- Giedrius (10/5): -
- Mary (10/5): Excellent two night stay for visiting Turkish Stairs, Valley of Temples and Agrigento - Walkable to restaurants , good breakfast, easy access to day trips and host was very friendly and helpful.

Rien
- Mary (10/5): A Great Visit in San Leone - Emma was a most wonderful hostess! From the moment we got there, we felt welcomed and pampered. Breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and Emma gave us wonderful suggestions and tips for sites to visit and meals. The location was close enough to the beach to walk there for dinners and just a 15-minute drive to the Valley of the Temple and archeological museum. Free parking on the main street was plentiful and convenient.
Nada. Todo perfecto!
- Deborah (10/5): Warm, Cozy Home - This was absolutely the best place we've stayed in Sicily. The host, Emma paid a great deal of attention to our needs. You can tell Emma takes pride in her home. It's tastefully decorated, warm and relaxing. The breakfasts were amazing, the accommodations cozy and warm. You will be very happy to book this stay. None it was great!
Consigliatissimo! Niente, tutto positivo.
- Myrthe (10/5): Het was mooi, gezellig en gastvrij!
Gracias infinitas. Quedarnos tan poco tiempo...
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you Emma! The best part of the stay was our wonderful host. Great advice on places to eat and roads to take (and avoid), places to see. The trip to Palermo via Monreale was fantastic. A stunning drive!
And wonderful breakfast All good!
- Mulhern (10/5): Home away from home in San Leone - This is a beautiful spot in San Leone and a home away from home. Emma, the proprietress, was warm and welcoming. She offered tea, coffee, juices upon arrival and served a delicious breakfast complete with homemade jams and two cups of coffee something that the hotels seemed to ration in Italy. She told us how to get to a beautiful beach with umbrellas and chairs where we could swim. In the evening she recommended a restaurant on the waterfront by a boardwalk just a 10 minute walk from the house. After a few days in Palermo the quiet comfort of B&B Le Sorelle was wonderful. We wished we had planned to stay 2 nights there.
- Lina (10/5): Nice stay! - Very cozy place almost like at home. Very friendly and helpful host.
- William (9/5): Molto bene! - Emma was a kind and thoughtful host. Our Italian is limited, but her English is great, which made our breakfast conversations very enjoyable — not to mention that her homemade jams were delicious. We visited in April, so it wasn't beach season, but I imagine the area would be bustling in the summer. Overall, the location is a great home base. We walked down to San Leone's waterfront and easily drove up to Agrigento and did some other site seeing of the natural beauty throughout the area. Emma had some great suggestions based on our interests.
- Broon (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely welcoming B&B, secure bike storage. Very helpful hoat
- Florence (10/5): An excellent place to stay. - The room was immaculate, the owner welcoming and delightful, and the property well situated. The pistachio-filled croissants were delicious. Nothing
- TRCG7000 (10/5): Amazing B&B - Emma was the most incredible host, in absolutely every way!!!! Her B&B was lovely, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for our two nights in Agrigento!!
We had both rooms which meant we had the whole place to ourselves (5 people).
Her breakfasts were wonderful with so many homemade treats and special touches. She even catered for my gluten free needs!!
What we loved most about our stay were the conversations we had with Emma and her exceptional recommendations!!! Every single thing she recommended for us (food/dining, sightseeing, local tips, history, and hidden treasures) was AMAZING!!!!
We highly recommend this B&B and Emma as your host..... you will not be disappointed!!!
- Nigel (10/5): Beautiful place with fantastic hosts and a delicious breakfast - Beautiful decor, super clean, exceptional hosts
- R1085OAthomasc (10/5): An incredible oasis - What an amazing place, Emma and her husband were so gracious and their home is beautiful. So clean and the decor outstanding. The breakfast they serve is 5 star. The location 5 minute walk to the beach. If God allows me we will return. Thank you for recommending two great restaurants especially Sal 8, it was amazing . Tom & Claudette
- Claudette (10/5): The whole experience was just lovely and we would return and we will recommend the place to friends - The hosts Emma and Lello were great. Breakfast was quite impressive and varied. The hosts gave us great recommendations fo lunch a dinner in San Leone and Agrigento . Lose to the beach.
