• 景淳 (10/5): - 嘉義火車站走路五分鐘就能到，外觀上看起來是有點歷史的飯店，但內裝維持的挺不錯的，所以整體住宿體驗是舒適的 房間內不用插卡就能用電，照明還算明亮；浴室是簡單的乾濕分明，沒有抽風機只靠對外窗換風，所以毛巾晾在裡面不易乾 在電梯口有飲水機可以喝到飽，對於炎熱的嘉義來說是個非常體貼的服務😌 有幾隻小蟑螂出沒，但個人覺得沒什麼大不了的，就是個鄰居（？）
• PELAGIA KAIA (2/5): Would not recommend even for one night. - The location was great for the night market and if you're taking the bus for Alishan. There were cockroaches in the room, we asked to be changed and the lady at the reception was very apologetic and changed our room but there were cockroaches in that one as well. She said they had the hotel disinfected recently and that's why they've come out but seeing older comments now I see that is a general problem they've had some time. The floors were dirty, the towels had holes in them and the bed were as if made by wood. Incredibly uncomfortable.

• Edwin (7/5): Great location near the train station – good value for money - We stayed two nights at Chiayi Crown Hotel while visiting Alishan Forest, and the location is excellent. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, which makes it very convenient for onward travel. The hotel is also quite central, so you can easily explore parts of the city from there. Overall, we found it to be very good value for money. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms could use some updating. Also, early check-in was not possible, even though the rooms seemed to be ready – but we understand that this is quite common in Taiwan.

• CHIA-SHU (1/5): - 1.飯店有專屬機車停車棚，非露天。 2.飯店的床是硬的，適合特殊的族群，要不是小時候和阿公、阿嬤住過，我ㄧ定會列為缺點。 3.以這種房價與住宿，感覺適合省錢、經濟不好、不要求，可以住就好的顧客群，且如果飲食不愛吃蔬菜和素食，應該吃不慣裡面的早餐，超級基本的早餐，僅有吃的感覺，好上路。 ●2/25 ■這件事太誇張、嚴重了■ 我ㄧ退房，就回租車店去放行李，要去買彩券時，找不到皮夾，“”慌了“”回去租車放行李的地方，行李怎麼找就是沒有！！打回去飯店，櫃台老先生說：沒看到皮夾。 再仔細蒐尋行李內的東西與包包，還是沒看到皮夾！再打回飯店，請飯店老先生去我停機車的地方，看有沒有？櫃台老先生說沒看到皮夾，說房務回報也是沒有。 我回打嘉義中山派出所，警局說：沒人撿到。（因本身飯店位置，前面就是中山派出所） 我再打回飯店，仔細詢問，櫃台老先生依舊說沒看到皮夾！我說：我回去看監控。回飯店時，飯店櫃檯老先生，連我住幾號房，都不知道！！我直接到207號房，ㄧ入門就看到阿姨在打掃，我的皮夾在床上😡我：我的皮夾在床上，你們飯店怎說沒看到？打掃阿姨說：我也才剛進來打掃。檢查裡面皮夾，錢都無遺失。ㄧ下樓就問櫃檯老先生，我：我ㄧ上去就看到我的皮夾，你怎麼說：沒有？ 櫃檯老先生：我第一時間就在群組幫妳問了，也秀給我看，她們就說沒有，我只負責我櫃檯的事，房務那邊，我沒再管。我：心想，這是什麽鬼飯店，扯到噁心！要不是我今天折回去看、又住南部，不然～還得了！不就明天準備跑15個機關去補辦證件？ ●2/24 1.台灣飯店不附ㄧ次性盥洗用品，已是眾所皆知的事，但連基本的紙拖也不付，要加收NT$10?很不合常理，全台的住宿，連低階的旅館，都會附紙拖，好嗎。 2.請飯店人員給客人免費紙拖，櫃台晚上戴眼鏡，胖胖的櫃檯先生，無法處理客人的請託，說：請等一下，居然躲在櫃檯裡的小房間，讓客人白等10分鐘，直接裝死不處理，直到我說：沒關係後，才出來，理由是尷尬😑。 3.旁邊剛撿到貓，那位年紀應該是大學生，依舊玩他的貓，問他說：那位先生怎不出來？他回：不知道，還是玩他剛撿到的貓，讓客人在現場繼續ㄧ臉問號。 4.我要退房不住，跟我說：要請BOOKING取消才能退款，這是大過年見鬼是嗎？錢是飯店收走不是平台收走，退款由飯店退還給客人，平台只是剩後續程序處理結案，且都晚上了，APP有取消機制，也僅是做好處理程序。 5.進房裡有2隻很小的蟑螂，ㄧ隻被我用衛生紙，丟進馬桶，另一隻在盥洗時被我踩死，是我戴回眼鏡才看到，這是因禍得福嗎？我今天如果穿紙拖（不是穿我的夾腳拖），蟑螂的汁液，我不就沾到🫢 6.房間有嚴重黴味，盥洗台不符合人體工學的高度，化妝台的椅子，隨便拿ㄧ個鐵椅來混，高度不ㄧ致。 它其實算CP值高，但我不會再去入住，算學經驗知道，以後去住任何飯店，要自己帶拖鞋。 優點：超級便宜附自助偏素食早餐，但房間有味煞（超強黴味及小蟑螂且連茶包也再省）
