Staff, whilst their english wasn't the greatest, they were exceptionally helpful and endearing. They were very understanding and helpful. Ideally more support for english speakers
Katherine (9/5): Superb - The room was huge and very clean, and the included breakfast was delicious - the delivery to the room was also a huge plus. Even though my room faced the street, it was still quiet, and it was easy to walk to all the major attractions and bus station in Wulai from the hotel. Plus, having the large, private onsen bath in my room was perfect, I really couldn't have asked for better. The staff has very, very limited English - this was fine for me but I can see how it might be off putting to people.
Arden (4/5): - Poor value. Very inconvenient if you are driving. No parking at or near the hotel. I had to park in an uncertain spot along the street 200 meters away and hoped I wasn't ticketed or towed. Staff didn't speak any English so couldn't offer advice. Check in time after 6pm was also inconvenient though they called and let me know I could get in by 5:15. Room on a noisy street. The shower took a long time to warm up to tepid water. No tea kettle in the room. Cleanliness was ok, Room was ok. I didn't get to try the breakfast because it was offered starting at 8 which is after I had to leave. This seems to be a popular tourism area but I think this hotel needs some work to justify charging this much.

Pokoodong (10/5): enjoy the hot spring with a view - lovely location along the river, great privacy. room comes with a hot spring tub to soak. the room i was in had two, one larger one with a seat and the another one just for a quick soak. the hot spring is the main attraction and had a sitting area with a table and a pair of chairs to enjoy the view and just relax.

昱蓉 (8/5): - 老闆娘人很親切，住宿周圍環境如果不排斥會有自然小動物，像是有蝴蝶之類的，設施上確實比較老舊一點，床、垃圾桶和浴缸周圍的乾淨度還算可以，整體至少不會看到有小蟑螂或蜘蛛什麼的，就是房間外會停蝴蝶而已！還有附早餐。

Dominique (5/5): The view is nice but I would not recommend until they improve their standards - The location is good and the view is nice. I think a kettle and some tea could easily be provided. There is a leak in the roof on the top floor, it drips into the bath when it rains. The second floor room, the spa function button does not work. There is no chain on the door on the top floor, but there is a space for a chain to secure the door, this should be fixed for security reasons. They should be clearer about the check in time because they specify 6:30 but we arrived at 6:10 and they said "oh we've been waiting for you, you could have checked in earlier" ?!? The sink on the second floor also leaks some water onto the floor. The windows are also quite dirty, and the wallpaper is peeling off the wall above the bed. Overall they believe the view does all the work but paying so much for 1 night does not excuse the lack of good quality care/features. I would not recommend visiting until they up their standards.
Eric (8/5): Two outdoor private soaking pools with a view of the river in beautiful Wulai - The location was great - Wulai Old Street, Wulai Log Cart, and 7-Eleven just a couple minutes walk away. The bathing pools on the deck - the reason we booked - was obviously great! Fell asleep to frogs croaking peacefully. Check-in wasn’t until 6:30pm as they rent out the bathing pools during the day(?) - my fault for not realizing earlier though