- Munirah (10/5): One of our favorites in Sicily. Delicious breakfasts, lovely hostess, comfortable space. - Everything. Emma, our host was a delight and genuine. The space is so comfortable. Great location as well with street parking for guest.
- Emilie (10/5): Excellent stay in agrigento. Close to the beach for a relaxing day after visiting the ruins. - Excellent rooms, very clean, very nice owner. nothing!
- Kelly (10/5): Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely hostess. - The property was so well located, in San Leone, not far from the Valley of the Temples but away from the busyness of Agrigento. It was quiet and comfortable and we walked to several great restaurants suggested by the hostess Emma.
In fact, Emma made our stay perfect. She welcomed us so warmly and was so
Kind and thoughtful. Every morning g she made us a wonderful buffet breakfast with fruit and sweets and eggs. It was a perfect start to the day.
She also suggested some excellent side trips. Our favorite was to the Turkish steps, which we had never heard of. It’s a lovely white stone beside the sea. We had an elegant delicious lunch looking out at the blue waves. The restaurant was owned by her neighbor!
We had such a good time, we hated to leave. Thank you, Emma! We loved everything!
- Penny (10/5): Lovely and relaxing. - It was a pretty bedroom and lovely ensuite. Everything we needed was provided including toiletries. It was spotless. There was easy access and it was close to the beach and local restaurants. The host is outstanding and cooks a magnificent breakfast! She helped us enormously when we had an issue with our hire car. We really appreciated everything, especially the host’s attention to detail. Nothing.
- Ludovico (8/5): Very tactical stay for San Leone - Very welcoming lady managing the B&B. The establishment comprises of a refurbished basement with a spacious lounge and standard guest rooms. I loved that every day this lady would prepare us breakfast with local food. The Wi-Fi is inadequate for work purposes, and there is no signal in this section of the renovated basement.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional - Emma & Lello are wonderful hosts, their house is spotless, we loved our breakfast and the chance to chat in the morning! They gave us great recommendations and tips and made us feel at home. N/a
- Ann (10/5): Lovely B & B - Emma was a gracious host who made us feel very welcome. The room we had was a good size, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. It was an easy walk to the beach, and there was street parking available near by.
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely outside patio, excellent coffee, superb breakfast and fantastic, friendly host. Couldn't have asked for more. Didn't stay long enough.
- Anthony (10/5): A really pleasant stay - The hospitality Nothing
- Madeleine (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would return. - Great walkable location. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Awesome breakfast. Beach, restaurants, boardwalk. Emma was so helpful and responsive.
- Elisa (10/5): We’d go back so we highly recommend it! - We had a lovely stay at Le sorelle. It was our first night in Sicily and so after a long journey we were happy to be greeted by such a pleasant place. The bnb is charming and welcoming. Not much to see in the town but very close to the temples which is why we picked it. Overall. Great stay. Host was fantastic and gave us lots of tips for the rest of our stay in Sicily. The breakfast was to die for!
- Gail (9/5): Very comfortable accommodations, amazing breakfast, and an attentive hostess . thank you Emma. - Our hostess was exceptionally nice, professional, and informative. She made a reservation for us at her favorite seaside restaurant. We had a delicious fresh fish meal and enjoyed watching the local families interacting on a Sunday pasagarta! Emma was the consummate hostess.
- Frank (10/5): excellent B&B - Breakfest was excellent,,,,,,,,,,,,,, with more than enough food bed could be more conformable
- Paul (10/5): A super host in a beautiful home - Emma is the perfect host. She gave us a warm welcome. The offerings for breakfast were plentiful and prepared very well. Her recommendations for experiences and dining were great local knowledge. Emma's husband helped me with a car issue. The guest area and our bedroom are furnished beautifully. The location in San Leone is positioned perfectly for a nice walk to the sea and very good restaurants. We recommend Due Sorelle as a wonderful B&B. No negatives
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Great Vacation Home - Lovely home, spacious bedroom and bathroom, 6-7 minutes walk to the sea. Great restaurants in walking distance. Emma is a great hostess and very informative about the Valley of the Temples and the area. Parking nearby. Nothing.
