• Giada (5/5): Basterebbe poco per migliorare molto - La posizione è ottima, molto vicina al Vaticano, ma in generale molto ben collegata con metro e autobus a tutte le altre zone della città. Prima grande pecca: avevamo prenotato la stanza soprattutto perché c’era la cucina, ma appena arrivati scopriamo che si tratta di una cucina a uso comune che non era possibile utilizzare perché era utilizzabile solo se avessimo affittato tutto l’appartamento (altre due stanze). In generale poca cura dei dettagli ad esempio in bagno gli scarichi erano otturati e l’acqua di doccia e lavandino non fluivano. L’appartamento necessita di una pulizia più profonda
• Diego (1/5): - Nada La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendaría. En primer lugar, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La habitación no estaba en condiciones adecuadas, y lo peor fue el estado del colchón: estaba lleno de pelotillas y manchas visibles. Además, resultaba bastante incómodo y me provocó incluso picores, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable en un lugar donde se espera descansar con higiene y comodidad. Por otro lado, la descripción del alojamiento es engañosa. Se anunciaban “buenas vistas”, pero en realidad la habitación simplemente daba a una calle sin ningún atractivo. Nada que ver con lo que uno espera al leer ese tipo de descripción. También considero importante señalar que no se especifica claramente que son habitaciones individuales, lo cual puede llevar a confusión al hacer la reserva. En resumen, entre la falta de limpieza, el estado del colchón y la información poco clara o directamente engañosa, la estancia ha sido muy negativa. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes valorar bien otras opciones antes de reservar aquí.

• Maciej (5/5): - Super lokalizacja Wynajęliśmy tylko, albo aż pokój z łazienką. Na miejscu się dowiedzieliśmy, że nie możemy używać kuchni, bo nie wynajęliśmy całego apartamntu. Czyli przez praktycznie 3 dni, nie można było sobie nawet zrobić herbaty w kuchni. Jak dla mnie to bardzo słabe podejście do klienta.

• Morena G (7/5): Close to Vatican Museum’s entrance. - Close to Vatican Museum Pressure and almost desperation to obtain cash to pay city taxes. Most hotels accept credit card as payment. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. Soap and shampoo were dispensed as it was a scarcity.
• Cristiana (8/5): Ottima soluzione - Camera come da foto, spaziosa e calda, tutto sommato silenziosa pur affacciando su una strada molto frequentata. Posizione ottima, funzionale per spostamenti con bus e metro. Per ogni evenienza è stato possibile fare riferimento a Leslie, estremamente cordiale e celere nell’assistenza. Unico appunto: suggerisco di rinnovare il materasso.

Not even to my worst enemy! - Not much In the kitchen the water well for the coffe pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with a lot of limescale build up inside the water reservoir. I tried to clean it but there were no dish sponges or anything to use to clean it. I asked for the larger room with 2 beds…the second bed was a roll away, no problem, BUT, didn’t have any sheets for it, and when I pulled it away from the wall, there was a lot of dust on the floor. The room wasn’t cleaned the first day we w ere there, but made sure to ask about collecting the city tax which I left a note about stating I didn’t have exact change to put in the lock box. The second day, after informing the cleaning staff that my sister was six, then they asked if we wanted the room cleaned.
• denise (10/5): - Posizione ottima a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla metro, stanza pulita, accogliente e bagno bello grande. Il letto è così comodo che appena lo si tocca si dorme benissimo. Leslie molto premurosa e carina anche se non l'ho vista ma ha dato tutta l'assistenza via telefono. Sotto c'è un bel bar per fare colazione ed il mercato per mangiare a poco. Lo raccomando, ci tornerei

• tina (10/5): Best location to St.Peters Basilica -Vatican - This beautiful apartment was located 15 minutes walking distance to St.Peters Basilica. 2 metros station are nearby and with in 15 -20 minutes we can reach property. Well equipped with all the necessary facilities. Lesley is very king and answer phone late night as well . There is a caffe near by in the corner and market next to this property. We can buy all fresh fruits and veggies at the market . Cheaper and fresh compared to supermarkets. All perfect

• Igor (1/5): If you want a good shower, stay away from this place - It did not meet my expectations. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I noticed a major leak in the shower, which caused the water to flow through the leak instead of the shower holes. Taking a shower became extremely unpleasant (and I’m not picky about these things). I called the hotel reception, and they said they would fix it the next day or the following one (which was already quite late), but no one ever showed up. In other words, the problem was never solved, and who knows if the next guest will face the same issue (I believe so). For me, a good bed and a good shower are essential on a vacation trip. Clearly, the customer is not their priority, only the cost. Tip: The trend is that this business will fail soon. The smell in the room was also very strong/apparently there is no regular cleaning, and lastly, the bathroom drain hasn’t been cleaned since ancient Roman times. The drain almost overflowed during my showers (disgusting). I do not recommend.

