O staff foi super disponivel (na primeira noite houve uma tempestade e vieram trazer-nos menus de restaurantes que faziam entregas para podermos jantar). Wifi fraco. Ainda um pouco distante de Fira (talvez nao tenha lido bem antes de marcar, mas pronto, dá para ir a pé com uma boa caminhada). O pequeno-almoço tambem podia ser melhor.

This intimate location will suit couples and single travellers - just 25 minutes walk into Fira, or take a local bus which runs frequently. A special shout out for the amazing hospitality at Amity Suites! Efi is so lovely and extremely helpful with local knowledge, along with her excellent colleagues who served our delicious breakfast every morning! So grateful, and hope to visit again.

Se corto la electricidad del hotel debido a un apagon en la isla nos dijeron, pero los demas hoteles tenian luz y el Wifi no anduvo mucho tiempo cosa que me perjudico ya que tenia que trabajar. El desayuno podria mejorar un poco.

• CRISTINA (10/5): Fantastico mini soggiorno a Fira in una struttura con meravigliosa vista sulla caldera - Meraviglioso soggiorno in un luogo da favola. Una vista spettacolare, rimarresti tutto il giorno a guardare quel splendido panorama sulla caldera. Una colazione fantastica che ti viene portata in camera ogni mattina sulla base delle tue scelte. Cura e amore per l’ospite sono percepibili. Luogo di pace e serenità dove ricongiungersi con se stessi. Letti e cuscini comodissimi pulizia al top. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, disponibile a gestire i tuoi spostamenti. Circa 3 km di distanza da Fira e si può raggiungere anche a piedi con una passeggiata o in alternativa con il bus che passa ogni 10 minuti, la fermata si trova a due passi. Non si possono trovare difetti ad una struttura così.

The staff over there were very friendly and always eager to help! Pool was a great addition too. Not much to dislike, the only thing to keep in mind is that it's a little far out of town, but I enjoyed being a little out of town.

• Roberta (10/5): Super vista e disponibilità della reception - La struttura aveva una vista mozzafiato. Il silenzio ci ha rilassato nell'ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza in Grecia. La stanza è molto curata, pulita, letto super ampio e comodo. Il bagno è praticamente un'altra stanza con una doccia grandissima dotata di shampoo e bagno schiuma della struttura. La colazione viene servita in camera dopo aver scelto le nostre pietanze. Avevamo l'aereo in serata e ci hanno permesso di restare in struttura per tutta la giornata. Accanto c'è un bel ristorante della struttura adiacente dove si può accedere liberamente, come per l'altra piscina. Sono state super dolci e disponibili e lo consiglierei alle coppie che hanno voglia di silenzio, relax e panorami romantici. Il taxista della struttura, Christos, è super gentile e ci ha accompagnato al centro e all'aeroporto applicando anche degli sconti rispetto alle tariffe di Santorini. Mi è piaciuto tutto ma consiglio di noleggiare un auto o motorino se non si ha voglia di camminare mezz'ora per raggiungere il centro di Fira.

The breakfast was incredible, couldn’t wait to wake up everyday to have it on the balcony with the magnificent view! Will never get enough of the sunsets. Had the best time chilling by the pool. Das Hotel bietet ein atemberaubendes Panorama, einen gepflegten Pool und eine ruhige Lage – ideal zum Abschalten. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich, die tägliche Zimmerreinigung top, und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Besonders schön: Die Lage ist perfekt, um sowohl die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden als auch dem Trubel von Fira zu entkommen (etwa 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt).

Pozitionare buna pentru a vizita obiective turistice, dar pentru cei care doresc sa fie mai departe de zona aglomerata din Fira (cam 2 km de zona centrala).

Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful . Close to the bus stop for getting to other locations . Quiet location We wanted a quiet location & hadn’t anticipated the hotel next door having a wedding party . The music was very loud , with many guests , including crying baby & young children running between the adjoining areas ( which having booked adult only accommodation we had hoped to avoid ) , but fortunately it was a pre wedding so finished by just after 10pm . Should there be an actual wedding going on later this could be very disturbing. Also people from the hotel who had friends staying in a property the other side of us ( which they couldn’t access ) spent a lot of time standing by the pool area shouting at each other over the adjoining wall . I felt privacy was a bit of an issue .

The accommodation was outstanding, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We even got a yummy welcome drink to have while watching the sunset!!Transportation was never an issue — there was always a driver available to take us wherever we wanted to go. The food was absolutely amazing, a true highlight of our stay. We felt completely looked after the entire time. We’ll definitely be back!

• Alice (8/5): - Amazing views, comfortable rooms, helpful stuff. The panel underneath the sink wasn’t secured properly and kept falling. It was a heavy piece of wood, and both my friend and I were injured when it hit us. I’m still in pain and having trouble walking. We flagged this to the property already. The staff were kind and helpful, but this was a serious safety issue that really shouldn’t have happened.

Breakfast was beautiful and the pool area immaculate and peaceful. Bean bags a great addition to the loungers. We loved being a small distance out of Fira town, supermarket close buy. We would stay here again
• Bal (10/5): - Stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious with a huge bed, nice sized bathroom, but it was the balcony and the view that sealed the deal. Great views of the sunset without having to leave your room! There is a mini market across the road for any essentials, and then a Lidl about 10mins away for a bigger shop. There's are 2 relatively expensive restaurants in the hotels on either side, but for a more affordable meal there is a great bistro within 5 mins walk. If you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the crowds, then this is the place. Efi on reception was just amazing. So helpful with local information and trip ideas, and even made me a packed lunch for the days when i was headed out early.

We got a very friendly and efficient welcome when we check in with recommendations on restaurants and details to help us settle in. The room itself was well appointed and really stylish with a coffee machine and a well stocked mini-bar. The pool area is fab, with great little swimming pool to cool down in and comfy sunbeds. Breakfast also deserves a special mention - it's served in the room at the time of your liking and was awesome, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries with a pot of fresh coffee, so good (you select the options you prefer of course)! 20-30 minute walk into central Fira, so take that into account, but there is a great restaurant next door with a nice bar and brilliant food.