- Kk (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - Emma was a wonderful, interesting and helpful host who spoke very good English and served excellent breakfasts. The private terrace was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Sorelle and would highly recommend it to others. Emma made our stay there perfect.
- Donnacha (10/5): Exceptional - The B&B was beautiful and in the perfect location close to all amenities and the sea. Emma was so friendly and hospitable and the breakfast was fantastic.
- Caroyl (9/5): Fantastic B&B with outstanding hospitality - I would have to say this was the nicest B&B that I have ever stayed in...I liked everything about Le Sorelle! It was simple to find, there was easy parking on the little street. It was a great base for discovering the area. The room was just lovely....I felt very comfortable , great bed, perfect wifi, usb plugs! The the common area was inviting. The decoration was just lovely with an impeccable attention to detail. I loved that there were all kinds of books to look at about the area and Sicily in general. The owner couldn't have been nicer and was super accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful...see the photos..it was delicious. All and all, it was really perfect and I hope to get back someday. can't think of anything....but, don't forget your 3 prong electrical adapters.
- CamilleNYCDiva (10/5): Third time at B&B Le Sorelle - This is our third time returning to B&B Le Sorelle. It's like being home, except you're in Sicily. Actually, this is a home. The owners live upstairs.
There are two rooms here, and the common area is welcoming and spacious with couches, a big Kitchen Table, tea, coffee and cookies available all day. Breakfast, make in front of you by the Amazing Emma is delicious and fresh. The bed is comfortable and the area is walkable with good restaurants a short walk away. Near the Valley of the Temples, and Agrigento. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
- Garry (9/5): Perfect base to visit Valley of the Temples and the Turkish steps - Emma provided the perfect B&B experience, with authentic and comfortable surroundings, excellent information about local restaurants, markets and sights, and great hospitality.
- Florin (10/5): Wonderful place - This is a proper accomodation! We found a beautiful home and a wonderful host. The location is perfect if you have a car and want to visit the Valley of the temples (5 min drive) and also is close to the beach and restaurants (10 min walking).
- marthaboneart (10/5): The best of the best! - Wonderful B&B with a caring, gracious host. Beautifully decorated, clean, with a great breakfast. A bit off the beaten path, but relaxing and quiet. You cannot do better than this. Thank you Emma for a wonderful stay!
- Javier (9/5): Would recommend highly if you are visiting Agrigento. - Excellent for our visit to Agrigento archeological park. Owner Emma was a wonderful hostess. Location can be difficult to find. Parking is a bit of a challenge.
- Matthew (10/5): perfect stay - great location, 5 minute drive from Agrigento Valley of the Temples, super host, excellent breakfast, great value
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Than was a wonderful stay for us. We were here primarily to visit the Valley of the Temples, which is only two miles away so the location for that is excellent - much more convenient and pleasant than in Agrigento. we were delighted with the B&B itself though, which was probably our favorite stay in Sicily so far. We appreciated being in a quiet village, just a short walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants; the facilities were very comfortable; and the breakfast was excellent.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wise (10/5): I highly recommend Le Sorelle. - Le Sorelle is a wonderful B&B. There are so many good things to say about our stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with an attached patio, and are well equipped and exceptionally clean. The linens are high quality, extra pillows, nice bedside laps, plenty of outlets to charge electronics, soaps, shampoos and hair dryer, etc. Besides the two bedrooms, there is a living room, kitchen and outside sitting area. It was perfect for two couples. Coffee, tea and bottle water are available. The hosts welcomed us with refreshments. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was also very convenient. The hosts made reservations for us at a local restaurant which was next to the beach and just a short walk from the B &B. The hosts even went out of their way to express mail forgotten items. Perfect stay.
- Maureen (8/5): Very good -
- Patrice (10/5): Exceptional - It was more than a breakfast, it was a brunch! Emma was very helpful with guidance and tourism information. I strongly recommend this place. It was mosquitoes season, a screen in the washroom window could had help since we like to sleep with a window slightly open and we could not.
