Guest Reviews
- Martis (10/5): -
- Reece (9/5): Great views, easy to get in and out. Lots of amenities - Very convenient, right off the interstate and was able to park our uhaul near our cabin while moving cross country. Pet friendly so was nice to have a private entrance and patios for our dog. Staff in the office can be difficult to get ahold of but once you get through are very helpful.
- Eugene (9/5): Fun spot, nice cabins - Nice and clean No iron or ironing board, but understandable
- Jeff (10/5): -
- Elissa (5/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): Great experience for lodging, entertainment, and overall experience! - Very clean and walkable.
- austen (1/5): Terrible - Absolutely nothing about the stay did I like. It was filthy, staff never came to help us,several things were broke. Was told I would be offered a refund. Then later they demanded payment anyway for the horrible stay. Don't stay here every unless you have a camper.
- Yolanda (6/5): Great tiny home but overall wifi was horrible and everything shut down by 5:30. So definitely not worth the money. - The tiny house itself was nice inside No lighting at all outside. They had street lights but none of them were working or on. Very dark so not safe at all.
- Salvador (10/5): - Location and very clean Nothing was open
- Tyler Parran (10/5): -
- Candy (10/5): - Loved everything about our first time my grandkids and I’ll be back
- Kim (10/5): - Nice private cabin with 2 porches, grill and propane fireplace.
- Tracy (4/5): - Expedia never sent our reservation to Jellystone. So on the day of our trip at 7pm we found out that they did not have our reservations or a cabin for us. Dispite this Jellystone scrabbled to make accommodations for us. I will not use expedia for any travel plans again
- Victoria (10/5): -
- Janet (8/5): Was fun overall - Nice. Like any large property, maintenance is a must. We had a mouse in our cabin. Called several times for assistance in getting rid of it. Unfortunately received no response. When I did speak to the front desk. The only response I received was. “oh we are so sorry will make a note of it. The cabin had dishes minimal silverware. 1 burnt fork, 3 miss matched spoons 4 knives. Luckily we had our own plastic ware. Mini golf area could use a good cleaning if the grass. Lots of debris on the course
- Karen (10/5): - We had a family reunion here. It was awesome. Lots of things for the grandkids to do and enough privacy in our separate cabins at night. Our only complaint was there was almost no Wi-Fi or phone service at our cabins, which made texting each other difficult. We would definitely stay here again!
- Robert (6/5): some fun but frustrating. - The pools, Sports Courts, Hot tub, Putt Putt Comfort and size of cabin. Bowling was broken the whole time. Activities were canceled. No propane at our cabin and no one would help us.
- Kayla (9/5): Fantastic resort lots of things for kids to do. - I loved them amenities Our box spring was broken and we let them know the very first day and they didn’t do anything at all to make it better which made sleeping very uncomfortable
- Felicia (7/5): Good -
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tashina (10/5): - Great!
- Jonathan (7/5): Good -
- Nick (10/5): - Was really close to the event we were going to & much better then a hotel.
- Jina (10/5): - Our first family trip to Jellystone was a success, and we will definitely return for more fun. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water park.
- Nasiem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bobbie (10/5): Great service - Was fantastic and well taken care of
- Leisa (10/5): Beautiful views - Beautiful location, darling cabin. We could have used an extra blanket
- Jaseiri (10/5): - The cabins were clean and very spacious and although we got rain all weekend there were lots of activities to do with the kids.
- Franki (2/5): - Horrible experience, cabin with no water or electricity!
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beatriz (10/5): - We stayed here as we came for a wedding nearby in Palmer Lake. The cabin was nice and a convenient location. Rachel at the front desk was very professional and nice.
- Amber (6/5): - The property was cute and the staff at check in was great. However, the cabin itself lacked cleanliness. There were all types of hair EVERYWHERE. It seems that house keeping doesn’t wipe of any more than just surfaces and floors. Ledges everywhere were caked with dust and hair. Also, while the property is pet friendly, there are no pet areas. We stayed during bad weather and had to take our dogs out to potty in what was essentially native areas. Mud, weeds and rocks. Needless to say that just made the cabin more dirty. Also, there are warnings about keeping trash in and around the cabin but then you have to haul it back to the front reception. Yourself. There should be bear proof dumpsters dispersed around the site. I think the property is a novel concept but it desperately needs some fine tuning.
- Daniel (10/5): - Amazing facility! Great customer service!
- Armando (10/5): - Awesome place and excellent customer service!
- Rhonda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathleen (8/5): Short but Sweet - Lots of amenities it would seem but they were all closed as we stayed on Christmas night and didn’t arrive until late. But seems like it would be fun in the summer! The train! Went by several times during the night. The highway noise is non-stop. It was pricey considering the time of year.
- Falon (8/5): Off season stay - The cabin was perfect for my family. Wish more amenities were open during stay. Or some activities for the kids.
- Causey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything the cabins were perfect the staff was so friendly met Cindy and yogi
- Katmndieux (9/5): Superb -
- Raul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darla (5/5): For the cabin side I most likely for the cabin side Iwe will not stay there again . But will take my RV next time. - The pool The water parks wasn’t open, the sheets were not five star (clean), there was no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, and it was very difficult to get a hold of the front deck. And there was no tissue in some of the restrooms we went to take show after working out there was no water at all not even to wash our hands? Two of the shows were canceled so the kids were mostly in the pool area.
