• Annabelle (10/5): Was an amazing stay with petar as a lovely host, the apartment was lovely and had all the essentials that we needed, the - The view was exceptional and petar was such a great and understanding host, had all the essentials we needed and was always on standby if we needed anything else. It was slightly longer to old town then we originally had it mind, and there isn’t much around so we noticed we were doing the walk back and fourth quite often, although i wouldn’t say it was that big of an issue as the view made up for it and definitely meant it was a lovely quiet stay. There are also buses that run and taxis if you’re willing to pay the price.

• Muhammed Said (8/5): Manzara için kalınır - Manzarası çok güzeldi, ev içerisindeki mutfak malzemeleri yeterli, banyo temiz ve Petar güler yüzlü, elinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyor. Odada boy aynası mevcut değil eklense güzel olabilir. Banyo içerisindeki kabinin kapısı olmadığı için duş alırken su hep dışarı taşıyor ve duş malzemelerinizi koyacak bir yer mevcut değil. Başta booking üzerinden görünen ücrete ödeme esnasında temizlik ücreti eklendi ama öncesinde bunun bilgisi verilmemişti.

Quartier war bereits weitervergeben an einen Freund, weil er uns auf WhatsApp nicht erreicht hat. Es muss nicht jeder über WhatsA pp verfügen! Ersatz war nicht wie gewünscht, sondern sosolala.

Petar e la mamma sono sempre stati disponibili e gentili, la posizione ottima in quanto a panorama – senza auto sarebbe stato un po' più difficile spostarci, anche se c'è un bus (la Blue Line) che passa spesso e ferma al centro storico di Kotor. Bellissima esperienza, speriamo di tornare presto! Lo scarico del bagno rilascia un odore sgradevole, problema a cui abbiamo ovviato semplicemente chiudendo la porta, quindi nulla di grave. Consiglio però l'acquisto di un tappeto doccia più grande ed assorbente.

• Gabriele (8/5): Risveglio mozzafiato affacciati sul fiordo. - Appartamento pulito e accogliente, direttamente sul mare. Possibilità di fare il bagno sotto casa. Comoda la posizione, a 5 minuti dal centro di Kotor con un mezzo. Possibilità di parcheggiare la moto sotto la terrazza. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è un market con frutta e beni di prima necessita (only cash). Host gentilissimi, era presente la madre di Petar. Unica pecca la doccia con la tenda e a filo pavimento. Si allaga tutto il bagno. Inoltre sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo al nostro arrivo ma tutto sommato direi che è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

• Ana (4/5): - Great location and view! Apartment was super clean and next to the water. The staff did not let us feel confortable. In our first day, we were preparing our lunch at the terrace outside. We left some mussel shells on table for 20 minutes just while cooking inside for a bit, this attracted 2 wasps. The lady came desperate with a insecticide spray to kill the wasps, spraying everywhere, moving our things around, while being very agitated. However, things became really uncomfortable the morning after, when she banged energetically on the window shutters and ringed our entry bells multiple times (all shades were closed, it was 9 AM, and we were deep in sleep after our trip). When tried to come to our senses and open the door, she was asking for the WiFi and then the money. Apparently someone had told the staff that there was a wifi issue. This really did not make for a relaxing and confortable holiday experience. I'm sure the language barrier was not helping. I am sure the staff didn't mean no harm and the lady was just trying to finish her work. They offered us wine to compensate for the unpleasant events. However, it didn't feel like a relaxing and welcoming place. Looked great on the picture but we would not recommend it to our friends.

Le propriétaire est très réactif par whattsapp et sa maman doit habiter à côté pour répondre à nos demandes Il n’y a pas 2 lits comme indiqué, le 2eme est une banquette dur comme une planche en bois, nous avons demandé un surmatelas, on nous a amené un édredon qui n’a pas changé grand chose. Aucun équipement dans la salle d’eau (ni étagère, ni porte serviette…) j’ai du réclamer, on m’a amené une petite étagère d’angle afin d’éviter que nos trousses de toilettes soient par terre. Les serviettes doivent être étendu sur les chaises. Souci au moment du paiement, j’avais préparé les 281€ comme indiqué sur Booking.com, la maman (qui ne parle pas anglais) arrive avec 1 post-it noté 274€, on ne se comprend pas mais elle me prend 280€. Le fils par Whatsapp m’explique que je dois lui donner que 274€ et que le reste est la taxe de séjour que je dois aller payer ailleurs. Il me dit que sa maman amènera la monnaie. Lorsque je suis partie elle ne m’avait pas donné la monnaie donc j’écris au fils qu’ils devront payer la taxe pour nous (ce qui est d’ailleurs normalement le cas, nous n’avons pas à payer ailleurs). Et là le fils me dit que je n’ai donné que 270€ (après avoir dit l’inverse 2 jours avant)… malhonnête Aussi, cela ne peut déranger que nous mais la maman habite certainement juste à côté et est très, trop présente, de bon matin sur la terrasse pour ranger les chaises alors qu’on lui dit non, elle recommence chaque jour, chaque jour elle rentre dans l’appartement pour réouvrir la fenêtre de salle d’eau (nous la fermions car elle donnait sur l’intérieur d’un autre appartement alors vive l’intimité pour la douche et les wc !!!!), pour éteindre la climatisation alors que nous sortions parfois juste 1h pour un café … je ne trouve pas normal qu’elle rentre sauf si nous demandons quelque chose. L’entrée de la vieille ville de Kotor est à 3.3km, la route pour y aller, ou aller n’importe où d’ailleurs, est dangereuse à pied, pas rassurante car étroite et roule beaucoup

