- Roos (10/5): Zalig hotel waar het je aan niets zal ontbreken! - Alles! Het was echt 100% genieten hier. We hebben ons op handen gedragen gevoeld. En het maakte het extra speciaal dat we als enige Westerlingen tussen de veelal Islamitische andere gasten verbleven, vooral in het zwembad gaf dat veel gevoelens van harmonie. Personeel en iedereen hier was buitengewoon vriendelijk en vrolijk! Wat wil je ook met zo'n topverblijf! En dat voor een prikkie voor onze normen.. een geweldige ervaring die we iedereen aanraden!! Niets. We hebben er echt over nagedacht, maar kunnen werkelijk niets bedenken wat tegenviel. Al moet je in het restaurant wel rekenen op vooral Indonesische gerechten, dat kostte met onze reizigersvirussen wel iets meer moeite, maar dat zouden we overal hebben.

Sound insulation was not good. You could hear aircrafts flying overhead. There was no nearby shops or eateries. There was lots of mosquitoes at the restaurant.

The room size is quite spacious, providing freedom for children to play and comfortable for our familiy. So far there hasn't been any because I enjoy the facilities provided by the hotel

Shuttle to airport is free and fast. The gym has only running treadmills.. the weight machine was barely working.

The water was brownish after some people and kids on the pool. The staff were not friendly at all. They are alike. No smile, just doing their business, yet it was so annoying when we are facing them trying to have some things done, for example check out: come on, smile in the morning wouldn’t hurt anyone

- Syayan (8/5): Best deal for staycation in Palembang - I booked 3 rooms with 2 connecting rooms. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool size is good, and the water is clean & warm. Plus, there is a simple garden by the small lake, good for morning walk. Overall, my family love the stay. The AC in one of the rooms wasn't cold enough, even after multiple checks by the staff.

The check in staffer was a complete oxygen thief. Gave zero info regarding amended breakfast times so missed out. Sharing info is kinda important. 2 free bottles of water just isn't enough for this climate, considering the tap water is undrinkable. Should be upped to 4. The vit water supplied costs 4000rp max from a toko ... pretty sure it won't kill the overheads to supply more.

- ERIK (6/5): All is great but the street racers - All is wonderful, the staffs, the hotel condition with all the amenities but too bad the street racers outside the hotel is unbearable, I stayed for 2 nights and everynight right around 10 pm the motorcycle street racers with the muffler loud noise driving you insane and had to cal the front desk to call police to stop them.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service every 30 minutes from the hotel. Room was big and clean. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Restaurant overlooks a lake and there is a jogging track around it.
- Bruno (2/5): - The hotel is brand new and looking quite nice BUT it does not have enough guests (or not that many) thus is manned by a skeleton crew. The only food available at the restaurant for dinner is the room service menu (and some are not even stocked). Being as skeleton crew, the service is slow and most do not speak English. I stayed with pleasure in Santika hotels in JAKARTA but for this one, this was an overall bad experience. the only redeeming point is its proximity to the airport.
