• Joan (10/5): Reconendable - Muy atentos. En la cocina no falta de nada, hay muchos accesorios. Es la primera vez que me alojo con tantos extras en la cocina. La terraza de la barbacoa genial. Se mantiene bien la temperatura. Aire acondicionado y estufas en todas las salas, genial. Al ser casco antiguo hay que subir una cuesta para acceder, es lo único por poner algo.

Sí. - La ubicación, aparcamiento, servicios de la casa tales como, aacc (frio-calor), chimenea, el notar q los propietarios intentan que la estancia sea cómoda, a través, de la disponibilidad de todos esos utensilios y básicos de la alimentación que siempre son tan necesarios (estropajos, trapos, aceite, sal etc) El pan y la bolleria del chaparro de lo mejorcito! Con viento, el descanso en la casa se hace imposible. El viento entre ventanas (por el mal cerramiento de algunas, la puerta principal) y falta iniciadores de leña como cáscaras, piñas o cortezas (tipo alcornoque-corcho natural) para poder encender bien la leña.

• Noelia (8/5): Estupendo pero no para personas con poca movilidad - Tiene una estupenda ubicación. Cerca del castillo y mucha tranquilidad. El frigorífico demasiado pequeño. Eché en falta una mesita frente al sofá del salón de abajo. Para personas mayores es muy incómodo por los escalones tan altos. Demasiadas cosas en la pequeña encimera de la cocina.

• Robert (9/5): Very pleasant stay enabling us to catch up with Family in comfortable surroundings - This property is very well equipped and owner takes trouble to ensure your stay is without issues. The views were exceptional but unfortunately the temp was rather cold so taking advantage of the outside space was difficult You need a car to get into the centre as no bar or restaurant nearby. We were fortunate to be mobile and were happy to make use of the provided BBQ.
• Ana Victoria (9/5): Casa rural - La limpieza, los múltiples detalles: agua, zumo, café, galletas, infusiones, pan de leña recién hecho, tomates, vino, leña y pellets para las estufas y carbón para la barbacoa,... La comodidad de las camas, la atención personalizada pues tuvimos problemas para llegar y fueron en persona (gracias Rose) para solucionarlo,... Echamos en falta un aseo en la planta superior para no tener que bajar de noche

Sin duda la recomiendo a cualquier viajero que tenga pensado pasar unos días en Moratalla Por decir algo durante nuestra estancia hacía mucho viento y se filtraba el aire por la puerta principal hacia la puerta de arriba que da a la terraza que no cerraba bien del todo . Un pequeño problema dentro de lo bien que lo hemos pasado y la amabilidad del dueño .

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - great atmospheric place, the whole family liked the entourage of an old-fashioned house (which is in very good condition and with all the amenities could be needed) pay attention to the nuance - in fact there is no breakfast service included, there is a kitchen and a set for its self-preparation
• Richard50 (8/5): Cosey property in good location. - Unusual property close to the castle. Nice little terrace overlooking fields and hills. Good communication from owner. Wine and bread etc on arrival. The front door didn't close properly and didn't feel secure. Caused some overnight anxiety. We have a 9 year old child and for her the stone steps were a challenge. She did hurt herself. The terrace could also do with a safety rail. Plastic sheet under bed sheet was noisy and uncomfortable, we ended up taking it off.
• Maria (10/5): Great place for a very special trip - I had a wonderful time at Portal Moratalla. This was a very special trip to know my great grandfather's homeland and the house was perfectly located at the historical area so I was very close to the house he lived in with his family and to the Church whe was baptized. The house is stunning, fully equiped and beautifully decorated. I was there in July at a extremelly hot weather and the house had air condiciotioning in every roon. It is from  XIX century originally occupied by local farmers and I couln"t help but wonder what life was back then during my ancestors time. The terrace is amazing and the view breathtaking. The courtesy wine and bread were delicious. Pedro was of great help and always available from the time of booking until the time I left. I was travelling on my own with no car and he helped me a lot to find taxis, which is extremelly hard in a rural area like Moratalla. He even arranged a visit to a local winery and I had a great time wine tasting and talking to the owner Idelfonso.  Cecília and Jesus, who take care of the place were also very nice and helpful picking me up and dropping me off close to the bus stop. It was a very special trip to connect with my family history and Portal Moratalla played a very special part in it! :)
