Sino, no - Las instalaciones están bien en respecto al precio El personal de recepción no se enteraba de nada Las habitaciones no estaban preparadas, faltaban las chanclas, el jabón… nuestra habitación tenía una luz de incendios encima de la cama que no se apagaba y era super molesta para dormir En la habitación de mi amiga había dos cucharas La ubicación para visitar la ciudad es nula

Breakfast too little for a 3 Star and Suite room C. Nothing special given for a suite room. D. I would have just taken a 4⭐ hotel norm room instead for this suite room at 3⭐ D. • Zakiyah (8/5): Very good - The staff and location are great. The breakfast was also nice with lots of variety. The bed was quite comfortable eventho the room was quite small. The soundproof wasn't really good, you can hear everything in the next room. Also the gym wasn't working, they said it's under maintenance.

• Rebecca (9/5): Compact comfort - Perfect spot at terminal 1 for rest before an early flight. Small but comfy and quiet. Lots of food options out on the main hall AND a free shuttle to terminal 2. Would highly recommend .

• Siggi (3/5): Definetly not the best choice in Surabaya - - The Stuff at the Lobby / reception very Kind - its a good place close to the center - so Dirty in the Gang - super Dirty at the breakfast area - Smoking area is Direct to the breakfast area. You start to smell it as soon you left the elevator - stuff at the dining area is super lazy. Don’t clean up prober. Everywhere ashes etc.

• Yvon (6/5): I enjoyed my stay at Batiqa Darmo, a bit out of the noise and te traffic of the City Central area. - The price was right. A bit far from the city centre. The room was quite small.

They did eventually move me to another room, but it would've been nicer if they moved me straight away. I mean you get what you paid for.
