I would also like to highlight Porta Nova restaurant, run by the same owner, which was an excellent dining experience with great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Luca did absolutely great job in taking care of us. The only small improvement I would suggest to the enhance breakfast selection with vegetable.

Rendkívüli reggeli, finom kávé, frissen sütött croissant, friss gyümölcs, a kellemes tetőtéri teraszon. Talán az ágy nem volt túl kényelmes, de ez néhány nap tartózkodás alatt nem volt akkora gond.
• nadina (10/5): Minivacanță reușită în Tropea, o bijuterie calabreză apreciată - Am revenit în Tropea a doua oară consecutiv rămânând foarte plăcut impresionați de anul trecut. Cazarea aceasta ne-a mers la suflet, amplasarea sa în centrul istoric, aproape de orice, a fost cea mai bună idee. Gazda s-a dovedit foarte primitoare, ospitalieră, camera este confortabilă, aspectuoasă, mobilată și decorată frumos. Baia este spațioasă, foarte curată, utilată corespunzător, plăcută privirii. Micul-dejun a fost servit în regim bufet, cu produse sărate și dulci, foarte gustoase pe terasa proprietății, cu un view fabulos la mare. În ziua decazării, gazda a fost amabilă și ne-a oferit posibilitatea să ne găzduiască bagajele până după-amiază când am venit să le recuperăm. -

• Carmine (10/5): Piccolo B&B in centro, comodo ed economico. - Posizione centralissima. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa nonostante sia in pieno centro. Colazione buona servita su un terrazzino molto suggestivo. Possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio convenzionato a dieci minuti a piedi dalla struttura. L'assenza di zanzariere alle finestre.

• Ewa (9/5): Dobra jakość w dobrej cenie - Personel bardzo miły, bardzo dobry kontakt poprzez booking oraz Whatsapp. Lokalizacja świetna, centrum starego miasta, kilka kroków do wielu restauracji, dookoła uliczki w których warto "pobłądzić". Śniadania jak na włoskie to można powiedzieć że zróżnicowane, płatki, jogurty, jajka gotowane, ser, wędlina i oczywiście croissanty. Porządna kawa z ekspresu, woda, soki. Czysto, po śniadaniu pytali czy mają posprzątać pokój. W pokoju lodówka, czajnik, suszarka. Nawet suszarka na pranie była. Gdybym wracała w te same miejsca na pewno bym wybrała LoryLu ponownie. Brak "standardowej" słuchawki pod prysznicem. Była tylko deszczownica którą delikatnie dało się przekręcić. Jednak w żaden sposób nie zniechęciło mnie to do tego obiektu

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make your stay even better. A special highlight is the beautiful terrace where breakfast is served – a perfect place to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend LoryLu to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

• Karin (10/5): Tropea je skriti dragulj nad morjem - Lucca je izredno prijazen gostitelj, priporočal nama je najboljše picerije in gostilne.Namestitev je v samem mestnem jedru s prekrasno zajtrkovalnico na strešni terasi.Organizirali so nama varovano parkirišče, stane 15 evrov na dan.Čudoviti sončni zahodi in plaže. Z veseljem se bova vrnila. Edino kar bi spremenila, bi dodala malo bolj pester izbor za zajtrk.Več njihove lokalne hrane, pa tudi, če bo zaradi tega višja cena.

• Alex Nigel (9/5): Top! Wenn Tropea, dann wieder dieses Hotel. - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral und einfach zu finden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich aufgeräumt. Das Highlight ist das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und insbesondere Luca ist immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bautypisch für ein Altbau war unser Zimmer etwas hellhörig. An sich nur problematisch, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat und der Zimmernachbar über einem kein Ende findet. Aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt.
• Sarah (10/5): Tropea ist immer eine Reise wert! - Besonders gefallen hat uns das ausgiebige Frühstück (für italienische Verhältnisse) , welches morgens von Lucca auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse serviert wurde! Stilvolles Ambiente der Zimmer. Das alte, top modern umgebaute Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Sollten wir nochmal nach Tropea fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall dort buchen!.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): - Great location! The apartment is in a beautiful building in the very center of Tropea. The main street is 20 meters away and the sea is a 5-minute walk. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-appointed, and delicious breakfasts were served on the terrace, which offered a beautiful sea view. Luca, the host, is a very kind, warm, and smiling man. He welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, and offered advice on what to see and where to eat. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

Die Frühstücksterasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick über die historischen Ziegeeldächer zum Meer. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Keine wesentliche Verbesserungswünsche.

• Melanie (10/5): - Sehr zebtrale und ruhige Lage im Zentrum, freundliche Hosts, hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Bad in dieser Jahreszeit etwas kühl. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock und nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar, könnte für manche Gäste schwierig sein, ebenso die Erreichbarkeit nur zu Fuss, weil in der Fussgängerzone gelegen.

