• Angela Canarias (6/5): APARTAMENTO PRECIOSO PERO TIENEN QUE ARREGLAR EL AGUA CALIENTE - El apartamento esta muy céntrico y esta muy limpio, es todo nuevo, calidades superiores y diseño precioso, tiene de todo como una casa particular. La comunicación con la señorita de la agencia fue excelente, nos llevo hasta el apartamento y nos lo enseño todo. Siempre estaba comunicada con nosotros y se preocupaba por nosotros. Con el problema del agua caliente a las pocas horas nos trajo un fontanero. Las vistas de la terraza increibles. Fuimos en febrero y la calefacción iba perfecta en toda la casa. Las camas super cómodas. Silencio por las noches. El agua caliente no funciona. Se lo dijimos a la agencia y al poco rato nos trajo un fontanero, pero el problema no se soluciono, tuvimos una hora agua templada y luego fria de nuevo . Tienen que cambiar esa caldera. Estábamos en febrero y aunque la calefacción funciono muy bien, no nos podíamos duchar. Menos mal que solo estuvimos 2 noches. Pero el apartamento es muy caro para no poder usar el agua caliente. Y el otro problema, es que un tramo de las escaleras comunitarias no tiene barandilla (fuera del apartamento). Las escaleras son empinadas y tienen poca suela, para bajar lo considero peligroso, es solo un tramo que necesita barandilla. El resto de las escaleras comunitarias tenia barandilla.
• Heather (8/5): Excellent apartment, great location. - The view from the balcony outstanding. Location very good. Had to clean apartment, wash up and empty all bins or charges were applied. Expect these things to be part of the cleaning service when booking an apartment or hotel room.

• ANTONELLA (9/5): Super panoramico... - Ottima posizione e appartamento molto carino e curato. Bellissima l'altana con vista sul Canal Grande. Tutto pulito e ordinato. Ottima soluzione per un week end lungo... Mi avevano assicurato che avrei trovato le cialde per la macchina del caffè, ma non c'erano. Pazienza, ne abbiamo fatto a meno...

I feel cheated or tricked . That is far to important to be HIDDEN in small print . I am disappointed with booking’s add and with the apt on top of 85 stairs !! • CHRISTOPHE (9/5): Très bel - Très bon emplacement. La terrasse avec vue sur les toits est un plus appréciable La baignoire peu accessible, sous pente. Les marches pour rentrer mais ce n’était pas une surprise cela nous avait été indiqué lors de la réservation.
• Heide (9/5): Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. - Super Lage, schöne Dachtetrasse, gute Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Störende Geräusche einer haustechnischen Installation in der Nacht, viele Treppen bis zum Erreichen der Unterkunft.
• Edel (9/5): - Very nice and stylish apartment in the heart of Venice, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Helpful and kind 'host' (the bureau, especially Kristina)! It was very hot already in the morning (from 8 a.m.), so when we ate breakfast at the terrasse, we could not seat long. Which is a pity, because we were looking for to enjoy the long breakfast & drink coffee slowly, without any rush to get inside. The sun umbrella /some kind of shadow is urgently needed! But in the evening it was very comfortable to seat outside and enjoy the view over stunning Venice.
• Jason (9/5): Love Poli Grappa, just need to get the electrical issues reviewed and resolved. - Everything. Second time staying at Poli Grappa Suite. Electric tripping due to heat and air conditioning units. Lots of stairs to climb up and down to reset the electrics. 6 times on one particular day. Staff quick to offer alternative accommodation though incase of overnight problems.

• Mark (8/5): Good choice for Venice. - View and location I didn’t like the late check in fee or the fact they take and hid on to a security deposit. Still ok value. And better be ready to climb those 82 stairs.

• Iyad (4/5): Bad choice - Location only The power kept going off, one of the rooms did not have AC. Heater was on so it took us more than 5 hours to cool the room. To sleep we had to close one room and sleep were-ever in the living room. Awful night. We booked 2 nights and one of them we were forced to open the apartment for the maintenance and were told not to use one bathroom

• Samantha (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Perfect place to stay for a trip to Venice; fantastic location, very comfortable beds, cosy little sitting room and lovely terrace with the most INCREDIBLE view. We watched the sunrise over the canal and it felt like we were in a dream. Wonderful staff who were so friendly, knowledgable and helpful, especially when it came to storing luggage before check in and after check out. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family and would definitely stay again.
• Tania (9/5): Hidden gem in Venice - Such a fabulous apartment and the roof terrace even in the middle of winter was a real treat. It has everything you could need for a few days in Venice. Ideal if you have carry-on or small bags, we had massive suitcases which made getting up the million steps a bit of a challenge - but once there it was perfect 🤩 Nothing

For disposing of garbage service, you will have to pay 40 euros or you will need to dispose of the garbage by yourself at the garbage boat, which is quite a distance from the apartment. Wou - Spacious room on the upper floor and gorgeous balcony view. Great location. Shower in the second bathroom upstairs in the bathtub and a bit awkward. Not much room in the bathroom generally.
• Steve (9/5): Superb - Amazing location near the Grand Canal, comfortable and well equipped. Its close to the heart of Venice but feels above and away from it all. Kitchen is not quite big enough to easily cook meals

