- 557fahimehm (2/5): Terrible management and charging more than what was agreed - We (4 people) had booked this hotel for three days. We said in person that we want to stay in the hotel for 1 more night (5 days later). We haggled with the reception for the price and agreed on the price. He wrote our name and the total price on the sheet and when we wanted to pay on the spot, they didn't let us and just repeated that's it! But when we came back, the receptionist asked for a much higher amount and returned our deposit and said you can go wherever you want! And he said, I am the boss and my words are important! And we had to pay the amount he asked for. This was rude because we had already agreed on the price and they cleverly did not allow us to settle the previous nights so that they would force us to pay more when we returned. This bitter memory will never be erased from my mind! Apart from the fact that the hotel is in a very dirty neighborhood and down town. And our second room was on the first floor, the window was broken and could not be closed, and the noise and smell of street cigarettes came into the room. Breakfast was repetitive and very little, and it was not self-service.

- Tour666960 (10/5): Enjoyable and wonderful stay - Great experience! Friendly and attentive staff especially Mustafa from reception who had boxed breakfast ready for us in the wee hours of the morning, so we could catch our tour on time. Location: close to eateries, shopping and transportation.
- Müslüm (2/5): - Also die Unterkunft liegt in einer Schrecklichen Gegend von Izmir. Des Weiteren ist das Zimmer sehr klein und vor allem dreckig. Es wurde während unserer 4 tägigen Zeit kein Mal gereinigt oder Handtücher gewechselt. Nicht empfehlenswert.

The Breakfast (included) was at best o.k. . I had to take this hotel because of late booking. wouldn't have chosen it otherwise. The room was tiny, definitely not worth the Price. Cannot recommend this accommodation, for whatever purposes!

- Verified traveler (2/5): SAKIN SAKINA GİTMEYİN - Rezalet bir otel. Kesinlikle ve kesinlikle hiç kimseye önermiyorum. Odanın içi eski püskü eşyalarla dolu. Yerler leş gibi. Duvar kenarlarının cok uzun bir süredir kirli olduğunu gördüm. Çarşafın üstünde bir kaç saç teli vardı. Sabah kalktığımda sıcak su yoktu. Arayıp sorduğumda iki rezistansları varmış diğer konuklar sıcak su kullanmış bitmiş ısıncakmış. Böyle birşey olamaz, olmamalı orası bir işletme. Hayatımda kaldığım en iğrenç oteldi.
- Alp (6/5): Üzücü - Beklenildiği gibi 6 puanlık bir durum söz konusu değildi. Odalarda hijyen namına hiçbir şey yoktu. Yerde saç kılları,tavandaki küften kaynaklı bitmek bilmeyen koku ve yorganların kirliliği bu otele gelmemek için yeterliydi.

- Florencia (6/5): - Las camas estan algo gastadas y se sienten los resortes del colchón. El baño estaba sucio. Internet se cortaba bastante. Está muy cerca avenidas, de parques, tiene todos los medios de transporte. El personal es muy amable y aunque no hablen mucho inglés, te ayudan en todo.

- KOICHI (2/5): 安かろう悪かろう - 宿泊客のほとんどが黒人さん。この辺のホテル一帯はほぼそんな感じ。 夜中であろうが廊下でも部屋でもおしゃべりがうるさい。 部屋に入ったら便器がびしょ濡れ。トイレが壊れてて流せない。 ほんとに寝るだけのホテル。 エアコンはついてるし、熱いお湯は出る。

- david (4/5): Isolated hotel hard to find - I was there 4 days although I asked for room to be cleaned nothing happened ... The restaurant and bar advertised was there but closed... no breakfast had to buy it in although it was cheap ... the small tv was similar to one I had 30 years ago!!! The staff hardly spoke anything but Turkish but the thin older guy on reception was most helpful
- Coskun (8/5): - Bölgedeki diğer hotellere göre dışarıdan görünüşü çok daha güvenliydi, asansörü küçüktü ve odalardan çıkan kirli çamaşırları taşıdıklarından bazen kötü kokulara denk gelebiliyorsunuz, odalarda küçük bir televizyonu vardı benim kaldığım ilk gün dünya kupası maçı vardı ve izlememi sağladı diğer gün açmadım bile karasal yayın olduğundan sanırım görüntüsü çok net değildi ama ihtiyacımızı giderdi, interneti orta derece kalitede diyebilirim çekim gücü güzeldi ama bağlantı ara ara koptu çokta güvenmemek gerek ama işinizi halletmeye hayli yetecektir, kliması ve küçük bir buzdolabı vardı ve sıcakta baya işe yaradı, kaldığım 2 gün boyunca hiçbir şekilde çevreden yada yan odalardan sıkıntıya düşürecek şekilde bir ses ve rahatsızlık çıkmadı, çarşaflar ve yastığın temizliği çok çok iyiydi fakat tuvalet ve banyonun birlikte ve çok küçük olduğunu ve çokta temiz olmadığı içime sinmediğini söyleyebilirim uzun süreli kalmak sıkıntı yapabilir ama benim gibi gün boyu izmiri gezmek ve sadece geceden geceye gelip kalmak için yeterli yinede çok daha temiz olabilirdi otele girişte hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım çok kolay ve hızlı şekilde odama çıktım, otelden çıkışarken de sıcak bir şekilde çıkışımı yaptım onun dışında zaten muhattap olunacak bir durum yaşamadım genel olarak memnun kaldım

Otelde pek çok tekinsiz tip mevcut. Fiziki koşullar kötü. Gece görevlisi o otele göre fazlasıyla nazik birisi. Banyoda küf ve koku mevcuttu. Oda temizliği yapılmamakta. Kısacası zorda kalmadıkça tercih edilmemeli.

Zaten bır gece kalacağım ve sınavım vardı olay çıkaramadım. mafya bozuntusu bir yere otele yakın diyerekten aracımı bıraktım. 30 tlye pazarlık ettik. Otel ise ilgi alaka sıfır. arakdaş wc ye tuvalet yapamadım pislikten. çarşaflar sarımtırak ve kıllar vardı. 44 yaşındayım .yurt içi ve dışı onlarca otelde kaldım en rezil deneyimimdi .kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