- kstimpy (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Agrigento - We stayed at Emma’s place for one night only, but it was a great experience. Her B&B is super clean, well decorated, and strategically located between the Valle Dei Templi, Agrigento città, and the beach. Emma made a wonderful breakfast and was amazingly pleasant, friendly, and informative. She gave us restaurant suggestions and made reservations with a guide to tour the temples. When the guide cancelled without warning, Emma went totally out of her way to find a replacement, arrange everything for us, and make sure we had a great experience. Non of this was expected and all of it was highly appreciated by us. We highly recommend Le Sorelle if you are looking for a genuine experience during your visit to this incredible part of Sicily!
- anjaq2015 (10/5): Wonderful B&B, convenient location for Valle dei Tempi/Agrigento - A chance find, but a true gem!
We wanted to visit the Valle dei Tempi, but didn't feel like staying in Agrigento. San Leone is situated on the waterfront, so we looked there and found Le Sorelle. Only two rooms in the basement of a deteched house, decorated with care.
Huge open kitchen, where the owner served a truly opulent breakfast: Tea or coffee, juice, fruits, cake, fresh bread, stuffed croissants, a choice of at least 15 different jams, some homemade. Sliced cold meats, cheese, and I'm sure I forgot something, there was so much and such a good quality. Regional products.
Good tips for visiting Valle dei Tempi, good tips as well for Restaurants.
The place is treated once a month biologically against mosquitos and the likes. Repellent has been provided on top, just in case.
Parking outside on the street.
Lovely landlady, who greeted us with the offer of coffee or a cold drink, and chatted with us during breakfast next morning.
Highly recommendable.
- standoff (10/5): Superb Bed and Breakfast with a superb hostess - Truly one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I or we have ever done. We had both rooms, so practically the whole place to ourselves. The rooms are great. Nice little terrace attached to the rooms. Comfy beds.
The breakfast is superb. Freshly made bruschette were really a hit. Fresh fruit as well. Nice bread with a huge selection of locally produced marmelades/jams.
The hostess, Emma, is one of a kind. A sweet lady always trying to take care of you. Both in the the Bed and Breakfast but also in guiding you to nice places and things to do in the vicinity. Ask her for some restaurants tips. We tried all of here suggestions and were not disappointed. On the contrary.
This is a superb Bed and Breakfast with a capital B & B.
- Youneke (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - Emma and Lello were excellent hosts! There are two rooms on the lower level. It’s more like an apartment with two bedrooms; which is terrific because you have a living area and a beautiful big kitchen. There is also an outside sitting area off each of the two rooms. My husband and I enjoyed playing cards on the kitchen table on a rainy afternoon. It is also very close (walking distance) to some excellent restaurants. I learned to love Capanota in this area of Sicily (and Emma, sweetly, gave me her recipe!) Speaking of food, Emma lays out a beautiful breakfast! She asked us if we preferred sweet or savory and then set the breakfast to that request. We had so many sweet breakfasts in Italy it was a joy to be able to have savory! The B&B is also within a short bus ride’s distance to the Valley of the Temples, a must see. If you have a car, it’s also not far from Lido Scalia dei Turchi, a beautiful and historic beach area. The town of Agrigento is fun to take a bus in to see, but I’m very glad we found B&B Le Sorelle as our place of respite. When we return to the Agrigento area, we will absolutely seek out this B&B again! Emma and Lello we’re truly some of the most wonderful people we have met!
- paulamA5720XN (10/5): We highly recommend this friendly, comfortable B&B. - Emma graciously welcomed us into her home and gave us excellent advice. She has two rooms to rent and they are both comfortable with modern bathrooms. She speaks excellent English and German in addition to her native Italian. Her comfortable house is only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. Parking is free on an adjacent street. Emma gave us access to her kitchen with coffee, tea and water anytime. The next day we drove a short distance to the Valley of the Gods, a marvelous archeological site with three large Greek temples on hilltops. We stayed two nights, so we had an entire day to enjoy the beach and the Greek Temples.
- farmerj2015 (10/5): Attention to Details - What a lovely home! Everything says "Welcome"! Emma was extremely helpful regarding things to do and see. She speaks English! Parking was not a proble, either! The flowers and plants everywhere were the icing on the cake for us. We know what it takes to grow plants! By the way, the breakfast in the adorable kitchen was wonderful!
- joea6 (10/5): Fantastic B&B - One of the best B&B’s we have stayed at. Only two bedrooms in this beautiful house with a great kitchen and living room. We had full access as our hosts lived upstairs. Emilia and her husband were extremely gracious and accommodating. Would have given 10 stars if possible.
