- PAVEL (6/5): - На сайте был указан самый дешевый номер, а оказалось что это койко-место в номере для двоих. Т.е. могли подселить вам в номер еще одного прихожанина. Пришлось брать отдельный номер за большую цену.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property address is incorrect which resulted in us arriving at a wrong location and having to pay double the price for the taxi cab. The person at the reception desk said they only accept cash and when I gave her more cash than was required she said she has no change. So I literally had to pay more just because they don’t have change. Room smelled like smoke because they cook kabobs and bbq at the restaurant on the floor below. So when we came the room smelled like smoke. The room was near the reception desk and even though the receptionist told us it’s gonna be quiet we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hall.
- Sangwon (2/5): - disgusting hotel.. do not use here..frondesk agent was very rude..she can say only local language and shouting.. i just recommend to use venise hotel near the XO hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - まず、Expediaに登録されている地図が間違っている。Google mapに出てくるところが正解。そのせいでタクシー代を150ルーブル余計に取られた。 設備もカジノは見当たらず、バーもオープンしていなかった。 ホテル自体は綺麗だが、シャワーの出が悪く、お湯も緩い。 安いホテルなので設備は仕方ないが、場所が間違っているのは致命的、すぐに修正をしたほうがいいと思います。

- Alina (2/5): Отвратительное место ! Хуже быть не может.. - Место ужасное ! Самый настоящий гадюшник! Начну с начала . На сайте указано что трансфер в одну сторону из или в аэропорт бесплатный. Как оказывается,в отеле на ресепшене об этом впервые слышали. Мы порекомендовали администратору отредактировать этот нюанс на сайте чтобы не ставить гостей отеля в неудобное положение . Ресепшн находится на 3м(!)этаже ,лифта нет. Сумки свои (сколько бы их не было поднимаете сами).Номер очень маленький ,буквально одна Кровать . Нет даже стула или кресла для одежды. О чайнике и чашках и мечтать не стоит ,тк стола также нет. В номере очень холодно..Белье и полотенца не меняют вообще . По всей комнате валялись длинные женские чёрные волосы . На подушке и постельном белье также делали волосы . Подушка вся в пятнах,одна и вторая..На просьбу поменять белье сообщили что все белье сушится и нам придётся подождать . Воды горячей здесь тоже не было. Нас также попросили подождать ещё час,тк не включили бойлер. Включили воду и ужаснулись,смеситель сломан,вода брызжет во все стороны.Ресторана/кафе тут нет. Фен только на ресепшене. Ввиду всего вышеперечисленного ,решили незамедлительно покинуть этот номер,так как условия были ужасны. Мы,уставшие с дороги(летели двое суток на 4 разных самолетах),с огромными и тяжёлыми чемоданами ,буквально бежали с этого места. С таким неуважением к гостям мы ещё не сталкивались . Поселились в соседний Отель Венеция и были приятно удивлены . Место прекрасное,номер чистый.Вкусно кормят.Рекомендуем Отель Венеция
- Verified traveler (6/5): 乗継目的での宿泊と割り切れば問題なし。 - 空港からタクシーで10分かからないが、夜間に到着し周囲に全く何もなくHPの地図と違う真っ暗闇に連れて行かれた時は少し焦った。他に宿泊客はおらず館内も少量のLED電球のみで薄暗い。チェックインは予約内容を印刷したものを見せられ金額部分をトントン、現金で支払い無言で部屋に案内され終了。部屋は意外に広く清潔であったが冷蔵庫なし、シャワーは水量が極端に少なく湯が出るまで5分以上かかった。周囲には何もなく外出不可で食料要持参。ただし静かで寝る分には快適に過ごせた。
- Verified traveler (6/5): The worst check-in experience in my life - We have been asked for the whole copy of our passport and the staff even copy each blank pages in my passport which is ridiculous. Their reason for doing this because they have to send the information to immigration for record. However, I really doubt about this process as I supposed such exercise has been gone through by the immigration department on the first day we came to Russia. Why wasting such a lot of time in copying every page of my passport till now I still cannot find a satisfy answer. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean, the food in the restaurant including dinner and breakfast was excellent. Also there is a supermarket just next to the hotel which is also very conveninent and the location is close to airport which is also great.
- Seunghwa (8/5): 아기와 새벽에 투숙 - 새벽2시에 도착해서 공항근처 호텔이라 예약했어요. 택시타고 왔는데 너무 으슥한 시골길을 지나서 있어서 택시로 오면서 너무 무서웠어요. 로비가 3층이었는데 첨엔 몰라서 1층에 서있다가 올라갔네요. 카운터에 있는 종을 5번정도 울리니 직원이 자다가 나왔어요. 하도 안나와서 직원이 왜 없나했는데, 막상 직원은 친절했어요. 19개월 아기와 셋이 잤는데 룸안은 깨끗했고 셋이 자기에 더블베드도 괜찮았어요. 무엇보다 어메니티가 종류별로 다 있어서 깜짝놀랐네요. 부실할줄 알았는데 아니어서요. 단점은 화장실이 깨끗하나 똥냄새가 역하게 났어요. 푸세식 화장실냄새가 나요. 전 냄새때문에 샤워를 하지 않았고, 세수와 이를 닦을 때 진짜 빨리 씻고 나왔어요. 화장실이 깨끗한데도 똥냄새가 나는 게 아무래도 변기 혹은 배관에서 올라오는 느낌이예요.
- vvo (8/5): アクセスは悪いですが、設備は良いです。 - 暗い雰囲気ですが、設備は比較的新しいようでした。 朝はタクシーを呼んでもらい、200RUBで空港まで送ってもらいました。 旧空港跡地？にあり、徒歩で行くのはほぼ不可能です。リンクのマップやGoogle Map上の検索でヒットする場所と実際の場所が異なるので要注意です。私は散々迷った挙げ句、500RUB払って空港からタクシーで来ました。
- woo (8/5): 공항에서 가까운 것. 가성비 좋은 호텔임 - 호텔 카운터는 3층에 있고. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많은 사람은 불편할 수 있습니다. 또한 카드결제가 되지않고 현금만 가능하니 외국인들은 환전을 욕해서 오셔야 합니다.
- hyojin (6/5): 블라디의 첫날 밤 - 오로지 루블화만 통용됩니다. 주인 여서장이 불친절 하듯 친절 하기도 한듯 할튼 무표정 주인입니다. 영어 안되고 통역앱 도움으로 무사히 하루밥 잤네요
