SOMEONE SNEAKED A PHONE ON MY SHOWER AND RECORDED ME - The enormous cockroaches in the bedroom I went into the shower 1 hour after my check in, and someone was waiting to the shower next to me, just standing inside, after I started a man pulled my door open and sneaked one eye and his phone AND TOOK A VIDEO OF ME SHOWERING, I threatened him loudly and he ran away. They couldn't find him through the camera footage and I left the hostel, while he stayed there. (Women also get into those showers)

- Sarah (2/5): Not satiesfied - The staff were actually quite nice, though, and I have to give credit where it’s due: the breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of options, and it was tasty. The outdoor area was also quite pleasant and a nice place to relax. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation. The room had a very unpleasant smell. As a solo female traveler, I was placed in a room full of men, which made me feel uncomfortable. One of my roommates mentioned that he had bedbugs in his bed. I personally didn’t see any, so I can’t confirm that, but it was still concerning to hear. Overall, the place didn’t feel very clean there were cockroaches everywhere. However, I personally found my room to be very poor. I didn’t complain during my stay, so I don’t know if I could have gotten something better, but overall the hygiene standards were unfortunately not good, and I felt very uncomfortable.
- Sujata (2/5): - Location in centre of town near to main city centre and dragon bridge, night market Cleanliness. Bathroom s were common on only 1st floor and not very clean. Not all showers worked. Breakfast was ok just noodles and coffee if vegetarian but still better than nothing.

Душ в ужасном состоянии, требует ремонта или хотя бы нормальной уборки. Туалеты также запущенные. И поблизости я не нашла никого пляжа, хотя Букинг указывает какой то пляж. Постельное белье оказалось грязным: пятна на простыне и даже следы крови на наволочке. Было ощущение, что это может быть связано с клопами, из-за этого не удалось нормально спать. На ресепшене неохотно согласились заменить белье, но сначала выдали ещё более грязное и с неприятным запахом, при этом пытались убедить, что оно чистое. Кровать находилась на втором ярусе прямо рядом с кондиционером, расстояние меньше полуметра. В результате на следующий день стало плохо со здоровьем. Завтрак формальный и некачественный: одно яйцо, кусочек помидора, тост и холодная картошка фри. Кофе подавали в грязной посуде, были заметны следы от губной помады. На следующий день ситуация повторилась, пить это было невозможно. Кухня выглядит запущенной, полная антисанитария. Вечером в лобби бегают тараканы. Утром перед выездом обнаружила, что кто-то раздавил таракана моей обувью, пришлось долго её отмывать. Персонал на ресепшене реагирует грубо на замечания и не пытается решать проблемы. Не рекомендую.

Los baños sucios, el suelo como que nunca lo limpian, la sabana mia olía a usada igualmente la almohada, la puerta del segundo nivel no funcionaba y costaba abrirla y cerrarla, eso era espantoso. Nunca he visto un hostal tan feo y sucio. Sive que se ha ganado varios premios pero creo que esos premios sin falsos porque la verdda es lo peor que yo haya visto. Phòng của mình có tích hợp bếp, là điểm cộng nếu ai cần dùng bếp, phòng không đẹp nhưng giường khá thoải mái. Lễ tân thân thiện, lịch sự. Mình ở tầng cao nhất, vali to nhưng khách sạn k có thang máy. Khu vực phòng dom bên dưới có mùi khá hôi khi mình đi ngang qua. Khu vực lễ tân lúc vào checkin cũng hôi.

- Camila (10/5): - Me gusto mucho la locación, bastante central y ambiente muy tranquilo. Desayuno incluido, no muy variado pero salva. El control del aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, y había un orificio en el techo donde se filtraba un poco de agua. Aparte de eso, todo bien!

Не очень чисто в хостеле, не видела, чтобы кто то убирал. Завтраки - плохие, просто заваренный кипятком ,,Доширак" с яйцом... И чай или кофе.
- Lily-Briseis (2/5): Cheap price but wouldn’t recommend - Good location, near coffee shops. Breakfast included however I was unable to eat it due to allergies being ignored. Bathroom is mixed-sex and very dirty. At one point there was vomit in the sink! The whole hostel smells fusty. I was on the bottom floor and could hear noise all night which I assume was from reception - I don’t know if staff were playing music or something. 24 hr reception is never manned. Both times I went to reception - the first time being check in - I was waiting for 10 mins for a staff member to come. I ordered eggs and toast for the included breakfast, and it came with ketchup all over the egg. I advised I am allergic to tomato and it doesn’t state anywhere it comes with ketchup on (it doesn’t even make sense to put condiments on people’s food anyway!). They took it back and said they’d get me a fresh egg. They brought it was with the same egg, where they had clearly tried to wipe the ketchup off. I pointed out that there is still ketchup on the egg and all over the plate. They then said they’d replace again but at that point I said I don’t trust them and I’ll go buy breakfast out.

- Lucie FL (6/5): Pratique, pas trop cher mais pas reposant - J'ai aimé le style de l'auberge, Coloré, décoré différemment dans chaque pièce. L'emplacement est top pour le centre historique, facilement accessible. Les 2 grands lits sont moelleux (ce qui ne m'a pas derangé). Chambre au 4eme donc au calme par rapport aux restes des chambres. Le petit salon cuisine est bien équipé (mais on ne s'en est pas servi) avec un petit balcon mais que nous n'avons pas utilisé. La fenêtre de la chambre n'a pas de verre, c'est un film plastique collé sur une grille. On etend tout ! La chambre est collé à un salon cuisine qui donne sur la rue via un balcon mais là aussi, pas de fenêtre juste des volets donc on entend tout. Il y fait vite chaud aussi. Des chiens des voisins qui aboient régulièrement dans la nuit empêchent aussi de bien dormir (en plus des klaxons et autres bruits de la rue). L'ensemble est défraîchi et mériterait une rénovation. L'eau de la douche ne s'écoule pas bien et stagne dans un coin de la salle de bain.

