- Nicole (6/5): An easy spot to visit Lucca from. - Good location, easy 15min walk from the train station. Easy to walk around the city from. Bedrooms were smoke free despite the common areas smelling strongly of smoke. The coffee appliances and kettle needed to be cleaned. The common area smelled badly of smoke, which is hard on my daughter’s lungs because she has asthma. There were photos and comments online making it look like breakfast was included, but it was not.

- Valentina (10/5): Una notte a Lucca - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso la Terrazza e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, facendomi sentire accolta fin dal primo momento. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, perfetta per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente. Ho inoltre apprezzato molto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche oltre l’orario di check-out, un servizio davvero utile e non scontato. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Lucca in un ambiente accogliente e curato. Sicuramente tornerò!

Ottima posizione, camera molto grande e ben arredata. La stanza aveva bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè il letto non era molto comodo, sembrava a molle. Consiglio invece dei saponi monodose, i dispenser, molto più comodi da utilizzare.

Siamo stati accolti davvero in maniera calorosa... Dolcissima accoglienza anche nei confronti del nostro cucciolo di setter. Voto dieci per la pulizia.

Short walk from station and all sites, bars and restaurants Booked a deluxe suite and was given a standard room , the hotel insisting I hadn’t paid for one despite showing them my confirmed booking. They were so unhelpful, it really spoilt what could have been a fantastic break, really let down by the hotel

We stayed in Lucca partly to do Mura di Lucca parkrun and the property owner kindly let us extend our checkout time to 11am in order to nip back for a shower after parkrun. We were very grateful for this and would recommend this location to other visiting parkrunners. Nothing

- Paul (7/5): Lovely accommodation, but lack of hot water - A lovely B&B with an ‘antique’ interior common space and modern bed and bath. Right in the heart of the city, although any free parking is a 15-20 min walk away. One sour note: When a guest has to (in summer weather) let the water run for 10-15 min just to get only a maximum tepid temperature, one can’t help wondering where the environmental +/or utility bill justifications come into the picture (along with a chilling thought for winter weather temps). Since the water heater runs on gas, there is little excuse for this.
