She said no to changing rooms...wtf! After some back and forth she finally gave me a key to another crackhead room. Hotel wasn't even close to being full but they still put us in the very back farthest from the elevator.

- Donna (6/5): - The restaurants were good and the games payed very good. The room was over 100 a night and it didn't have a coffee maker, refrigerator or a microwave. No safety lock on the door and the window didn't lock.

Beds and sheets smelled terrible, water in the shower had only 1 temperature: effing hot, absolutely no water pressure outside of dripping, housekeeping never replaced towels or anything after multiple requests, couldn't control room temperature. Even after changing the temp, the air still blew out the same temperature, piss warm..... I Was offered a price when booked with a code and given a complete different price when arriving but with very little to no other options and a time constraint i had t take the room..... and was also told that no rooms were available with said code even though the room was booked well in advance. All in all this felt like a gigantic bait and switch. Will never stay at the nugget again. And for the price for 2 nights, I could have bought a nice tent from Walmart, pitched it up at the KOA and would have had a much better experience and would have had a nice tent to take home.

The curtains wouldn’t close all the way and had slits everywhere, the ac wasn’t working and the bathroom was overall gross. We did get switched rooms, but even then, I wouldn’t book here again.

The room allowed smoking, the beds were decently comfy, the fan did its job well, parking wasn’t hard to get, it was a basic room which we were looking for. The layout of the building is incredibly confusing, one of the sets of elevators were out, the room was a little sketch with some interesting stains in odds spots.

Finally got in touch with someone. They made me feel comfortable and heard. I appreciated their time. The maintenance team. Also the shower was broken. They supposedly fixed it but it looked same. It wasn't repaired properly.

- Alicia (2/5): - So these are what I liked Starbucks was great. TWO people at the front desk were super kind, and helpful. The rest you could tell didn't want to be there. Not friendly, no smiles, no how are you. Just what, or what do you need. No customer service. Where do I start? The place is falling apart. The rooms were clean. But not with clean items such as sheets, pillow cases blankets ect. Which I don't blame the maids, they are working with the items they have available to them. You definitely couldn't walk around with just socks. Shoes are a must (not kidding it was that dirty) they had double elevators. Only one was working, and only one side to get to the tower. They had Temu push lights in the elevator for a light source. The pool had rats in it and was full but clearly needed to be drained and cleaned though was not open yet for the year. Thank goodness. We found random half eaten food index the bed, a used condom and lubricant as well under the bed. We got 2 towels, and needed two more so I asked the maid for some. She said no more towels or blankets left so she went into another room to grab us some. Which was so kind. Unfortunately couldn't use them because they had been already used from someone else previously. (She clearly didn't know when she handed them to me she took them off the towel rack) As we were walking on the sky walk there is duct tape holding it together. This sky walk is over a road, and is a huge safety concern. In my opinion this is not the place to stay, eat nor gamble. It's went down hill majorly and definitely will not be staying there again.

I used to love staying here but the last couple stays have been terrible . You have to walk so much just to find working elevators . I will not stay at this hotel again

- Kate (3/5): It was ok, a partial refund or a free standard room credit would be nice to compensate for not having any towels… - I like to stay and play here, it is comfortable and convenient. I paid more than twice what I was going to book to have the jacuzzi suite. When I checked in there was not a single towel in the room. I went to the desk to ask for towels and was told she didn’t even know where any towels are. She looked around in a cabinet and handed me a single bar towel and said this is all I have. I did not get to use the jacuzzi that I paid a lot more to use, and couldn’t even shower. When I went to the desk in the morning I was told towels would be delivered and they were at about 8am. I did not have enough time to utilize the jacuzzi that I specifically upgraded for, so I was extremely disappointed.
- David (3/5): I will never return to this property. - The lady at the desk made a comment about my “booking through a third party” and I believe that this led to a downgrade for my hotel room. The bed was awful. The shower was dismal. The temperature setting system was antiquated and I had to continue getting up in the middle of the night to adjust it. The carpet had stains and was not tacked down to the floor properly. I tripped twice going to the bathroom. Horrible! Please see above comments.

- Craig (2/5): Worst stay on our trip home from AZ. - The restaurant was the best. Great food! The front desk lady at check in was very accommodating. They had put up on level 5 of the tower, to the farthest room on that floor. The elevator got north part of tower was broken, so had to use the south. The distance for two 70+ people was too much. The beautiful lady at the desk helped us. We had to make additional charges/fees for a change in rooms. All in all I would never go here again! Our room was a hazard and many things broken. The sitting chair had a broken leg. Had I sat it could have put me on the floor. The electrical outlets were not to code. They were sloppy and outlet wouldn’t old any plug. One didn’t nave a cover, very dangerous and could cause an electrical hazard. One outlet was so sloppy the one light between the bed (a much needed lamp) would keep the cord on, it just flickered. A fire hazard. Note, there was not a single overhead ceiling light in the room, only at the front door. The bathroom, the sink was missing the drain cap, anything could fall down the drain, contacts, jewelry, earrings and more. Also the faucet was so loose it was about to fell off. It dripped a lot, but if you tightened it hard, it could have pulled out completely.

- JCK82JCK (6/5): Casino is alright but do not stay here - I’ve stayed hear twice in 2026, and I never will again. They claim to have newly remodeled rooms, that they charge a ridiculous amount for. The non-remodeled rooms, are disgusting. Peeling paint/wall paper, lights that don’t work, faucets that don’t turn off, carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. They shouldn’t be more than $50 a night. I’ve had to use the filthy stairwells multiple times because the elevator never arrives. I’ve waited at the restaurant for 15 minutes, then left. No AC,fridge,microwave in the rooms. Both times I’ve stayed have been a last resort because the Peppermill hotels have been full. This hotel is disgusting.

- Donald (4/5): Not what I expected from a casino - Location Elevators were out room was not very good very few outlets air blows at the curtains so it moved and made noise

- keith (1/5): Horrible - There was nothing that I liked. Only tolerated. This hotel should not be renting rooms at all. They whole place is in disrepair and is falling apart. They, nor does Booking state the place is a construction zone, falling apart and dirty. The staff is even worse. I will be seeking a refund.
- Sutton (3/5): Less than desirable - Nothing The room was dirty and run down. The elevators were a joke. Broken or shut down and it was hard to get from the parking area to the room.

There was only one working to the whole half of the resort, it was incredibly slow, and looked like it was falling apart. Lights out in the ceiling and floor buttons.

Adentro y a fuera Pero no me gustó la diferencia del casino que no estaba en la misma aria del hotel! Tenía que salir del hotel para ir al casino! Y también el elevador no servía y me dieron el número alto subir escaleras 8 pisos la verdad fue muy incómodo!

- Wilkinson (3/5): - Staff was great. Very kind and helpful. Water damage on walls. There was literally bubbles of water on walls from water leaks. There was 1 working elevator and it took forever. We waited over 10 minutes for the elevator multiple times. Had to walk down the stairs but have to walk down a couple sets if stairs then walk across the tower to go down the reat of the stairs.