• Iris (1/5): No response from the hotel after multiple messages about the broken AC — very disappointing stay. - I am writing this review to share my disappointment with my recent stay. One of the key reasons I booked this accommodation was the promise of air conditioning, which was clearly listed in the room’s amenities. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioner was not working. I contacted the hotel more than once about this issue, but unfortunately, I never received a response. The problem remained unresolved throughout my stay, and I was not offered an alternative room or any form of compensation. This lack of communication and failure to provide a basic amenity made the stay very uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations set by the listing. I believe guests should receive the services they are promised, especially when those services are a major factor in the decision to book. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both responsiveness and service for future guests.

• Josephine (6/5): We enjoyed the area immensely, a great position to stay and walking distance to most attractions including subways. - The position is fabulous, nice and quiet but around the corner there is all you could want. Corner cafe, restaurants all up either side of Candia st, a laundromat, supermarket. The room is spacious. The bed was uncomfortable, it sunk in the middle. The pillows were okay but needed pillow protectors under the pillowcases. With many guests , it is unhygienic not to do so in my opinion? There was a very tall wardrobe but NO hanging rail in it? No clothes rack. Bathroom was okay.
• Marina (7/5): Clean and confortable but staff needs improvement. - The room was clean and confortable, good shower, and the location is great for who is going to visit vaticano. For the 2 days I was there, they failed to provide toilet paper. No staff to be seen during the whole stay. I contacted them about it on whatsapp, also requesting change for the city tax (it is hard to change money on the stores), to which they replied "ok", and then did nothing. Silence. The morning of the check out (which is awfuly early!! 10:30) they send a message saying they cannot change the money and not mentioning the missing toilet paper. I hope they use the 2 euros more I gave them to buy some.

It had a smart TV, which you can connect to your Netflix account and watch movies while resting after long walks in Rome. There were lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, and the parking lot on the corner was very convenient.

• Danuta (5/5): Passable - On the first sight the room looks clean and nice decorated. Also you can use the kitchen if you want. When you look carefully you will recognize that the room needs some improvements - everything is a little worn out, the paint on the ceiling is peeling off and a little mold is in the bathroom. The bed needs a new mattress too. There was dust on the upper shelves in the wardrobe where we put our bag, and a lot of rubbish under the main bed (we recognized it when my earring dropped under the bed) - seemed that no one never cleaned there.

• Edit (5/5): SHA RED APARTMENT - The location is great. Good communication with host. 1. This should be clear: THIS IS A 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT, WHERE EACH ROOM IS RENTED INDIVIDUALLY. Unless you rent 3 rooms, you share the apartment with other guests. It is not clearly stated on the website. 2. Although it is advartised otherwise, the owner left a note in the kitchen, saying YOU CAN ONLY USE THE KITCHEN AND THE WASHING MACHINE IF YOU RENT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. 3. It did not bother me, but elderly guests, or those with reduced mobility, should know that there are 33 STEPS TO CLIMB with the luggage to get to the apartment. No lift. 4. Also good to know YOU NEED INTERNET DATA ON YOUR PHONE TO ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT. There is only a self check in option, and they use a link to open the doors.

• Lucie (8/5): Very good - Leslie was super friendly and helpful host. The apartment is on great location just several meters from Vatican, downstairs is typical local cafe, supermarket nearby. Apartment was clean, same as on pictures, bathroom was clean. I missed hangers in the wardrobe, the bed was too soft for me, but my partner liked it. It depends on everybody preference. But overall the apartment was great.

• Judith (4/5): Boff… I’ll be more careful when booking on Booking.com from now on! - Good location Odour of mildew and stinky feet. Hated the digital entry concept. A lot of stairs. I also felt the place was misrepresented on Booking.com. By the way, these are just rooms, not suites. So even the name is misrepresenting.
