- Suchita (1/5): - nothing I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small, outdated, and poorly maintained. I could not sleep at all due to the bed bugs, which caused constant itching throughout the night. The bathroom was so cramped that a person couldn’t even stand up fully. Considering the exorbitant price, the experience was far below expectations. I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property.

- Bhargav (1/5): Worst hotel - Nothing it had very bad service , the staff wa very rude, the food was pathetic it was very oily and we couldn't see our dal or sabzi as it had an entire layer of oil over it. We didn't even get proper water bottles everyday or clean towels everyday we had to ask them thrice to give us new bottles and towels. The SPOC Shikhar Gupta and his father a running this business only to loot money from tourist and not to actually provide a service. Whenever we asked for a service he demanded money. The room was not clean the bedsheets and blanket were dirty. Whenever we wanted to call the room service no one came, we personally had to go to the reception to ask for the things we needed. I'm emphasizing more on the part where the SPOCs father was rude to us when we had gone to pay the remaining money for the bad food we had. Quoting him "hum idhar yaad karne nhi bethe hai kya apne khaaya kya nhi jo hai vo likh diya hai zyada behas mat kariye iske liye" this was the way we were treated in this hotel and please don't visit this hotel if you want good service. It's pathetic

Water smelling I found one time somthing in the water, I complaint then 2 time hair and water mug very dirty smelling. Room bedsheet pillow and blanket very dirty. But I told after that they changed only pillow cover and bedsheet. I saw Inside the room many cockroaches. He called before 5 hr and demand for advance. Owner told me u ll hv to pay otherwise room will not be available. My bike rider said to me this hotel is not good rating not good not safe for single lady. Over all I am not happy with this property. Food is not good and staff demanding tip. But staff is helpful but feeling not safe, not comfortable. It's Horrible

- Mehul (1/5): Worst experience - The rooms had cockroaches and on complaining the same with thae person on the front desk replied with a smile that if you have problem with the cockroach change the room or leave the hotel. The bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty with cigarette burns on them. The blanket too was dirty. And the towel was pathetic. This was the incident from the 1st day of my stay. On the second day I had to go & buy a Hit spray for them to get rid of the cockroaches. Because I had already paid them and I had no chance of getting any refund from them. Even bookings.com were not available to help me out. Eithwr I had to call on the number which was switched off or contact the front desk which was even more horrible. Nothing. I repeat NOTHING.
