Неудобный матрас на кровати, старый очень скрипучий проваливающийся диван, на котором плохо спать. Старое постельное белье. Из-за старой мебели ощущение, что в квартире не очень чисто.

• Ivan (1/5): - Ничего В квартире был ужасный запах. Постельное белье не поменяли! На нём были черные волосы, белые пятна и грязь! В шкафу был элемент старого дивана! За одним из окон просто висело старое белье на сушке, никто не додумался убрать его! После того как я позвонил хозяину и спросил "что происходит?", он меня уверил что пришлёт человека на уборку. После 40 минут ожидания, никто не пришёл. Было принято решение покинуть данную квартиру и потребовать возместить все деньги. Конечно этого никто не сделал. Я подал официальную жалобу "Booking.com". Прошло двое суток, мне ещё никто не ответил, но я это дело так не оставлю. Я сделал фотографии этого ужаса и если надо будет, пойду с ними в банк для того, чтобы этот платёж аннулировали.

Cleanliness (1/10): Moldy washer drawer & coffee maker, musty sheets/towels, dirty microwave, glasses & cutlery. Balcony claim (0/10): Listing shows “outside area with balcony.” Reality = a tall window with a Juliet rail—nowhere to step out. Host (Dmitrijs) insists that counts as a balcony. Refund nightmare: Pre-paid €427.92 for 6 unused nights. Got €170 back; host offered €30 more but never sent it. Still owed €287.92 despite weeks of chasing. Checked out and paid for a hotel ourselves. Host replies were brief and vague; no real solution offered. Avoid until hygiene is proven, the listing is corrected, and refunds are honoured. All evidence filed with Booking.com.

• Jolanta (5/5): - Patiko tikrai gera buto lokacija, nes iš šios vietos tiesiog ir prasidėda Kalėdinis takas į senamiestį. Pirmiausiai buvo labai nusivilta, nes atvykus į vietą supratome,kad šaldytuvas neveikia.Suprantama šventinis laikotarpis pataisyti sunku, bet iš savininko būtų smagu gauti nors išankstinę žinutę, kad šaldytuvas sugedo. Tada būtume nepirkę tiek maisto, nes važiavome keliom dienom.Antra pastaba yra, kad butas yra tikrai šaltas.Dėl židinio taip pat problema, nes prieš važiuojant dar buvo pasitikslinta ar galima kūrenti? Gavome teigiamą atsakymą, bet nebuvo nei vienos malkos ir tik nevalytas židinis.Trečia problema, kad patalynė jau labai suskalbta ir sofa lova išgulėta. Garsas iš radiatorių pastoviai tekančio vandens buvo ir nieko beveik nešylo.Priešgaisrinis pultėlis taip pat leido nesuprantamus garsus. Labai gaila, kad atsiliepimai tokie.Bet tikrai kas nori daugiau komforto, gal tikrai nepasikliaus vient buto nuotraukomis bet atsižvelgs ir į atsiliepimus.

• Vlada (7/5): As expected - Great location right in the city centre. Good kitchen amenities and decent amount of space. Enough kitchen utensils for basic cooking. Very reasonable price for the location. I stayed at the end of October and the heating was already on and it was very warm. I even had to turn it down a bit. Did not sure the sofa bed so cannot comment on the comfort. The kettle was very dirty, I did not use it. The bathroom also requires some updating. The towels smelled damp as were probably not dried properly, so I had to wash them again. Often times there was a smell of food lingering in the apartment from the neighbours cooking. When booked, I received a message that I needed to pay extra for cleaning and a refundable deposit, which was not in the booking description. When I contested the extra charges, I got a reply that this message is automated from other booking websites and that I do not need to pay anything extra. Reading the feedback from other bookings, this is a repeated issue. Overall I knew what I was booking based in previous feedback, so you get what you pay for.

• Iveta (6/5): - De ligging van de accommodatie was zeer gunstig, met tal van bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het proces van inchecken en het vinden van de sleutels was duidelijk en gedetailleerd uitgelegd. We boekten specifiek vanwege het balkon, maar dat was er helemaal niet. Binnen is het appartement echt aan een grondige opknapbeurt toe; het is zwaar verouderd. Het ergste was de hygiëne: het was niet schoon, en de handdoeken roken verschrikkelijk.

• Trista (5/5): Fine. - Good location, spacious apartment. 1. After booking, a message came from the property saying I owed in extra charges, like an additional cleaning fee. When I pushed back I was told “that’s just for when people use other platforms to book.” Then why have the message populated with Booking? 2. This is a frat boys apartment. Nothing matches, the pillows & bed linens are absolutely awful & need to be replaced years ago (but looks like this has been commented on in many reviews yet nothing is done about it). I almost lect early because of how uncomfortable the bed was. 3. I had to keep pressing to get check in details. Why could you not just tell me what my apartment number is right away? The check in details are also lacking in sufficient details.

• brunocoelho (8/5): Um bom apartamento mesmo ao pé da cidade velha de Riga - O apartamento que acabamos por ter era confortável e bem equipado. A localização foi excelente, com autocarro e elétrico próximos, bem como a cidade velha mesmo ali ao lado. Um edifício extremamente tranquilo - de facto, não vi ninguém durante 3 dias! Boa relação qualidade-preço. Alguém atirou-nos gelo de uma varanda ou janela enquanto esperávamos pelas chaves (falhou-me por muito pouco). As instruções de check-in só vieram quando insisti com a pessoa responsável pelo apartamento. Embora o apartamento que tive fosse decente, não era o mesmo que reservei (era menos luxuoso).

