• Dianne (7/5): Fijn hotel op een top locatie! - De kamer was gezellig en mooi ingericht. De badkamer heel compleet en mooi schoon. Lekkere zeep! Bedden prima en de locatie erg goed. Het ruikt muf op de trap. De louvredeurtjes in combinatie met het toilet is een beetje bijzonder… We misten een koffieapparaat. Over waterkokers hoor je toch onhygiënische verhalen (mensen schijnen er hún onderbroeken in te wassen).

• Ashlyn (5/5): It was ok but not the best. - Location good and room was clean. That was it really! It was very small. Ok for one person but struggle with two. At first I thought the bathroom door was the wardrobe!
• Peter (4/5): - Is in het centrum. Maar das dan ook eigenlijk het enige pluspunt. Je moet niet groter/langer zijn 160 cm. Anders pas je eigenlijk niet in de badkamer.. Ook het op bed moeten klimmen voelde een beetje vreemd. Bij binnenkomst voelde het noet echt vriendelijk. Blijkbaar moest er een telefoontje afgemaakt worden. Verder vond ik het erg niet gastvrij dat een tweede glas jus er niet in zat. In totaal 181 euro betaald en uiteindelijk viel het erg tegen. Flauwe excuses van de dame aan der receptie maar kreeg geen welkom gevoel van haar. Het was 1 keer en niet weer. Ik raad anderen aan om elders te boeken.

• Aine (8/5): Very good! - The room I had was very comfortable, good view of boats/canal and nice and bright. Overhead fan worked well, bed was very comfortable, close to main area (about 5 mins walk) Rooms aren't very soundproof, the person above me walking around was incredibly loud.
• Evi (4/5): - The location is nice The apartment was very small. The stairs were very unsafe, and the bathroom was very small. The sink being outside the bathroom next to the bed was a bit unusual. Also the whole building had a very unpleasant smell The breakfast should be improved for the price as the option were very poor.

• Inge (8/5): Omdat de lokatie zo centraal lag hebben we erg genoten van alle activiteiten rondom de locatie. Het - De locatie, vlak bij het station en midden in het bruisende leven van Leiden. De financiële afwikkeling, we kregen alleen het bonnetje van de betaalautomaat, waarop geen naam of details stonden afgedrukt.

• Anne (7/5): Goed - Locatie...vlakbij alles! Weinig plaats in badkamertje Er hing een onaangename geur in de kamer
• Eva (8/5): Heerlijk gehad, lieve ontvangst, leuke kamer! - De Kamer6 bij Lot is een sfeervolle kamer met een goed bed en een gezellig zitje. Bij deze kamer moet je wel rekening houden met het schuine dak en met een wat krappere badkamer. Maar ondanks dat prima. Het bed sliep heerlijk! (een kant tegen de wand, maar prima te doen) De geluiden van buiten hoorde je wel, maar waren geen overlast (zaterdagavond, terras etc) Al met al een heerlijk weekend Leiden incl goed slapen bij Lot. Qua locatie rol je direct het centrum in. Er viel niks tegen, maar handig voor sommige mensen om te weten dat het een leuk Leids pandje is, met smalle trappen en schuine daken.

• Brian Sanchez (10/5): Very cozy room - This room is a dream. The room is very spacious has a wonderful view and it just felt very cozy not wanting to leave and explore. There was a tv a heater and a fan depending on your needs. the location is amazing is 5 minutes from the train and 10 minutes walking from the center. Really nice town to explore. The restroom is a little snug. No lift so and the stairs are a little steep. Cannot leave luggage for long time since the operation hours of the actual hotel is limited. If you arrive outside the 10am-1pm they will leave instructions for you to get the room keys.

• Aurélien (10/5): Établissement propre, bien placé, idéal pour séjourner et visiter la ville facilement. - Personnel très gentil et accueillant au possible. On se sent comme à la maison !
• Virginia Maria (10/5): Great place but beware of the stairs. - They let us check in earlier when we are so tired and had heavy bags. Just for that relief I will be forever thankful. Going up and down the very narrow and kinda dangerous stairs with heavy suitcases. We are young and able to do it, even if I had to manage my steps not to fall down. I loved the place, but this is a death trap for older people.
• Maria (7/5): Charme & perfekte Lage. Mal was anderes. - Sehr individuell, kein Hotel "von der Stange". Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Komfort nicht ganz so hoch wie andernorts, winziges Bad. Für Alleinreisende sollte das aber kein Problem sein. Leider war die Heizung nicht besonders leistungsstark. Mehr als lauwarm wurde es nicht.