Large Terrace interior and little rooftop. Expensive for quality. A part Staff wasn't friendly.Youg woman prepare the breakfast.Not enough welcoming with me without explanation.Human problem I suppose.... Noisy street but in Vietnam everywhere is noisy. Second night :Beds low positions was available. I saw nobody sleeping inside. But they prefer to give a bed in high position. Don't lie to me. Don't Play with me .

- adrien (4/5): - Ayant dormi dans une dizaine d'auberges de jeunesse au Vietnam, celle-là a été la plus sale et avec le plus petit petit déjeuner. Effectivement, les chambres étaient pleines de poussière, les douches et WC très sales. J'ai trouvé un tampon de femme usagé dans la douche..... Le matin au petit déjeuner il y avait des papiers sur les bancs et je suis resté 2h personne ne les a jetés... Je me demande combien de fois ils nettoient ? Enfin si vous choisissez le menu egg and toast vous aurez seulement 1 toast et 1 oeuf c'est tout... Si vous voulez un oeuf supplémentaire c'est 10 000 vnd... Dans toutes les auberges où j'ai dormi, c'était minimum 2 ou 3 oeufs avec plusieurs toast et des fruits au MINImum si ce n'est un buffet à volonté et pour moins cher !
- Lucas (3/5): La propreté laisse à désirer - Le personnel et l’emplacement, j’avais pris 3 nuit mais je ne suis rester que 2 le personnel est gentil mention spéciale à Ryan avec qui j’ai beaucoup parlé c’est un jeune garçon toujours disponible il est très gentil Ma première nuit, j’ai fais une nuit blanche car il y avait des punaise de lit dans mon lit. Je me suis fait piquer plusieurs fois alors j’ai pris mes affaires et je suis rester dans la cours avec Ryan qui n’à réussi à me trouver un autre dortoir/lit que le lendemain matin. L’établissement n’est vraiment pas propre les draps sont sales même en ayant changer de dortoir ( photo puce et drap), il a du potentiel mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Je suis peut être tombé sur le seul lit du dortoir avec des puces mais c’est vraiment pas incroyable pour un hostel c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive. L’hostel m’a quand même remboursé ma première nuit, à vos risques et périls du coup d’y aller. Ma deuxième nuit s’est bien passé mais avec le stress de la première vous comprendrez que je n’ai pas bien dormis.

- camélia (5/5): - Personnel sympathique, bien placé pas loin de l'aéroport en voiture si vol très tôt. Climatisation dans la chambre qui continuait alors que je l'avais éteinte. Fenêtres hyper fines, mal isolé et insonorisé, l'eau chaude n est pas vraiment chaude. En situation de recours c'est pas mal car pas super cher mais si vous prévoyez de rester sur Danang privilégiez un autre endroit si vous appréciez le confort.

- Như Ý (10/5): Great 100% - Clean and comfortable room, great location, and very friendly staff. Everything was wonderful — definitely worth the money. I would love to come back!
- Maria (10/5): - Booked 2 nights, ended up staying 6. The hostel is situated on the local side, close to the attraction in the city center, and away from the touristy more pricey side of town. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also one of the most peaceful hostels I've been to, at night time you could actually sleep. I even got an extra blanket when I asked for it and I could change my towel for a clean one. It's the small things that make a difference. Would have stayed longer, if I didn't have flights booked to the next location.

- Ríu? (10/5): Trải nghiệm rất tốt, đáng tiền và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến Đà Nẵng lần nữa. - Hostel sạch sẽ, không gian ấm cúng, giường tầng chắc chắn và riêng tư. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Vị trí thuận tiện, dễ di chuyển, phù hợp cho du lịch ngắn ngày và tiết kiệm chi phí. Không có gì đáng phàn nàn, mọi thứ đều ổn so với mức giá.

- Như Ý (10/5): Happyy - Sau khi mình ở và trãi nghiệm tại đây. Mình thấy không gian sạch sẻ nhé thoáng cảm giác rất thoải mái . Còn nhân viên thì rất thân thiện, mình được hỗ trợ hết mình thật sự rất happy khi trãi nghiệm được ở đây. Ở đây là trung tâm lại gần cầu Rồng rất oke nếu đến Đà Nẵng nhá đi đâu cũng tiện cả. Lần sau có cơ hội mình sẽ quay lại
- Hùng (10/5): Rất là tuyệt vời khi được ở trong 1 căn phòng có rất nhiều người thân thiện - Bữa ăn sáng rất ngon miệng. Chị housekp rất thân thiện và nấu ăn rất ngonn. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, có ban công rất là lớn, tôi có thể ngồi chill ở đấy. Có các bạn nhân viên lễ tân rất là nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Tôi sẽ quay lại với bạn trong thời gian tới.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện, Check in nhanh chóng và hỗ trợ yêu cầu của tôi nhiệt tình. Chỗ nghỉ rất gọn gàng ngăn nắp, ấm áp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có cả dịch vụ thuê xe máy, đặt vé tour hay giặt sấy nếu cần.
