Tolle Führung.Das Personal war äußert hilfsbereit, kompetent und freundlich. Wir hatten den Service genutzt und je eine Frühstücksbox süß und herzhaft, buono!!! Dazu konnte man sich Kaffee, Tee frisch zubereiten. Die Betten waren für uns in Ordnung, nicht so hart. Täglicher Zimmerservice. Schöne stilvolle Gelegenheit um auch draußen zu sitzen. Man sieht es ist noch nicht fertig renoviert, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Mit Pool wahrscheinlich unbezahlbar wäre aber eine Traumlocation. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto für alles, aber das weiß man ja auch vorher.

• IRINA (10/5): Straconsigliata ❤️ - Una struttura bellissima, rustica ma allo stesso tempo moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort. La nostra stanza (gnocco fritto) era molto spaziosa, con un ingresso e un bagno enorme con doccia grande. La cascina è immersa nel verde, nel silenzio, ma dista solo 10-15 min (auto) dal centro di Modena. Da qui potete muovervi tranquillamente dove volete, noi abbiamo visitato il museo Ferrari ma anche Parma, caseifici e prosciuttifici… Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio di colazione ma la struttura mette a disposizione la macchinetta del caffè con cialde di vario tipo (orzo, decaffeinato, normale etc) e anche il latte nel frigo a disposizione di tutti e infinite bottigliette d’acqua😊 Inoltre, si può fare la visita gratuita nella acetaia con degustazione 🔝 Non vedo l’ora di poter ritornare in questa struttura meravigliosa!

• Sonja (10/5): Eine bemerkenswerte Unterkunft - Der Küchen- und Gemeinschaftsbereich war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre durch das alte Gemäuer. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Wir hatten das Appartement Tortellini mit 2 getrennten Zimmern und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Führung durch die Acetaia mit anschließender Verkostung war ein weiteres Highlight. Der Service war sehr gut und das Personal sehr sympathisch, freundlich und professionell. -

Mais grande cuisine au Rdc avec espace pour se faire un café, des tables pour prendre un repas, une grande terrasse… Rien, sauf peut-être l’emplacement un peu loin, mais avons réservé en connaissance de cause!

• Gerald (10/5): Unique experience 15 min outside of Modena with a working Balsamic Acetaia with tours. - The location is definitely off the beaten path, and you would need a car to access it. However, it is a unique experience b/c the location is a working Baslamic Acetaia, which you can take a tour of and purchase some of the vinegar products. The rooms were very spacious and airy, with lots of amenities (in-room fridge). The breakfast is just a prepared box (sweet or savory) and a kitchen for coffee, tea, etc, is self-serve (which was fine for me traveling alone). Check-out time is 10 am, so if you are looking to sleep in, this isn't the place for you. However, I was able to check out and then relax on the property, taking the tour, so it was perfectly fine for me.

Restaurants op een paar minuutjes rijden. Volgende dag balsamico tour gedaan, aanrader. Ontbijtbox. Ga ergens ontbijten, dat gaat beter zijn.

Set in the countryside, this secluded farmhouse offers a true taste of Emilia-Romagna living. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, allowing you to relax and unwind fully. Check-in was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who were genuinely attentive and happy to share tips on local experiences. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by fields and nature, yet conveniently located for exploring Modena and the surrounding region. Overall, it’s a great stay if you want to slow down, soak in the countryside, and explore the rich culinary and cultural heritage of the area. Highly recommended. A note for light sleepers: there is a train line nearby, so it’s best to keep the windows closed on the side facing the tracks at night and open them towards the fields to enjoy the fresh air and quiet views.
• Greg (9/5): Balsalmic paradise - Great place, beautiful location, and clean room. Really enjoyed our stay. It seemed like a couple amenities were missing. They had free coffee but no milk, not much lighting at the tables, and the snack box in our room said we would be charged 5$ for each snack but the box was empty. Hope we don't get charged. I was hoping we could buy some balsamic vinegar.
• Demi (10/5): What a pleasant surprise! - Lovely stay at a traditional balsamic vinegar estate! The rooms are wonderful - clean, comfortable, modern, with multiple amenities. The staff were very professional and gave us a free tour and tasting of the balsamic which was absolutely delicious. The location was great, surrounded by green pastures, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but reachable within minutes. We decided to stay another day! Highly recommended. Nothing

• Elisa (9/5): amazing fine place full of history in the Modenese countryside - the place is wonderful, quiet and the details are amazing. towels are fluffy, beds are comfy and everything shows the owners care about their guests. We also had the chance to visit the "Acetaia" and to know the history of the family and how the production of balsamic vinegar started. The product is amazing and really one of the excellence points of Modena.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This property produces balsamic vinegar and we had a quick tour and tasting after breakfast which was so interesting and unique! The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and well appointed and the onsite parking was easy.
