- David (7/5): Good, not great. - Location was great, 2 minute walk to Metro, 10 minute walk to Atwater market, 15 minute walk to Green Spot or Paul Patates or Joe Beef. Lachine canal parks would be lovely in the summer. Facilities were clean and mostly comfortable but could be improved with a bit of effort. A few minor details could improve the accommodation significantly. The couch (suite 205) was 6 inches off the ground and essentially useless. A towel bar in the bathroom would help, as would a few carpets or mats to make the concrete floor a little less stark. The smell upon entering the building didn't bother me as it was momentary, however the smell on entering the unit was an overwhelming noxious industrial cleaner smell. Best option would have been to drop off the bags, open the windows wide and go for dinner for a few hours. For a few pennies more I'm sure you could find something less noxious.

- Constance (8/5): Très bon séjour - Très bien situé, à proximité d’une station de métro et de nombreux commerces (boulangerie artisanale, pharmacie, cafés, restaurants). J’ai apprécié que l’administrateur me contacte pour offrir gratuitement un entretien ménager durant mon séjour. Lit confortable mais j’ai eu du mal à dormir en raison des oreillers (je préfère des oreillers plus fermes - choix personnel). Système de ventilation et réfrigérateur un peu bruyant.

La rue est calme, le loft très agréable à vivre et bien chauffé par ce froid ! Les équipements sont de qualité, la literie également C'est un peu juste en vaisselle de chaque jour : verres, assiettes, couverts. C'est le seul petit détail que je soulignerai.

- Nigel (7/5): - Communication ahead of arrival was great. The room was clean. Loved the location so we'd consider it again. Room was a little tired in places. Bed was really uncomfortable. The smell of the bins as your walked into the building was not about great first impression.

Pulizia ambienti: le camere e la struttura in generale sono poco pulite, polvere e peli residui...non bene.

- sabrina (7/5): La beauté des coins fait oublié le reste - La proximité avec le centre de montreal, le fait que le logement est très spacieux, les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain assez grande La rue est assez bruyante il y a de la place pour ce garer mais il faut se lever pour payer le parcmètre et l' amende est chère si vous vous loupé apres il y a un parking privé mais seulement 3 places et pas de securité.
- Sandra (8/5): Great location. - This property is located above a Dollarama store on Centre Street in Montreal. The entrance is beside the store. There are stairs to the second floor and there are five units in the building. The entry was seamless - codes were provided. The suite we had was large and well laid out. I appreciated the hangers in the closet. The bathroom was nice with a fancy shower. We paid $25 per day for parking which was located behind the Dollarama store. I was concerned that it might not be the safest location because there are dumpsters nearby and people were going down the alley to check out the dumpsters - but there are cameras and it all worked out fine. There is a lovely cafe (Cafe Florence) down the street and other nice restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being so close to the Metro. Unfortunately the towel 'rack' was not at all useful and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up anything. Also, the toilet paper holder on the side of the sink did not work well - the toilet paper kept falling off. Also, the icecube tray was of low quality and ended up shattering.

- Maya (9/5): Great location near the train and a cool neighborhood, would stay again. - Incredible location! The Charlevoix train station is only a block away and right across from a delightful Laotian restaurant. If you head to the left when you leave the place, the street is full of gems - restaurants, bars, chocolate shops, vintage/thrift stores. The check-in process through the app was complicated and a little confusing, especially since I was asked to complete a verification process that involved either a $300 CAD hold or $75 CAD payment, when it was time to check-in and check-out. Also, there should be a note that there's no elevator in this building and you'll need to climb the stairs to get to the apartments, in addition to the entrance needing some work (ratty carpet and a big divot in the metal grating when you first walk in)

Bath, internet, bed, spacious place Excellent support from Gael. IGA supermarket two blocks away. An excellent coffee shop on same block. We had a wonderful stay.

- Kashif (7/5): In totality. It was quite decent. No problem with the amenities except few items short. Room is good - There was no breakfast. It was kind of an apartment rented by a company. just like an airbnb. You are on your own for the food. However, location as a lot of food options nearby. Some open till 12 am. The host could have provided other basic items such as tooth brush, tooth paste. Coffee was there but no milk. The owner provided only two small water bottles.

But we documented everything and communicated with management and there were no problems. We couldn't get the TV to work in the living room, which was frustrating. We loved the location and the apartment was comfortable. This is our second stay and we will not hesitate to stay again.

- Terry (4/5): Apartments Loft - We did not end up staying at the original room that I had booked, but in all fairness the gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and helped with a few options to make last minute changes and offer me a stay at another location which had access to an elevator and was a little bit better. The only problem was there is no one to clean the apartment and the set up is not was I was expecting.

There is a nice desk that very helpful because we had to do some work on the trip. Bathroom is nice, clean, spacious with seperate bath, shower and heat. Location is good with meat shop, groceries, convinience store, beer shop; 900m to Awater Market and a Super C supermarket just on the opposite. Metro station is 100m nearby. There is no lift so we had to carry our luggages to the apartment by stairs.

- Adrian (4/5): Lacking..... - I google mapped it to see a dollarama alone pop up. That was very confusing for me. I called and rep answered. Daytime hours not night. She was extremely helpful. I needed it. Its not a hotel. Fine. But the front has a small sign to the right of the door. Easy to not see at night. There were garbage and recycling bins at the front door inside. Just not a good look considering its a self check in a check out set up. The loft was huge. Comfortable if the couch wasnt as dirty as it was. TV. Good luck with that. It had everything you needed overall. Space, dryer and washer. Huge bathroom and storage for clothes. Pretty comfortable bed. Safe looking area. It lacks a personal touch. Something i prefer. Late check out was an automatic fee. Not impressed by that. Id likely never stay there again for the cost. This place should be under 200 all in. Otherwise its a definite no for me. Cant forget to mention the damged floor once you enter the building. The grated area was sunken in making it unstable.
