor, inconvenient for the guests. The room for 3 guests are too small. There are even charges if you accidentally stained the linen or bedsheets. Room is not ideal for big luggages to unpack and pack.

- JIN (8/5): - Hotel located next to the major shopping district of Osaka. The hotel was honestly as expected of a hotel in japan. Rooms arent too big. The biggest negative was our room had a very strong lingering cigarette smell, the window didnt close tightly so sometimes gets loud at night and we got unlucky towards the last 2 days with annoying loud tourist next door.

The staff are nice and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. It’s true that the amenities are limited, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to rest after exploring the city all day. They always had extra towels available, and the place was kept very tidy. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay in a great area!

- Arlyn (6/5): - First of all, thanks to the staff that speaks english because they were very helpful from check in to check out. The cleanliness seemed fine at first but because we don’t get turn down service daily, you start to see the duvet and they had blood stains!! We just endured it and shared blankets until it was turned down and they still had stains! The restaurants are pretty far except for the family mart that was close to us. We ate at family mart most of the time because after a full day of walking, we just don’t want to walk another 20 minutes to eat. Overall, our experience is not the greatest and I will not book at this hotel again.

- Geraldine (8/5): Lovely stay - I liked how it was about a 10 minute walking distance to dotonburi! The staff were very friendly as well, towels were changed everyday, instructions were very clear. The breakfast was worth the money! right beside family mart!!! 7-11 and Lawson was just a 2 min walk away as well so it’s super convenient!’ It got abit hot at night when we were sleeping but that’s just a small issue, everything else was good!

- HildaLim (10/5): Good location (to Dotonburi), 2 stations and access to 7 Eleven, Family Mart (opp), Lawson and Aeon 24hrs ! - Strict check in and out time. Asked for late check out 11am to 12pm and paid JPY 1000. Room size for 3 was comfortable, as usual still small but ok for JP standard. Very comfortable stay. They don't provide bottled water and only ice cube dispenser and vending machines. Laundry facility was good for last night. Washer and Dryer available. No daily housekeeping (which we were ok). Fresh towels daily (good enough). Location was very good. There's airport limousine bus at nearby Doton plaza, very convenient!
