• Janice (7/5): Fiquei decepcionada. Não correspondeu a minha expectativa - Espaço: muito amplo e bem equipado. A recepção da Clara ( uma pessoa local que me recebeu) Prometeram me devolver o pagamento pela hospedagem pois não gostei do local. Aguardo e confirmarei no futuro se de fato receber. O prédio fica nos fundos de um conjunto de 02 prédios. Não tem nenhuma vista. So muros. O Terrazzo parece grande, não é. Fica no 3° ou 4° andar e a acomodação era no primeiro. A senhora Giusy ( a administradora da habitação) nos expulsou da acomodação e foi extremadamente grosseira conosco. A água não estava quente. Tomamos banho frio e ela xingou porque eu reclamei.

• Matej (10/5): Spacious apartment, great hosts. - We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is spacious and perfect for a larger family, with a beautiful terrace and convenient parking. It’s in a great location, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
• Anni (9/5): - Ich habe mich im Le Terrazze sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung in der 2.Et. ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich.Alles war sehr sauber. Toll ist die Dachterrasse, aber auch der Essplatz vor der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Thomasi und Clara waren sehr gut und herzlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5min ist man am Hafen und dann auch schnell in der Altstadt. Parken ist auch kein Problem und 5min zum Bahnhof. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen! Da fällt mir nichts ein

• Ivon (9/5): Fijne plek om van je vakantie te genieten - Wat een leuk appartement. Kleurrijk, vol met de mooiste decoraties. We werden zo vriendelijk ontvangen. Zelfs met een flesje wijn. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Mooie ruime kamer en badkamer. Je kan ook heerlijk buiten zitten. Rondom zijn er terrassen. De parkeerplaats is echt voor kleine auto’s. Aan de straat parkeren kan ook gratis in het laagseizoen. Het strand, boulevard en prachtige centrum zijn perfect met de voet te bereiken. Overal goede restaurants. En we werden nog verrast met iets lekkers van de patisserie bij de voordeur, de dag voor vertrek. Wij hebben 5 top dagen gehad. En de communicatie met de eigenaar was super. Het was fantastisch, wat iets beter kan, is de waterdruk in de douche.

We really appreciated lots of the additional special touches such as the subtle and wonderful piano music in the communal spaces and bikes to borrow. All was very good - hosts were great in responding to our needs.

Ritorneremo sicuramente! - Quando siamo arrivati alle Terrazze di Otranto sapevamo di essere nel cuore del Salento, ma mai avremmo pensato di trovarci in un angolo di paradiso così ben curato. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal cuore del centro storico di Otranto, immersa nella quiete ma allo stesso tempo centralissima! Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, forni locali e tutti i servizi utili, cosa che rende tutto estremamente comodo durante il soggiorno. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto e con attenzione ai dettagli, dotato di ogni confort e con pulizia impeccabile. L'host Giusy è stata gentilissima. è una persona solare, attenta, sempre disponibile a dare consigli su ristoranti, itinerari da non perdere e proposte locali autentiche. Il rapporto che si instaura non è quello “freddo” tipico di alcune strutture, ma autentico, come sentirsi a casa. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Tutto perfetto.
• silvia (10/5): Bellissima casa e proprietari gentilissimi - Siamo stati benissimo, la casa e' molto bella, curata e pulita, dotata di tutto e in una posizione ottimale per visitare il centro di Otranto con la comodità del parcheggio. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, abbiamo fatto anche l' escursione in barca che vale davvero la pena fare. Ritorneremo!

• Carlotta (6/5): - Posizione, arredamento dell’appartamento Il primo giorno in struttura la proprietaria ci ha chiamato inalberata accusandoci di aver parcheggiato male l’auto in garage e che quindi un altro ospite non riusciva ad uscire per colpa nostra. Inoltre, ci ha accusato di aver occupato un posto indebitamente perchè avevamo acquistato il pass per parcheggiare fuori. Come da accordi presi in fase di check in, invece, quella sera avevamo optato per l’uso del garage e acquistato il pass solo per la seconda sera. Quel pomeriggio eravamo in appartamento e abbiamo assistito alle discussioni e ai reclami di altri ospiti in merito alla mancanza di posti in garage, a differenza di quanto comunicato loro in fase di check in, unita alle difficoltà di manovra/uscita dovute alle dimensioni e alla conformazione del garage. Chiaramente il problema non era il modo in cui la nostra auto era stata parcheggiata. Se la proprietaria ci avesse chiesto gentilmente di togliere l’auto per placare gli animi di chi non poteva fare a meno del parcheggio in garage, l’avremmo fatto senza alcun problema. Ha invece preferito provare ad accusarci per incentivarci a liberare un posto, comportamento tutt’altro che professionale. Aggiungo che abbiamo prenotato su booking un “appartamento vista mare” e ci siamo ritrovate in un appartamento con affaccio sulla rampa del garage. Credo sia corretto fornire informazioni e descrizioni realistiche così da sapere cosa si sta prenotando.

Our stay was great but the apartment needed some restorations - shower pipe had a hole, shower frame damaged. Apartment needs some attention.

• Valerie (8/5): We stayed here for 1 week and overall had a good experience :) - • The apartment is nice and spacious, with 2 air conditioners (one in the bedroom and one in the living area). • The bathroom is also spacious, with a door separating the toilet/shower/bidet from the sink and mirror. • The location is convenient: about a 5–7 minute walk from a large parking lot (€5/day + €5/night), a supermarket just a few minutes away, and in 5–7 minutes you can reach the seaside with restaurants and bars. • The kitchen is well equipped, though note there are no basics such as salt, pepper, etc. (We left a bottle of oil and a lighter, as the gas stove needs one, as well as a parasol for the next guests to use at the beach). Another plus is the possibility to do laundry (available from 5–8pm). • The rooftop terrace is very nice in the evening! We very much enjoyed it. • The apartment we had was on the lower ground floor. The balcony faces a wall and passageway to the garage, so there’s no view or much natural air. • The bed, while fairly comfortable, is very noisy and creaks with every movement — not ideal for light sleepers. • There is a free garage space under the building, but it’s extremely tight. With four spaces in use, it’s nearly impossible to maneuver even a small/medium car. We couldn’t use it and had to rely on the paid parking nearby. • Just FYI, keep screen doors closed and mosquito repellent handy.

