- BABATUNDE (8/5): Value for money. Kettle, teas and cups should be provided in the rooms. - The Staff are courteous and always willing to help. They are also Bilingual...speaking French and English and this really helped. There is no kettle and cup in the room to make tea. Smaller hotels in Lome have these in the rooms.

- Odinakachukwu (7/5): It was a pleasant experience. It met my expectations and I would recommend it to others. - The location was central and easy to access. The amenities were good. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The surroundings were well-kept and I experienced no issues whatsoever. The wifi provided was also quite good and stable. It would have been even better if the television channels included English ones to accommodate non-French speakers. Alternatively, Smart TVs can be provided so that lodgers can access features like Netflix, Prime, etc.

We could not charge our phones until we requested for an adaptor. There was no kettle in the room for coffee preparation.

Although i called to confirm that i was coming for a late checking, i was told by the management that the rooms i booked were no more available. They then took us to another place, which was obviously an airbnb they booked and was way far from the standing of Bravia's rooms. We then had to go and look for another hotel, which was not easy to find as almost all hotels were full. This was the worst experience i ever had with a hotel. The fact that the management gave the rooms i booked out to other people although i booked the rooms and confirmed on Booking.com

The room was nice, good value for money in Lomé for a short business trip. The sky restaurant & bar has a nice Indian menu, with a real Indian chef. Free airport shuttle. less than 10 minutes from city center on a zem (moto taxi), but you have to know a little bit your way around.

Staff appeared not to understand requests and so some things which would have been standard in most hotels we did not have e.g. English language.TV channel . Nothing to sit on on balcony. Toilet roll had to be requested. No ironing service, Staff had very little knowledge about wine. Was presented with an almost empty bottle of red wine from the fridge and waitress was upset when it was refused. Breakfast was hit and miss being offered omelette one day but not the next. No baked beans or juice being replenished when it ran out. Would not stay there again.

- Felipe (4/5): It's cheap but you will not sleep. Good if you want to spend the night dancing in your room. - Staff were friendly and offered me an alternative room because of the UNBEARABLE noise. Good rooftop and Indian food in the rooftop. Good laundry service (fast, cheap, professional) This hotel should close down because it's located right next to 2 bars with HUGE LOUDSPEAKERS that play ULTRA HIGH VOLUME MUSIC until dawn. Hotel staff say the bars cannot be stopped, and the hotel building is built in such a way that most rooms face the bar area on the front and back (toilet). So just close it and move honestly... No sound isolation so SLEEPING IS NOT AN OPTION. If you stay here, YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. Breakfast is awful, like the small room it's served in. I asked the hotel for a delivery to the Ghana border (there is a hotel van) and they asked for 5000 FCFA when I could easily get a taxi or order on GoZem for 1500, which I did obviously. Hotel also offered a bad exchange rate dollars-FCFA, so I changed money on the street for a better price. Hotel is located in a faraway neighbourhood, in a very poor area of town, surrounded by rubbish and squalor.

The construction on the road made the environment messy. The road is also prone to flooding which makes it difficult to get out without a car/taxi when it rains.