• Benjamin (9/5): Quiet, comfortable, lovely host. - The views from the room and the roof top breakfast area were wonderful.. Luca was a fine host, attentive and helpful. When I accidentally left the keys in my room, he was very nice about it, and came over to let us in very promptly. It was the very end of tourist season for that property, so I’m sure everyone was tired and looking forward to a break, but that didn’t affect the care we were shown during our stay. Our room was up many stairs, and then more stairs to get to the breakfast area were. so if you have mobility issues, be forewarned. Otherwise, many places if the old parts of cities have stairs. Think of it as the Italy physical fitness plan, and eat more gelato.

Die Zimmer sind sind voll ausgestattet... man hat alles, was man braucht. Beim Frühstück hat es für jeden Geschmack etwas... noch besser, mit dieser Aussicht schmeckt alles noch besser. Es hat einige Treppentritte.. aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich.

• Yelyzaveta (10/5): Обовʼязково повернемося сюди ще! - Прекрасне місцерозташування готелю, неймовірний сніданки на терасі, чудовий вибір їжі, кожен день все необхідне: йогурти, сир, ковбаси, свіжа випічка, дуже дуже смачні круасани, яйця. Лука з душею робив нам каву кожного ранку! Затишний номер;) завжди гаряча вода, прибирання кожен день! Однозначно вартує тут зупинятися на 3-4 дні! Це не те що не сподобалося, це скоріше наша особиста маленька помилка. Ми з чоловіком обрали маленький номер для нашої пари, не звернули на це увагу на при бронюванні. Але номер все одно був затишний. Наступного разу будемо бронювати номер по-більше, наприклад «Леонардо» або «Ботічеллі» з них відкривається романтичний вид на дахи будівель та трохи на море:)

Personale disponibilissimo e cortese, stanza molto pulita, non grandissima, con bagno comodo e grande. Colazione molto ricca (frutta, dolce e salato), quasi a livello di un hotel di livello mesio-alto; si consuma in un terrazzo molto panoramico Unico neo: le stanze sono al secondo piano e occorre salire a piedi (palazzo antico - siamo nel centro storico - e senza ascensore) QUalche contrattempo con la chiave elettronica, risolto con cortesia e prontezza dalla nostra ospite. Mancava l'asciugamano del bidet

• Vanessa (9/5): Je recommande totalement! - L’établissement est extrêmement bien situé au centre de tout! L’accueil d’Ester est chaleureux. Elle est souriante et serviable. Nous avons également apprécié le savoureux petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une magnifique vue. La chambre était plutôt petite, mais ça n’était pas important, car tout le nécessaire y était. Petits points à améliorer: 1- L’opacité des rideaux, car j’avais peur d’être vue dans mon intimité par l’immeuble en face de notre fenêtre le soir. Aussi, la lumière du soleil entre beaucoup dans la chambre le matin. 2- Il n’y avait qu’un petit drap sur le lit à notre arrivée (je m’en suis rendue compte seulement en allant dormir). Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé une couverture à Esther qui m’en a laissé une sans problème. Nous aurions apprécié l’avoir dans la chambre afin de l’avoir le soir de notre arrivée. Sinon, tout était parfait! 👌🏻😊

We had a spacious, beautiful room with a comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is kind and helpful. When I told them I was gluten-sensitive, they offered me a variety of gluten-free treats for breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend the accommodation. Nothing

• Helena (9/5): Superb - Simple accommodation with an amazing view from the terrace. Steep stairs going up to the rooms and the breakfast area. We stayed three nights and it was absolutely fine, but for a longer stay I might want to look for more comfort. It wasn’t too loud despite being very centrally located. And the owner (staff?), all women, were simply 12 out of 10. Very attentive, very kind and helpful, they give the whole place a certain home-like feel. We appreciated that a lot.

• Deborah (10/5): It was a gem in a gem of an historic beach town. - We loved the rooftop terrace views over the charming old town to the sea; the delightful and helpful hosts, Luca and Esther, who went out their way to accommodate us; the old town location within walking distance of the beach and piazzas and shops, restaurants, etc. The many flight of stairs which were the price of the best room in the house: the Michelangelo room at the top with its own balcony with a great view.
• David (9/5): Central location in a stunning town. - Great location on a quiet street, but right in the center. Nice balcony and view, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Easy check-in. Good breakfast, great coffee! Wish we could have used the upstairs terrace in the evening. Small fridge.

• Sanna (9/5): Beutiful b&b right in middle of Tropea old town - Perfect location in Tropea old town. Eveything is just around the corner. Good breakfast and friendly staff. And I have to say that the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, has an amazing view! For us this place was perfect. If you have trouble climbing a lot of stairs, then you might want to stay somewhere else. But with ”good legs” stairs are fine.
• Raffyaroundtheworld (9/5): Superb - Superb location in the centre of everything. Very nice room with balcony, even nicer views from the breakfast terrace (unfortunately we had to eat inside due to rainy weather). Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Narrow steep staircase to reach the top floors. Didn't bother us too much, but could be a problem for elderly people. Bed slightly hard, but typical for Italy.

• Tina (10/5): An excellent location and a comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast. - The location was in the old city so that was useful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The best thing was the roof top breakfast- there was plenty to eat and drink, and the view from the top was great. The room was small, but that did not really matter as we were only there to sleep.
