• Dani (7/5): Perfecte locatie en een prima kamer, al is de badkamer wel erg klein. - De locatie is perfect, vlakbij Namba station. De kamer en het hotel zelf zijn beveiligd met een cijfercode. Er zijn een tafel met twee stoelen, een koelkast en een waterkoker aanwezig. De kamer had een aparte vorm, waardoor het lastig was een goede plek voor de koffers te vinden. De badkamer was enorm klein en krap. Eén van de stoelen had een kapotte stoelpoot, al stond deze zo vast in de hoek dat we hier niet veel last van hadden. Bekers moet je zelf van de begane grond naast de ingang meenemen.

• Harumi (3/5): コスパ悪いと思った。 - あまり感じなかった 部屋、設備が不潔だった。 特にバスタブの汚れが最悪。 レースカーテンがなく、周囲はビルが多いのでプライバシーが確保されていないと感じた。 避難経路の確保ができるのか不安だった。 入口の段差が荷物の多い旅行者には難点だった。 冷蔵庫が冷えていなかった。

• Edward (6/5): If they can sort out their cleaning this would be a great little hotel. - Excellent location close to Namba station, and the bus to Itami airport. Baggage hold over the road is really convenient and the staff there are great. Breakfast option was good value. Lots of mould in the bathroom - on the ceiling, on the shower curtain, under the rim of the sink. Room was extremely dusty. No mattress protector on the bed. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning.

• MIE (3/5): ロケーションはよい。 - ロケーション、スタッフの対応は早い。 ホテル入館までがわかりにくい。24時間のスタッフ見守りにおいての自動手続きなどがスムーズでいいと思うが、慣れていないと逆に面倒。 すぐにスタッフが対応してくれるが、こちらが日本語しか話せない場合、あまり意図が通じない。 部屋が臭い。部屋中に洗濯の生乾きのような匂いがする。部屋を交換してもらうことも考えたが、日本語が通じにくことを考え、部屋の滞在時間を短くした。

• Kirsty (8/5): - The hotel was very well located. The room was well equipped and, whilst small as expected, there was enough room for us. I feel it was good value for money. I wasn't aware the hotel was not staffed, but there was a remote receptionist available. The room was very warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to have a cool function. There was also nowhere in the lobby to empty our bin when we forgot to leave it outside our room in the morning for emptying.

• Jou Wei (10/5): 就是滿便宜的但廁所小又老舊，感覺可以再用心一點。 - 位置很好 一人住空間算蠻大 CP值很高 床&桌子維持的不錯整潔度也不錯。 浴室有點糟糕，浴簾都嚴重發黃，抽風機上全都是厚厚的灰塵 看起來就是很老舊的公寓拉皮。

• Moe (7/5): - チェックイン前/チェックイン後の荷物預かりが、当ホテルではなく、他の建物に預けに行く形でした。が、そのほうが駅が近く、対応もスムーズで温かい店員の方だったので、よかったです。 部屋のエアコンが、効きは良かったのですが、冷房が25度までしか上がらず、就寝するには少し寒かったです。ですが、冷房を消すと暑く少し残念でした。

• FERNANDO (8/5): - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nel cuore di Namba poco fuori dal caos e dai rumori ma a 2 passi a piedi dalla stazione e dalla maggior parte delle cose da vedere a Osaka. Un po' complicata ma gestione del deposito bagagli in un altra struttura e il self check-in può risultare un po' complesso per chi non ha praticità con lo smartphone e l'inglese. L'assenza di personale fisico nella struttura purtroppo pesa in un posto in cui è difficile farsi capire anche di persona. Considerando il prezzo e la posizione ne può valere la pena.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 荷物の預かりサービス以外は良かったです。 - ホテルの位置は本当に良く、部屋も清潔で広々としていましたが、午後5時以降は荷物を預かってもらえませんでした。このサービスがないのは非常に不便で、次回ここに泊まるかどうかの大きな判断材料になるでしょう。また、チェックインの手続きは分かりにくかったです。
• W (9/5): Very good location with large window towards the street. - The large window view towards the street.The cleanliness of the whole facilities.The ease of checking in and checking out.The Staff was friendly. During my stay on Saturday night,there was a loud exhaust noise from group of motorcyclists at midnight so i found it a bit difficult to sleep. But i know its not the hotel's fault.