• Salvatore (8/5): - L'appartamento è pulito e corredato di tutto, la vista è stupefacente L'indirizzo indicato su booking è errato, questo ha generato un po' di preoccupazione, fortunatamente all'arrivo l'appartamento era quello delle foto. L'appartamento si trova sul lato del lago un po' più isolato la strada è strettissima ed il parcheggio potrebbe essere un problema.

A shower after swimming in the salty sea is essential, and throughout the day, the bathroom becomes quite wet due to the lack of a larger shower edge. Additionally, for longer stays, a washing machine would be necessary, as there was no option to do laundry.

• Ane (8/5): Kotor - Las vistas desde la terraza. Estaba a 40 minutos andando del centro de Kotor. Solo se puede pagar en cash y el aparcamiento al lado del apartamento es muy reducido. Por lo que tuvimos dificultades a la hora de aparcar nuestro coche.
• Joyce (7/5): Nice appartment but a sub-optimal location - The view was perfect, also you could dive into the bay whenever you wanted. Kitchen had everything you need. The distance to the centre was more than we thought. Also the road is quite hard to drive, it’s busy and very small. The payment was in cash which is totally okay but the owners mother made a sudden appearance to collect it, but she had no change so that made that we had to pay more then we actually owned them. The shower was pretty weird, the layout made no sense so the bathroom was full of water.
• Nazmi Burak (3/5): - Sabah uyandığımızda veya gün içersinde ki balkon manzarası hariç kayda değer bi avantajı yok. Onun dışında daire içi temizdi . Birinci olarak konum belirtildiği şekilde değil yanlış girilmiş booking uygulamasına ve muo bölgesi kotorda konaklamak için zayıf bir bölge. İki yatak olarak belirtilen şeyin bir tanesi rahatsız edici bir koltuk. Onun dışında daireye çıkarken yaklaşık 100 metre merdiven çıkmanızı gerektiriyor ve aparta giderken yaklaşık 3 km tek şerit saçma bi yokdan gidiyorsunuz . 2. Günün sabahı ücreti almak için daireye ingilizce bilmeyen bir kadın gelip yüksek sesle kızarak sürekli bi şeyler anlattı . Ücret olarak tarafımızdan önden belirtilmediği halde 10 euro fazladan temizlik parası istendi .

• Bozana (10/5): - Great apartment in Kotor – very clean and peaceful, with an incredible view from the balcony. Just down the stairs from the beach and about 20 minutes’ walk to the Old Town. Petar’s mum was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

L appartamento si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia e la terrazzina vista mare é davvero molto bella per mangiare e fare colazione. È un po' distante dal centro di Kotor (3 km) ma noi siamo sempre andati a piedi, evitando di prendere la macchina, per fare una bella passeggiata lungo la riva. Ad ogni modo, passano anche gli autobus.

• Eli (9/5): - The hosts were polite and informative. They responded fast to our questions. There is an air conditioner in every room and a view to the lake. The lake with a small beach is just near the apartments down the stairs. The kitchen has a microwave and induction plate with everything needed to cook. You need to climb quite many stairs to reach the apartments.
• Isak (10/5): Otrolig utsikt! - Allt var väldigt bra! Läget är helt otroligt, utsikten från balkongen var helt sagolik. Mycket tydliga instruktioner och enkel incheckning! Bra kommunikation från hyresvärden. Trevligt område utanför Kotor.
• Fruzsina (9/5): - The view from balcony was breathtaking! Loved sitting there every night just watching the bay. Free drinking water fountain at the door was a nice add. Overall the apartment was comfortable and spacious. A little far from Old Town but that made the surrounding so quiet and peaceful that we even loved it more. Bedsheets were clean but seemed pretty old. Also sometimes there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom.

• Wesley (10/5): Nice and peaceful place to end your day at beautiful Kotor - We could not believe the view from our terrace. Such a nice place to chill after a long day in Kotor. The house is clean, has everything you need and our contact with the owner was pleasant and quick. I would definitly booked it again and recommend it to everyone. It is too far to walk from the house to the Old Town of Kotor, but you can park your car (for free) closer to the center and walk from there. Perfect solution if you ask me, so it did not bother us.