- Pamella (10/5): Lots of fun! - Location was a little far from the pools. We weren’t able to rent a golf cart. But we made itbwork Should have rented a golf cart earlier. First stay so I didn’t realize they wouldn’t have any for rent.
- Cecilia (9/5): A fun and tidy place to stay for our mountain biking adventures - It was a great location and perfectly sized accomodations. I loved staying in a tiny home, just to experience how everything is laid out. It was clean and well maintained. The camp groud looks pretty new and it will look 'better' (it was pretty sparse in terms of greenery and landscaping) in a few years when the trees grow taller. I did not like that the pool/'resort' did not offer any towels, but it was April, which is not the high season for guests.
- Kylie (10/5): Great family experience! - Clean! With beautiful decor NA
- Deni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (5/5): Passable - Floors were dirty in the 2 bedroom bungalow. Floors need to be wet mopped before a new guest enters site.
- Gina (6/5): Pleasant - Second bedroom was dusty. Blinds were hanging on by a wire. Wood floors and table seemed sticky.
- Robert (10/5): Daddy/daughter trip - It was a 35 min drive from Denver. The cabin was more like a modern tiny home with tvs, beautiful showers, grill and even a gas fire pit. The amenities were amazing. Bball, jumping pad, arcade, kid friendly bowling, a pool and a water park. Wifi was nonexistent.
The amenities were spread out, so unless you want to rent a golf cart, get ready to walk for a while.
- Oakley (1/5): Bad -
- Niki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Genevieve (9/5): Expensive for a short stay - Nice cabin with deck and fire pit Uncomfortable mattress on hideabed
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (7/5): Good -
- Meghan (9/5): Superb for family, so much to do. - Excellent, safe family destination! Just needed more time to do it all!
- Jodi (10/5): Excellent family fun for all abilities, ages and interests all under the Colorado sun!☺️ - So clean and inclusive! Excellent place to have a family reunion when you have all different ages! I wish it was a bit more secluded, not right on the highway.
Internet did not work.
- Tiffany (4/5): Was ok. Kids enjoying themselves - Like the deck on the cabin. The room had all the items needed. The staff at the check in counter were helpful and provided addl supplies when needed. Landscaping was neat and cared for. Air conditioning in the cabin worked great. Floors were dirty our feet and socks were black after walking around in the cabin. Dust in window sills and ceiling fans you could see big chunks of dust flying around the room. Lock on the door at the pool next to the bar was broken and others were constantly walking in on someone else. Pinball machine was broken, couldn’t get our money back and staff never put a sign on it so others will also lose their money. The pool and water park water was freezing cold.
- Esteban (6/5): Clean property, lots to do, expensive bar food, ladies cover your drinks b/c they might be spiked - Great place for families to stay due to the close proximity to the Renaissance Fair in Larkspur. The pools and jump pad were nice but the water at the water slides is unbearably cold. My drink was spiked/roofied at the pool. On arrival day I was in the room resting and had my wife order a beer for me. I got there I’d have a cold one after driving all day. I am a 210 pound man who ate a big breakfast and lunch and after drinking two beers I was slurring and falling over myself. We believe the spiked drink was meant for her but I drank it. I notified the staff but they seemed ambivalent.
Also, the rules at the park state no political flags are to fly from people’s property/RV’s but we saw plenty of Trump flags, Go Brandon flags, and Gadsden Flags flying during our stay.
- Scott (8/5): We have a super fun time with family and enjoyed the pools, mini golf, bounce pad, sports - Access to bathrooms on the property although some were not clean. All-inclusive one location with food items available to purchase. Staff was extremely nice everywhere we went. Could not get anyone to fix our firepit, rented a golf cart (overpriced) brakes did not work. Housekeeping showed up at 9AM to clean when checkout was not until 11AM. Needed to vacate early as they were in our cabin. Only one lane at bowling was open.
- Darla (7/5): Good for children a lot of activities, just without a cart you will be walking a lot! - Cozy Not enough carts to rent.
Fire pit didn’t work smell like gas
I booked through booking and I didn’t receive Yogi points
- John (5/5): Passable - The pool and playground areas were good for the kids. Both pools had food and drink availability. Your Market has over hyped. More a souvenir shop than anything. The on demand hot water was not reliable. This is the only place that I paid over $300+ a night and had to empty the waste cans and clean the room before we checked out.
- Bruntz (7/5): Good - Very fun park. Definitely will be back. Waterzone slide area water was freezing. Kid's couldn't enjoy it.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Contreras (5/5): Passable -
- Hope (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Jellystone and will continue to come back when possible. - We loved our cabin and the amenities available to us. It was nobody’s fault but we would have like to partake in using the pool but it was unavailable due to technical difficulties.
- Pecina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terry (6/5): Worth doing at least once - Park was clean. Not over crowded. They could have better hours for their amenities. Not a lot of options or hours available.