Although it was summer, it was quite cold, but the owner quickly sent someone to turn on the heating. The communication with the owner was slightly problematic (no replying). There were bed sheets drying on the rack in the apartment, which explains why they didn’t smell freshly washed. After booking, we received an email about extra cleaning charges and a deposit, but after contacting Booking, neither was applied. It would have been nice if some coffee had been provided for the first breakfast.
• Karin (9/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut in einem schönen Haus, aber nicht straßenseitig gelegen und daher ruhig. Direkt am Park ist man ganz rasch in der Altstadt und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter war gut und schnell erreichbar und auch seine Erklärungen der Schlüsselübergabe waren detailiert mit einigen Fotos. Uns hat das Appartment sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, es ist nur durch eine große Glastüre von der Wohnküche getrennt, was uns jetzt nicht weiter gestört hat aber vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache ist.

La cucina non l’abbiamo usata perciò non saprei dire se ben fornita o pulita. Sicuramente con un minimo di investimento si può migliorare.

Mix foto.saimnieks ignoreja kur palūdzu 3x ielaist ātrāk kaut h...cepeškrāsne netìra..netaisijam ēst vispār jo nu briesmīgi.Neatbilst cenai..un par ko 22€ samaksaju tīrībá!! Dzīvokli izejot sakartoju kā piemēru! Kas mìl tīrību,mājìgumu..smaržīgu gultas veļu..ŠIS DZĪVOKLIS NEBŪS PIEMĒROTS!!!! Pirmo reizi saskaramies ar tādu netìru smakojošu dzīvokli!!! Kur viss ir vecs!!! Cena neatbilst!!! Var tuvu centram dabūt superīgus bet nekad vairs uz šo!!! Šoks!!!!
• Monika (7/5): Pobyt udany, mimo niewielkich usterek w łazience, cicho, klimatycznie i lokalizacja na plus :) - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 15 minut do starego miasta, w mieszkaniu jest cicho i spokojnie, okolica cicha, blisko park. Było łatwo znaleźć budynek i mieszkanie, instrukcje były jasne i zrozumiałe, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, czajnik, naczynia itp. W budynku jest winda, co było bardzo komfortowe Niestety w łazience nie działała spłuczka, napisałam do obiektu, powiedzieli, że następnego dnia przyjdzie hydraulik, na następny dzień niestety dalej problem nie został rozwiązany, obiekt odpowiedział, że hydraulik był i niby naprawił, obok toalety w łazience stało wiaderko i od razu zrozumieliśmy, że stoi tam nie bez powodu :) Przed przyjazdem też trochę zaniepokoiła mnie wiadomość od obiektu o dodatkowych opłatach, kaucja plus opłata za sprzątanie, opłata za sprzątanie była już uwzględniona w rachunku od booking, o kaucji nie było mowy w ofercie, koniec końców nie musieliśmy nic dodatkowo płacić, ale sama wiadomość wydała mi się niepokojąca i niezrozumiała

• Astrid (5/5): - De locatie is uitstekend en het pand is mooi. De instructies om de sleutels te vinden waren duidelijk, en het contact met de verhuurder verliep soepel. Het appartement was niet in goede staat. Het was niet goed schoon, en toen we aankwamen stonk het heel erg naar schimmelend wasgoed. Dat hebben we aangegeven bij de verhuurder en die reageerde wel goed, is langsgeweest, heeft wat dingen uit de linnenkast meegenomen, en een elektrische geurverfrisser neergezet. Dat hielp. Maar het is symptoombestrijding, langzaam kwam de geur weer terug. Verder was vaat in de kastjes vuil, het leer van de bank is helemaal gescheurd, er lekt water uit de airco, etc. Ik zou dit appartement niet nog een keer boeken.

• James (8/5): Beautiful building close to Old Town. - Large, well equipped apartment. Washing machine was a bonus. Host allowed early check-in which was much appreciated. Location is close to Old Town but only 15 minutes walk from the station. The 2 pillows were past their prime. Invest in 4 good pillows and it will make the bed much more comfortable.

• Catherine (7/5): It was fine for our short stay - Location is pretty central and on bus route. It was warm and clean. There was plenty of hot water and a deep bath. The bathroom had very cosy underfloor heating. No balcony ( despite it being advertised), smokers use fire escape nearby. It really needs a new sofa/ chairs and pillows. Didn’t like the drying bed linen on airer in one window and a heavy air conducting unit in the other one. The bedroom is a large windowless recess, the glass doors to shut it off don’t work. I could hear the hum of the fridge at times.

• Ivi (5/5): Good location, uncomfortable beds - Location is very good. It was not the flat advertised!!! When going to pick up the key of the flat (self check in) , the box was empty. It seems they have another flat in the same house, and when we called the owner, they gave us the code to another key box. The flat was a different one, the furniture much older. The sofa bed was old school and super uncomfortable to sleep. The bed was also uncomfortable. The pillows are ridiculously flat and uneven. Our backs and necks hurt from sleeping there. Overall I don't mind that the flat is not as modern as the one advertised, and if the bed and couch would be comfortable, I wouldn't mind as location is good. But unfortunately it wasn't.

• Mrs (8/5): The property is clean warm and in good location. - The property is clean and warm and in good location. The sofa chair is torn in different places and uncomfortable. It would have been good to mention that the property has stairs because my aunt found it difficult with her bad knees.
• Aigars (10/5): Exceptional - Nice flat in a good location. Clean. The bed was so comfortable. Stuff from previous tenants like shampoos, coffees , herbs could be left it is very handy when staying for a few days.
• Ruth (4/5): Good location but could be more welcoming - Location was excellent Difficult to get in - given photos and instructions by host but still took a while to get in, no window in bedroom, was only a juliet balcony, unwelcoming rules displayed in apartment, towels were not fresh.

There was washing from previous guests drying in the room which blocked off one of the two windows. There were overly officious notices about washing up and refuse disposal. The wardrobe area smelt of sweaty feet because of the old slippers stored in there.
