• Sara (8/5): - חלוקי רחצה מפנקים גם מכונת קפה וגם כביסה זמינים בוואטסאפ כל הזמן גישה מעולה לחדר, ללא מדרגות. נדיר בסנטוריני מקלחון שקוף קומקום נוזל אבל החליפו טלויזיה קטנה מאד מגבות שלא פגשו מרכך כביסה בריכה לא מחוממת, לא השתמשנו. צריך להיכנס למים כדי להגיע לכסאות נח
• Albana (6/5): Det var fint hotellrom, moderne, privat basseng og solnedgang. Likte ikke at det var ikke helt privat område og bildene - Likte at man kunne se solnedgang og hadde privat basseng! Man fra parkeringen kunne se deg når du var i bassenget også rommet i siden av kunne å se på oss! Soverommet på andre etasje var veldig varmt uansett aircondition, men på første etasje var kald og fint!

• Selvi (7/5): - L’hôtel est beau avec une piscine privative, ce qui est très agréable. Il est à proximité du village Pyrgos 10 min à pieds ce qui permet de visiter/ découvrir. L’hôtel est confortable et très jolie. J’ai trouvé que la propreté n’était pas leur point fort. Malheureusement tout est blanc donc les détails, les traces sont visibles. La terrasse de la piscine n’était pas très bien nettoyer il restait des cheveux poils. J’ai été déçu à ce niveau là. Dans la chambre il vous propose de commander à manger via un site qui ne fonctionnait pas. Tout est payant dans la chambre y compris l’eau ce qui est dommage. Il n’y a aucune attention ou prestation. Vous payez la chambre et la vue qui est incroyable. Si vous avez un vol tard le soir vous ne pouvez pas faire de départ tardif il vous demande de payer une nuit en plus ! Par contre vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à la réception seulement jusqu’à 17h après c’est fermé.

Doporučujeme! - soukromý bazén se skvělým výhledem na pevninu Santorini, ale také na širé moře, nevadilo nám ani to, že bazén byl studený, protože v úmorných vedrech se to výrazně hodilo, skvělá byla také postel, který byla velmi pohodlná a naprosto perfektní byl personál hotelu, vždy nápomocný dvířkám k minibaru by slušelo nějaké madlo nebo nějaký sofistikovanější způsob otevírání, protože bez madla to bylo dost otravné, moje žena měla třeba delší nehty a měla s tím obrovský problém, takže jsem to vždy musel otevírat pouze já

• Ibrahim (9/5): מדהים, הייתי חוזרת חד משמעית! - הכל, המיקום ממש חמש דקות מאזור מרכזי, החדרים מעולים, נקיים ומיוחדים. הצוות אדיב ומאוד נחמד. ביקשנו לנקות את הבריכה והם טענו ששלחו מישהו וזה כבר נקי אבל מסתבר שלא. בכל אופן ביקשנו שוב והגיעו במיוחד לנקות.

La tranquillité et le calme. Le parking à disposition. Le charmant village de Pyrgos à proximité. La disponibilité de Léa à l’accueil ++ La possibilité de réserver des locations de transport depuis l’hôtel (livré à l’hôtel, nous avons réservé un quad) Malheureusement piscine trop froide malgré l’exposition et la température extérieure. Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter comme nous l’aurions voulu. Ménage extérieur non fait (sol) et piscine non nettoyée (alors que du vent et donc pas mal de sable) Travaux à proximité et vue sur un tractopelle… dommage Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, possibilité de commander mais un peu cher pour le service en mode « take away ».

• Nina Rey (10/5): Génialissime, merci ! Vacances parfaites - Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le lieu est magnifique, très bien localisé lorsqu’on a la possibilité de se déplacer en quad. Tout est accessible, Fira a 15 minutes, Oia a 25 minutes. Grand parking, piscine génial, chambre propre… et le personnel est très gentil et discret. Il n’y a pas aucun vis-à-vis sur la piscine, c’est pas 100% privé, mais ça reste quand même bien caché. En tout cas, nous retenons qu’avoir une piscine sur la terrasse c’est génial ! Et pyrgos est un village traditionnel sympas, sans trop d’agitation, donc c’est très agréable. Possibilité de se faire livrer à la maison, peti dej, repas ect, les réceptionnaires expliquent tout. Nous reviendrons ☺️☺️ Il faudrait juste citer que la chambre numéro 5 a un mur devant la vue, ce qui gêne légèrement, mais c’est la seule chambre avec ca. D’un côté, le mur permet à la terrasse d’être plus fermée. Ca n’empêche pas de voir quand même le paysage 👍🏼
• Jihane (7/5): Très bon séjour, Pyrgos est très bien situé sur Santorin, nous étions à 15 min de plusieurs endroits - L’emplacement, l’accueil, le confort. Piscine froide, odeur de chlore insupportable et goût très salé, personnel qui entre dans la terrasse sans demander !

