- Benjamin (10/5): The Wonderful Dominion. - Everything about The Dominion was fantastic. They even have a record player in the rooms, with records to check-out from the front desk. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the grounds provided a nice opportunity for a relaxing stroll. The breakfast was wonderful too. We will most certainly be returning soon!

- William (10/5): - Very nice antique setting with very comfortable beds. Much better than typical chain hotels at a similar rate. Staff takes pride in the facility and it was a great experience. However, they need to correct the address on Expedia and probably other web sites. We arrived after 10p on our check in day, thought they were closed because the gates are shut on the south side and left to stay in a chain hotel.

Just a few problems with the towels, and some mold in the bathroom vent but they took care of that. Wish they had the full breakfast and restaurant available.

Stay in Guthrie, drive 30 minutes and enjoy this beautiful property at reasonable rates in the sweetest little town. Dominion House is really a hidden gem.

- Jonathan (10/5): - I arrived late in the evening. I called the afterhours number and Tanya was as attentive as if it were daytime. I was directed to my room. On the way, I noted the finishes on the walls and crafted wood trim around the windows and at the ceiling. During the next day I returned and was able to explore and observe more and it was all beautiful. Each interaction with staff, whether at the desk or at breakfast was up-lifting. Would recommend this hotel over a branded hotel, when I have the chance.

Very reasonably priced and such wonderful rooms. Not your franchise hotel. This was so much better. This would be a wonderful place to celebrate a wedding. Nicely appointed and lots of rooms.

Their main solution? The cheapest, dusty, used fan from Walmart. 02/10. 1/5. Will not recommend to anyone who needs modern amenities. Property is quite nice, visually, with little spots to read. But guest services was sparse and the atmosphere was stuffy.

The room was clean, linens ok, and the bed comfortable but abnormally high. The hotel is really quiet, and we love that the parking lot is private and closed in. - Amie (10/5): Beautiful Vintage Style Hotel - Beautifully custom decorated room with a huge bathroom! Biggest shower I’ve ever seen and a claw foot bathtub. Quality linens and towels. Included continental breakfast and made to order eggs/bacon or sausage plate. Missed out on exploring the full property due to schedule. I’ll just have to come back! ;-)
- patrick (2/5): - For a bed and breakfast, this property got it half right. The room was nice, clean, good shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was an epic fail. Saturday morning, we missed breakfast because the lady in charge was on a marathon smoke break. On Sunday, we got there right before 9:30 and she was socializing in the back, came out 10 minutes later, and said that she wasn’t serving any longer but we were welcome to the cheap continental garbage. Was not worth the $175 a night for a typical Motel 6 breakfast. Won’t be staying here again. Too many other B&B’s in town.

When asked where the milk was for the cereal she laughed, pointed to a man and said that he had finished it. No sympathy or apology. She also talked loudly about her health issues to another family eating there.

- Lysse (10/5): - We only stayed for one night but it was so relaxing and quiet. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was HUGE! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had and every staff member was friendly. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing place. - It was an amazing stay! The grounds made for a beautiful evening walk, the parking is gated and private, and the room and staff was all wonderful! I only have one negative and it was that there are no locks on the upper part of the doors to prevent someone from breaking in or kicking in a door. I had a toddler with me which made it hard too keep her in the room safety cause she was easily able to open the door and take off quickly, so each time we enter the room I had to place the holder for our luggage in front of the door but if you aren’t traveling with children then this isn’t a big deal. Overall we loved it and will definitely be staying again soon.

- Gregory (4/5): Disappointed - The room layout and furnishings are not practical. The body lotion left in the bathroom was already used. Found a fake eyelash on the counter where tv was placed. Furniture was dusty and smudgy.