• Alice (6/5): Uitstekende locatie, sobere kamer. - Het bed en de douche waren goed, en de locatie was prima. Het is een erg kleine kamer. Redelijk veel lawaai van buitenaf. Geen personeel aanwezig op de plek zelf. Wel personeel 2 panden verder op tot 14.00, alwaar ook het ontbijt is.

• Arie (8/5): Goed! - Geweldige locatie in het Centrum. Alles dichtbij het hotel. De lichtknop van de badkamer zat verborgen achter de tv. Het lijkt mij raadzaam om gasten daarvan op de hoogte te stellen, zodat zij niet bezig hoeven te zijn met een zoektocht.

• Jan (7/5): T was er goed vertoeven - Vriendelijke dame bij de incheck Vond nog een oud trein kaartje naast het bed🥴 Was er schoongemaakt voordat wij in de kamer kwamen? Niet goed genoeg
• alice (7/5): Centrale ligging is pluspunt - Mooi centraal gelegen! Ik vond het vreemd dat na de eerste nacht handdoeken niet werden vervangen en het bed niet werd opgemaakt. Verder was het gehorig. Stopcontact in badkamer zat los.
• Atelier (5/5): fijne lokatie in het centrum - de afhandeling via internet tot en met de dienstverlening op het eind. Onder het hotel was een soep/salade restaurant. Bleef een vieze lucht in het hotel hangen. De badkamer is heel klein een ietwat mollig persoon kan niet op de wc. Te krap.

• Yuki (5/5): 寝るだけならいいと思う - ロケーションは良かった 近くにレストランやカフェが多い スーパーも徒歩圏内 ケトルに水が残っていたのと汚れがあって掃除が行き届いてない感じがした シャワールームは扉がついてないので濡れないように気をつけないといけない 受付が別の場所にあるのと24時間受付が空いてるホテルではないのでそういうのを求める人には向かない
• Mariana (8/5): Boa estadia! Recomendo - Muito bem localizado, mesmo na praça central! Tendo isto em conta não se houve barulho nenhum! Quarto confortável e espaçoso! Funcionários muito simpáticos! No geral boa relação qualidade preço! O quarto tinha um pouco de pó ( nos candeeiros junto a cama e havia um cheiro estranho no quarto, mas acho que tinha a ver com o restaurante que já no prédio! Devido a isto tentei abrir a janela mas não consegui, talvez não tenha percebido como se fazia!

• Michael (6/5): Nice place in an authentic "narrow house" in the center of everything; funky, quaint, and old. - Great location in the heart of the historic area. Bed was very comfy! Nice TV, WiFi, and coffee setup. Not especially clean. Not climate controlled, but outside temps were fine in September. I noticed it starting to heat up quickly once the weather got warm and sunny. A little noisy, too.
• Mr Michael (6/5): - No breakfast, had to go next door to rembrandt and pay 16euros for two slices of bread and a dolls cup of orange juice. Stairs up to the attic room were steep and tiny and dangerous. Room was cold with only a portable oil radiator for heat. I think 150 euros a night for this was too much.

• Michal (8/5): Great location, but tiny bathroom - Great location, comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny to a degree making it barely usable. A bigger table and two full-size chairs would increase the comfort. Steep and narrow staircase.
• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Room was clean and well laid out. Check in and check out very straightforward, with little interaction with staff. Central location very convenient but, as you'd expect, sometimes a little noisy. Wasn't a big deal though. Just like any city centre.
• Tanya (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation - Beautiful accommodation close to train station and main shopping and attractions. Host allowed us to keep baggage while we visited Keukenhof Gardens and use toilet facilities, recharge phones. So helpful. Only downside was noisy pub music across the road but it was Saturday night.