La piscine était trop froide, dommage car cela nous a limité sur notre utilisation de celle ci et nous n’avons pas profité comme nous l’aurions voulu

It is close to the town which has nice restaurants. The breakfast was not as shown in photos, ours came in takeaway containers, without cutlery, and was quite cold. The pool is very cold.

• Justine (4/5): Unnecessarily frustrating bureaucracy - The room was bright, clean and comfortable Next to three building sites. There is €2 charge not mentioned on any paper work, they would not let me access our room at check in until this spurious charge was paid, and I tried, their machine wouldn’t take my card, I offered cash, I paid with another credit card, still not good enough. Stuck in red hot office, I called for the manager to come and sort this out, he never arrived. Completely destroyed our stay, over €2. May advice would be stay away from this property.

• Bárbara G.E (10/5): Hotel perfecto para Santorini - El sitio tiene un encanto especial, es pequeño y exclusivo, por lo que tu intimidad y tranquilidad en Santorini están aseguradas. El trato del personal desde recepción, cocina y servicio de habitaciones (tanto limpieza como el chico que te sirve o te traslada las maletas) es excepcional, te hacen que la estancia sea aún más perfecta y cómoda. La limpieza y la comida en el hotel son perfectas. El desayuno en la habitación está exquisito y tienen de todo. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está a 5 minutos en coche o moto de Fira, por lo que no estás con la multitud de gente, y sin embargo estás muy cerca. Está también a 10 o 15 minutos de las mejores playas. El hotel cuenta con muchos servicios, desde paseos a caballo, alquiles de transportes, o barcos, traslados,… Nos hemos ido encantados y si volviéramos repetíamos hotel. Nada, todo nos encantó

Nous avons atterri très tard dans la soirée et tout a été fait en sorte pour être bien accueilli. Merci à Anna pour sa gentillesse ! L’hôtel était à proximité de tout, même s’il semble éloigné sur les photos, il était propre, le petit déjeuner était incroyable et la piscine rajouté un plus. Tout était parfait, et nous recommandons à 100% Alunia Incognito Suites ! N’hésitez pas, la qualité du service et la beauté de la suite vaux largement son prix.

Персонал и кто убирает номер , расскажу о своей ситуации , за день до выезда из номера , я загорала и отдыхала весь день на вилле , и я точно знаю Что мои очки остались на вилле ! Утром я сильно торопилась на самолет и уже в такси поняла что оставила новые и дорогие очки на вилле ! Администратор сказала что на вилле ничего не было я уверена что либо кто убирает комнаты забрали себе очки либо администратор !!!!просто отвратительные отношение ещё мне сказали больше не писать по поводу этого и это мне сказала администратор её безразличный отношение , я просто в шоке ! Имейте ввиду что ваши вещи могут оставить себе ! Я обязательно напишу на почту отелю и буду жаловаться !

Good location only 10 min walk to some very good restaurants. Would recommend to hire a vehicle to explore the rest of the island. We would definitely return.

• Mariem (8/5): - Logement bien situé à proximité de tout. Village sympa avec quelques restaurants. Location de quad ou voiture à proximité afin de se déplacer dans l’île. Personnel accueillant et discret. Malheureusement la piscine n’est pas chauffée nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement en septembre. À voir en été la tempête de l’eau.

• Lavinia (8/5): Séjour en amoureux - - personnel très agréable - piscine privée - chambre spacieuse et confortable - nettoyage de la chambre et de la piscine - le point à améliorer ça serait le petit déjeuner car nous étions obligés de prendre un peu de tout pour en avoir assez et la qualité des produits n’était pas à l’hauteur de la chambre.