• Natalia (2/5): Very poor - I was attracted by the terrace. What a mistake.. Couldn’t sit on it more than 5 minutes under 36C sun😅 On my arrival the so called reception (in the face of one girl who came to the place) was very rude and immediately demanded 50 euros for late check in and 150 for deposit, which didn’t return yet. And this was after climbing up enormous amount of stairs (as on photo, but three times more) Right at the entrance a rat was sitting Later I saw a special sign-warning about rats in this place. No water at the arrival, no place around to buy it. We had to ask in the restaurant The place itself was extremely shabby as shown on photos)and demands renovation. Second night we killed a cockroach in the bedroom (see photo). Besides stairs we had to overcome three locks at the doors. Second night one of the locks got stuck and when I called WhatsApp nobody answered. And for thirty minutes we had to stand at the door.. During my training for a month in Italy - the worst hotel ever. We couldn’t wait to move out. Everything

• Seven (10/5): Wonderfull Place to be - The location is great, very close to St. Marc Square and all the highlights of the Venice, cafes, Restaurants, kiosk…especially for the beakfast, coffees and great wine shops very close. İsabelle was very helpfull and explained all the good places to go eat ect. Sarah and the other team was also helpfull. There is beautiful view of canal from the terasse, wine opener, wine glases, plates in the kitchen.
• Christine (9/5): Superb - Apartment is in a great location. Fantastic views from the roof terrace. The apartment itself was great for a family of 5 plenty of space for everyone. It was really clean and had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and recommended different restaurants and places to visit. We were made aware of the steps leading up to the apartment there are a lot which may not be suitable for everyone however this wouldn’t put me off recommending staying here it really is a lovely apartment within walking distance to all sights.
• Andreina (10/5): Fantastic location and view. A truly exceptional location. - The location was fantastic- a 5 minute walk from St. Mark's square. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. Overall and excellent stay. It is a hike up the stairs with luggage, but absolutely worth it once you get up. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

• Cliff (9/5): Amazing location with beautiful city views - The hostess was amazing and met us at the closest vaporetto. She stayed after showing us the apartment and shared history of Venice then provided recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The view was shockingly beautiful and the room was near everything! The room was a bit dirty, under the beds hadn't been cleaned in awhile and a bit of mildew in the bathroom. The coffee maker had moldy pods still in the machine. I understand we were in offseason just after the busiest time of year, and all the perks of the location were amazingly worth a bit of cleanliness.
• Catherine (7/5): Superb apartment but big downsides… - Ideal location and extraordinary view (even if it is earned by 5 somewhat “steep” floors); the apartment is spacious and comfortable, the terrace is also a major asset. The late welcome, by a very pleasant hostess, was hassle-free thanks to the numerous exchanges with the agency and the luggage storage was impeccable and very practical to make the most of the last day However, a device with water pipes, located next to the kitchenette and above the “downstairs” bedroom, operates day and night and makes a “very throbbing” noise 24 hours a day in the downstairs bedroom. , insomniacs absolutely abstain… 4 chairs for 5 is clearly insufficient, even a “basic foldable” stool would allow 5 to have lunch comfortably… A single tea towel for 4 nights is definitely insufficient, especially in the absence (incomprehensible…) of sponge!!! A pod coffee maker of which, a priori, we do not know the nature and brand, and therefore unusable as is, (we have given up wasting our time looking for pods at 8 a.m. the first morning and even for the rest...) certainly a Italian coffee maker, but which only allows the preparation of one small coffee at a time, very laborious for 4 adults... (a few sachets of soluble coffee -ok, it's not very good- and a few pods would allow avoid a “very imperfect” first breakfast) Only one hairdryer for 2 rooms, it’s a bit “mean” given the “standard” displayed…

• Jarmo (9/5): Luxury suite with perfect terrace view over Gran Canale! - The best view in Venice from the terrace. Renowated with style. Two separate bedrooms with own bathrooms. Very friendly Ines advised the route, was waiting for us by traghetto ang gave all the advice needed. Very central location. Well as this is Suite Grappa Poli and their fine shop was just downstairs we would have appreciated to drink our grappa from grappa glasses. The kitchen equipment partly outdated, e.g. the toaster. As this is a terrace apartment be prepared for 100 steps to get up there.
• Fields (10/5): Amazing apartment in a wonderful view and good location. - The view is amazing. We enjoyed some wonderful evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The TV and the WiFi were excellent. We have no complaints. It was amazing. The climb up the stairs after a long day walking can be a challenge. We would have liked to have some coffee with the coffee maker, but we easily corrected that.
• Josephine (10/5): Loved the apartment everything was perfect. - Ines was very helpful when we arrived. The apartment is lovely especially the outdoor space which is very special. The upstairs bedroom was very warm an extra fan for the other bed would have helped.