- F3464RMdavidm (10/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay - When you stay with Emma at B&B Sorelle, you will learn about the area and the good restaurants .Emma gave us tips on locations and where to go to eat.
The area you have to move around is much more than just your room with a large sitting room and kitchen where you can grab a beer or a water. Breakfast was good with lots of fruit.
Certainly a place I can recommend.
- preglm (10/5): Superb hosting - What is nice and different in a B&B that you can’t even look for in a hotel or other types of lodging? Yes, the hosting experience. Emma is just superb. She speaks a good English and the communication for booking, confirming your arrival time and when you are there are just unbeatable. On top of it, she gives you all the privacy you need and don’t try to keep talking to you all the time. The two extremely clean rooms are in the lower floor and she lives in the upper one with her as much gentle husband. The breakfast served is great and she is flexible on what to serve. She gives tips for restaurants in the area and also books for you if you want. Before we close, her place is a five minute walk to the beach. Don’t look further and try this lovely and charming place.
- 334phyllis (10/5): A lovely place to stay while visiting the Valley of the Temples - First and foremost Emma is an extraordinary host. We got lost and caught up in a school being let out traffic jam and she went out of her way to come and find us and take us to her lovely home. Emma truly enjoys people and is extremely accommodating and available to her guests.
The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable, large and had all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfast also had everything one could want or need.
It was also a short drive to the Temples.
Emma had excellent recommendations for dinner as she knows the area very well.
We would highly recommend Emma's place.
- biancav480 (10/5): Great accomodation - The b&b was good, but the breakfast and personal interaction made it special.
Definitively the place to stay when you want to visit the vallen of temples.
Emma is the perfect host. She serves a great breakfast with local products.
- Cicero12 (8/5): Wonderful hostess and cozy accomodation - After touring the North of Sicily we decided to head to Agrigento to see the Valley of the Temples. B&B Le Sorelle is the perfect place if you are planning to see the Valley of he Temples. Emma is a wonderful hostess providing two rooms in her house. She lays on a sumptuous breakfast with a great selection of meats, cheeses and bread. She also will make coffee/cappuccino for you. She is very accommodating and knowledgeable as a hostess. On arrival she treated us to cappuccino. THe rooms are cozy and have all the amenities one would expect. THe reason we did not give 5 stars is the location - it is 5 minutes from the Valley of the Temples but the house itself is located in a crowded and not particularly exciting area of San Leone. The rooms are beautiful but they are down a driveway so you are actually not on a main floor. There are two patios to sit out on but again they are below ground. Aside from the Valley of the Temples, San Leone has a waterfront but it is not particularly exciting. All that being said, La Sorelle is well located as a base - it is also 15km from the Turkish steps which are well worth a visit.
- beachtundra (10/5): Fantastic accomodation & host - B&B Le Sorelle is the perfect place if you are planning to visit the San Leone & Agrigento area. It is conveniently located within 15 minute drive to the Valley of the Temples with plenty of street parking. This beautiful private home has 2 guest rooms with adjoin terraces on the 1st floor. The home is immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated & well thought out. Emma is a fantastic host who clearly has a passion & love in what she does. Her sweet/savory breakfasts could not have been any better, plus she even packed 2 of her pistachio filled pastries for our car ride when we left. Between the beautiful conversations she shared about daughters & family, you could not find a more caring person than Emma.
We highly recommend B&B Le Sorelle.
Thanks Emma.
- lnlmnj (10/5): Superb accommodations and fabulous host, just outside Agrigento - B&B Le Sorelle is wonderful! Ideal location just outside Agrigento, an easy drive to Valley of the Temples and easy walk to the beach at San Leone and several excellent restaurants. Spotlessly clean, charmingly decorated, comfortable bed, spacious common area, very quiet, fabulous breakfast. The best part: our host, Emma. We were immediately charmed by her warm welcome, gracious manner, and kindness. She knows the Agrigento area - and all of Sicily - very well. All her restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations were spot-on accurate, and her driving directions were invaluable. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Le Sorelle and hope to return soon. It was a highlight of our Sicily adventure.
