- Lia (6/5): - It was pretty hard to find when driving, and even tho i did my reservation tru expedia they didnt honor it because it was not notified from boss to employee. The main issue or complaint i had was it was never disclose anywhere that the air conditioner was a added charge i went back to verify it and couldnt find. Just so you know they charge 5 dolars more for air conditioner. They dont have that much parking but they do have a few options for eating. It is a place to sleep and it gets the job done, not fancy or anything.

- Cristobal (4/5): - Lugar poco agradable sin muebles. Hacia calor. Pedimos sabanas limpias. Muchas telarañas en el techo y paredes. Nada agradable la estancia aunque el precio era económico no volvería
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Gefallen hat mir nur, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war. Nicht gefallen hat mir die durchgelegene Matratze, bei der man jede Feder gemerkt hat! Außerdem war das Bad viel zu klein und generell gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es war extrem laut, da andere Gäste und der Regen, welcher auf das scheinbar über einem liegende Wellblechdach laut prasselte.
- Guerty (8/5): - me gusto espacioso limpio razonable al precio no me gusto que no hay mucha consideración por el cliente que usa expedia pero debe ser la de turno en la recepción, porque antes de ir para asegurar llame la noche anterior y la que nos atendio nos dia una atención super y todo muy coordinado

- Navit (8/5): Hotrl con lo necesario a buen precio. - Hotel cercano al centro, a unos pasos de la terminal de Santiago y lugares de comida. Tiene lo necesario a precio economico!..

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good price & basic clean room with secure entrance. Unfortunately we could hear the tv & phone conversations from the next door room. Would advise you to ask for a room not next to another guest if possible. We found the location convenient for doing business in Santiago (I can't imagine why anyone would stay in that city for tourism). Very close to bus station also.
- José Aurelio (2/5): HOTEL CERRADO - Pesimamente mal, el hotel estaba cerrado y me lo ofrecieron, estaba con mi familia y llegué tarde a Santiago a buscar otro hotel, me queje y aún no tengo respuesta, solo espero no me hayan cargado la noche

- Verified traveler (2/5): Mala ubicación - A las finales no nos hospedamos allí ya que el lugar no tenía estacionamiento seguro y para estar en familia no era el adecuado, parte que me pase media hora buscando el lugar
- José Luis (2/5): Mala atención. - El personal de recepcion es grosero, inapropiado, mal hablado, no efectuan cobros por tarjeta, me vi en la necesidad de pagar en efectivo y no mantenía caja menuda para dar cambio, no me permitían llevarme la llave de la habitación cuando debia salir del hotel hacer las vueltas, cucarachas en la habitacion.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Para pasar una noche! - En internet el establecimiento ofrecía desayuno para 2 y aire acondicionado. Ninguna de las 2 fueron ofrecidas... de hecho el lugar nisiquiera cuenta con restaurante. La habitación es muy espaciosa y en buenas condiciones.
