- Dennis (10/5): - This is our fourth stay. Good location, close to Metro, shopping. Good hot water, A/C and enough TV channels. Staff always there to help us. They keep this property clean. Friendly staff!! Some minor Maintenace issues were noticed, loose plug points or not working ones. As we had five people in two bedrooms apartment we had to ask more towels, plates, cups, spoons. Did not see kitchen rag or dish washer soap, but later we got some.
- marc (8/5): Correct pour le prix - Nous avions loué un studio de 41m². Mobilier un peu vieillot mais l'essentiel y est. Très grande piscine qui attire les pigeons et la salissent. Il fallait demander que le menage soit fait et qu'on nous mette une bouteille d'eau, sinon on n'avait rien.

- SEMTEC (2/5): - 80m2의 아파트먼트에 3명의 투숙객을 위한 카드키 3개를 요청했으나, 추가비용을 요구받았습니다. 수십년 출장을 다녀봤으나, 처음 겪어본 일입니다. 시설이 낡았으며 그다지 청결하지도 않았습니다. 다시 묵을 일은 없을 것 같네요.

- Reshida Fausia (8/5): - Het hotel ligt achter een mall wat voordelig is en metro station. Taxi is wel moeilijk te krijgen daarvoor moet je op de hoofdweg een aanhouden. Hotel kamers zijn groot met een klein keukentje,handig als je iets wilt opwarmen. Wel wat veroudert de meubels ,kwa hygiene word er schoon gemaakt op aanvraag. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kwam vroeg aan, we konden niet gelijk inchecken maar wel wat eerder wat erg fijn was.

In fact, i have not seen anyone non-indian except ourselves in this building/around this area during my 5 day stay. When we walked in first step to the room, the whole flat has very strong smell of curry, but kitchen has no window to outside... so had to request to change. Second one, we saw cockroach. Finally third one we upgraded ourselves to two bedrooms apartment with extra payment. During our stay, everyday/day n night we have to smell somebody else's cooking smell. It was like they r cooking right next to me. Chiller was making constant big noise which hard to ignore....and has water leaks. Bathtub was cracked big time but it seems they decide to just abandon it. Children playing n screaming at the hallway.... parking in/out way was very tight and narrow. Water pressure was weak. Will never go back..... .....

- Rowena (10/5): Space in the two bedroom apartment is fantastic - We really enjoyed our four night stay in a two bedroom apartment. After travelling in Europe in tiny hotel rooms, this property was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was huge with two full bathrooms, including a bath tub in each and an additional separate toilet. The balcony was a bonus although it was too hot to really enjoy it. The air conditioning worked really well and the kitchen facilities enabled us to self cater if we wished. The washing machine/dryer were an added bonus and much appreciated. There was one building between the property and the Burjuman Mall and metro station which gave us easy access to the sights of Dubai. Taxis were relatively cheap as well.

- Olivier (8/5): Gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel in Bur Dubai - Insgesamt war ich zufrieden: freundliches Personal, sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer, gute Wlan-Verbindung. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von einer Metro-Station. Allerdings ein paar Minuspunkte: - Kühlschrank im Zimmer war relativ laut - manchmal komische Geräusche nachts (als ob es nachts geputzt wurde) - Kaffee/Milch/Wasser wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Duschgel/Shampoo/Seife nicht jeden Tag. - Am Pool wurden morgens frische Handtücher auf den Stühlen gelegt und nicht nach jedem Gast ausgetauscht - Pool wurde aufgrund des Freitagsgebets für 90 Minuten geschlossen, auch für Nicht-Muslime. Bin schon ein paar Mal in Dubai gewesen und hatte es noch nie so erlebt.

The apartment is huge and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but if you want to there is only tea/coffee provided. No salt, cooking oil etc.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was a great apartment hotel for a longer stay. There is a big shopping mall with a huge Carrefour grocery store just a block away. The staff were friendly and helpful too! It’s also super close to a Metro stop for easy travel around Dubai.
- Fredrik (10/5): Fräscht och bra läge - Rent, fräscht och tryggt med bemannad reception 24/7. Personalen var trevlig. Frukosten var matig. Gymmet lite halvdant men ok. Ok takpool tyckte jag väl men det var ofta molnigt så jag använde inte den. Läget är mkt bra med en knutpunkt för tunnelbanetrafiken inom 300m från hotellet.

This hotel will not check you in with your partner of the opposite gender if you fail to present a marriage certificate, and this ridiculous rule is not described anywhere in the rules and conditions of booking. Also, check-in staff informed me that even a female visitor is not allowed beyond the lobby (I am a male). This ruined all my vacation - stay away from this hotel if you can't present a marriage certificate. Otherwise the property is OK, good value for money.
- Solveig (6/5): God ferie - Vi valgte dette hotellet da vi fra før var godt kjent i område. Nærhet til metro og kjøpesenter. Hadde denne gang studioleilighet. Det kunne vært en sofa eller et par gode stoler å sitte i. Var et spisebord og to stoler. Vi som kommer fra kalde nord liker å sitte på balkongen på kvelden, men som på flere andre hoteller er det ingenting å sitte på. Bassenget skulle vært åpent fra kl 09-21.00 men der hendte det at det var låst når vi kom. Opplevde også at de i 11.30tiden kom å lurte på hvor lenge vi skulle være der. Betjeningen var svært hyggelige. Så totalt så var vi fornøyd og været var vindunderlig.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect home away from home!!! - We stayed here as a family ( 2 adults and 2 children) The hotel is VERY clean and even though you can tell the furniture is a bit out dated , they have maintained it all well. The one bedroom was very spacious.Welcome drinks at reception was a nice touch. Check in and out was fast. The apartment has everything you would need to cook and wash clothes with the exception of dish liquid and soap powder. It was very easy to have food delivered and lots of things in walking distance like Burjuman.