Trevlig och hjälpsam värd Det var väldigt fuktigt i lägenheten, och sängkläderna borde verkligen bytas speciellt lakanet. Sen var städningen riktigt dålig, det är inget personligt mot någon men kommigen vissa saker ska bara vara självklara. Som att ta bort spindelnät och att ta bort döda kryp från fönsterkarmarna samt toaletten.

• Ruslan (8/5): Душ закрыт только наполовину, вторая половина открыта и вода разбрызгивается за пределы душа, мой совет решить этот вопр - Было очень уютно, вид с балкона просто не описать словами. Вокруг было тихо и спокойно, самое то для отдыха и сна. Отсутствие тапочек, они прям были нужны. Весь пол в кафеле, а он холодный. Ходить все время в обуви не совсем удобно. Плюс выходить из душа и сразу надевать обувь также неудобно.

Location is a bit tricky, be prepared to get a taxi or go for a tricky walk along a narrow road if you want to visit the old town!

• Dina (1/5): - Pogled na more Uzas! Soba se osjeti na vlagu, Privatna plaza ne postoji i objekat nije uz plazu. Mozete preci ulicu, suncati se izmedju parkiranih automobila i moliti boga da vas ne pregazi automobil jer je ta navedena " privatna plaza"  bukvalno jedan parking prostor uz jako prometnu saobrajanicu. Pored toga sto ste izlozeni opasnosti od automobila izlozeni ste i pogledima svih tih ljudi koji saobracaju Jadranskom magistralom. U slucaju da zelite normalnu plazu ceka vas kilometarski maraton do nje. Ako planirate odmor uz opustanje na plazi pored mora zaobidjite ove apartmane.  Sve se jasno cuje iz susjedne sobe!!! U wc dobijete kantu i brisac jer je poplava dok se istusirate. Jedino  pogled na more zaista postoji od svega navedenog i mozete uzivati u njemu iz debelog hlada na balkonu koji sunce vidi samo par sati ujutru. Za sve ostale dijelove dana dobro se obucite inace lako mozete da se prehladite... Sve u svemu nikad gori smjestaj na bookingu, zali boze bacenog novca i  5 dana provedenih tu jer je licilo na sve osim na odmor. Ako se kojim slucajem pozalite za mane smjestaja majka od domacina osut ce vas grubim rijecima uz izjavu da objekat ima samo najbolje ocjene. Medutim, kada  procitate recenzije ostalih shvatite da niste jedini razocarani gost. Uzasan smrad od vlage gotovo su svi komentarisali! Ovaj apartman uopste nije zasluzio prolaznu ocjenu i od mene jedinica sa postoljem!!! Nadam se da cu ovom ocjenom spasiti mnoge da ne naprave  moju gresku sa biranjem smjestaja i da ce da zaobidju ovaj objekat!!!

• Villeneuve Doris (6/5): Belle vue sur Kotor - Certes la vue etait magnifique. L'appartement très propre mais la promiscuité avec les voisins n'était pas top. Nous avions l'appartement du RDC avec terrasse à partager et une petite séparation ouverte qui n'amène pas à l'intimité. Sans compter le bruit du climatiseur sur la terrasse.

• Stella (7/5): Peaceful stay with some quirks - The view from the patio is stunning! Waking up to that was beautiful. We stayed there for a week and just loved having breakfast outside and playing the games they have at the apartment. It's lovely to watch the boats and cruise ships go by. It's peaceful, about a 30-minute walk from the centre, though the road in front has no pavement or rules. The cats were a highlight - very sweet and well-behaved. The owner was responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a good and convenient stay. The apartment could use some updates - kitchen equipment, bedding, and general maintenance. Despite the cleaning fee, there were spider webs, and we were supposed to take the rubbish out after check-out - which we didn't know until after we left. The shower isn’t enclosed, so everything (including the toilet) gets wet. We quickly understood why there was a mop and bucket in the bathroom. Some light bulbs were out, the kitchen tap takes a while to run and then drips when off, and the outdoor motion light flickers constantly. The host’s mother was not very friendly. Also, there are three flights of stairs to the apartment, which could be an issue for some, especially since it’s not mentioned on Booking. Heads up: you'll need to register your stay at the tourist organisation and pay a city tax on your first day in Kotor.
• Emrullah (5/5): - konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. şehir merkezine yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araçla gelecekler için gayet iyi ve park yeri var. tuvalet kapısı bozuktu. duşakabin yarı açıktı bu yüzden duş alırken heryer ıslanıyordu. duşakabinin girişi de klozetin onundendi bu da hoş değildi. terlikler de kötüydü, giderken yanınıza terlik almalısınız. ve odanın girişi mahremiyet açısından kötüydü. perdeyi kapatmadan odanın içinde duramiyordunuz.