The property has nice teraces, but our apartment was semi subterrain so the view was to a wall, the other apartments that are higher have nice terraces and nice view. There is a supermarket right in front of the building so it is very handy. Everything was very good! Location is not great, but it is ok. We had car so we didn't have any problems, but if you need to walk to city center in heat, it is not the easiest possible location, although I reccomend renting a car in Puglia, there are so many nice beaches and pretty little towns around to see

Parking was available but it was extremely difficult to drive into the garage. Not possible for a big car. The accommodation was a bit dated and one of the bedrooms lacked curtains.

• Celine (10/5): Perfect appartment to discover Salento!! - We stayed one week in Apt 5 with a gorgeous private rooftop terrace. 4 min walking to Otranto city center - which is elegant, with many shops and restaurants. Tomaso is a very responsive host who gave us delicious restaurant tips. Excellent location to discover Salento. Definitely recommending this place if you want to discover Salento💙 Nothing

• Monica (10/5): Heaven! - This place is an absolute gem. We thought it would be a trek to the beach, but it was only a 5 minutes walk away. Supermarket just opposite the apartment and bikes available to use (bring your own helmets) The apartment was beautifully decorated and a delight to return to at the end of each day. There were 3 balconies to choose to chill out on, and while there was no sea view, the apartment is in a very pleasant area. Evenings watching the sunset from the shared rooftop lounge area were lovely, and we had itto ourselves for the whole holiday. Our host, though not in the area was quickly available and most helpful by text, and when out airport taxi home let us down, he managed to get someone to take us...huge thanks for that !! Don't think twice, just book it !! you won't regret it... We just Loved loved lived this pretty place. The only thing I would change would be the cushions and covers on the rooftop veranda. They were very worn and grubby looking...just weather worn, but they were a bit of a let down, in comparison with the pictures of it in the promotional pictures of it. Would that stop us returning?? Absolutely not!!

You can park there or free on the street and the beach is only a fice minute walk. The apartment is across from the supermarket where you can pick up everything you need and there is a great bakery nearby. You can walk to the old town at night in ten minutes. We loved the outdoor spaces which we used for breakfast and the terrace at night for drinks.

• Grainne (10/5): Beautiful property. Would definitely recommend. - Very close to station and only 10 minutes from beach and old town. Really clean. Beautifully decorated and 4 poster bed so comfy. The only thing I regretted was that I wasn’t staying longer.
• Katarina (8/5): Very good - Apartments are really furnished with style and the lady, who welcomed us, was really nice. We could use bikes for free which is great since we were than able to reach beautiful beaches. Laundry room is also available for free. We were allowed to check in earlier. We got the apartment placed under the ground floor, which was quite disappointing. Extra fee for cleaning was surprising since it was not communicated in advance.
• Magdalena (9/5): perfect stay in Otranto - we had a wonderful stay at La Terrazze. The Host is very nice and helpful, however doesn't speak English and we had to use translator (Host's friend). They offer late check-in for an extra charge - it helped a lot as we arrived at Otranto very late (we flew to Bari). The apartment has all the amenities you could need, a small supermarket is in the closest neighborhood. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine as a gift and we got a big box of fresh and warm Italian pastry at the day of our departure. We would definitely go back! pharaoh ants in the kitchen - you need to keep the countertop clean, otherwise they'll eat your food
• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Lorena was great and was very helpful with her recommendations. The apartment is close to the supermarkets and 10 minute walk to the historical center of Otranto. The garage can be a little tight to drive in and out of with a larger size vehicle.

A great base to explore the local area. Coffee machine didn't work. Needed a tea towel and tablets for the dishwasher.

• Lucy (9/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - Lovely apartment in a great location - not far from the centre of Otranto. The garage is very small and tight - not the best for parking however our host gave us a parking card which we could use for certain places to park close by.

The rooftop terrace was very nice! The apartment had a very homey vibe, truly pleasant and spacious for a group of 4-5 friends. The free parking spot at the premises was highly appreciated! For an apartment that can fit up to 5 people, access to only one bathroom is definitely not enough. Some areas of the apartment were neglected (random empty boxes in the wardrobe, plants dying on the terrace etc.). Namely, the place has a lot of unused potential and this comment comes more as an improvement suggestion, rather than something we disliked.
• Lesley (9/5): Great stay in Otranto - Very spacious and clean. Nice dining area and a balcony. Lara was very helpful and friendly It was set amongst other apartment blocks so there wasn’t a view from the apartment. There was a view from the very top of the building though.
• Birgit (6/5): - Gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit Blick über die Häuser Otrantos, die Helligkeit, das nette Badezimmer und das gute Bett. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass im Kühlschrank und in den Küchenschränkenoch alte Essensvorräte zu finden waren, die chaotische Ausstattung der Küche, der verdreckte Ofen, die Unzugänglichkeit des Kleiderschranks, keine Geschirrhandtücher, kein Brotmesser, und dass die Heizung nicht über die eigene Wohnung, sondern nur durch die Wohnung darunter regulierbar war. Überall fanden sich private Gegenstände. Es gab keine Möglichkeiten, eigene Dinge abzulegen.
