• Deeptha (3/5): Really doubt we would come again .. not value for money - We had a nice view from the room , Food and drinks are quite nice 1. Air conditioner is very weak .. took hours to cool the room .. we even had to move the bed under it before sleeping 2. I called staff and asked whether they can help me to find a place to rest a motorcycle. They said they would get back to me , but never reached out . 3. Swimming pool is awful and dirty .
• HR (10/5): Will always come back here. - Everything about it. Really liked staying here, quiet and clean place. Apartment is clean and there’s always guard around and there’s a nearby supermarket, which is super convenient. Love everything!

• michelle (10/5): Excellent stay - They provide baby cot as per my request, and it was clean and ready to use for my baby. The room is very convenient for travelling with baby as it is quite spacious and also there is a kitchen that i can use to prepare baby food, they also provide kitchen utensils. Breakfast was great, hospitality is great. Didnt check out the swimming pool. Staying at the apartment is value for money as you get the wyndham hotel facilities and breakfast. Would recommend to pick the forest view room, its amazing Too bad the inner courtyard was under renovation. Other than that, its excellent stay

Free shuttle but it only goes to shopping malls. You could not really sit on or use the balcony Water was slow to drain when you took a shower. . Its location is inconvenient for exploring unless you hire transportation.

• Salina (9/5): We’ll be back! - The cleanliness of the hotel was 💯💯💯💯. The hotel staff made us feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. Pak Deny ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey back to Batam Megamall, making sure we reached our destination smoothly and without any hassle. The ESKA Spa experience - The temperature could have been a lot warmer to make it more relaxing. It was way too cold. We were told that it was a centralised A/C but the coldness kinda spoiled our Spa experience. While there weren't any street food stalls or shops immediately nearby, it wasn't a concern at all. The convenience of being able to easily access everything we needed elsewhere (by Grab) made up for it.

No small amount of oil or butter as we brought eggs. - Extend another night but expensive. - Got a room near the lift and it was very noisy over the stays - Request Anniversary but when checking in the room, it's just a normal room. - I thought I had a booking upgrade for free but nothing. - I have opted for the free ride. But again, nothing. - New towels are not clean! Looks ages not replenishing the new ones. The material is very rough. - Stayed for the bbq night (satay and all BBQs) were dry

• Haffis Salim (9/5): Lovely place though location not so convenient. - The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and warm, quite pleasant service staff. Prob a but of annoyance but unavoidable is the breakfast crowd - starts at 6am and by 7am the main areas are filled, spilling over to the tail end of the restaurant and by 7.30am, additional rooms needed to be opened to accommodate the crowd.

• Codi (7/5): Its a wonderful experience - I like the cleanliness of the property, the politeness of all the working staffs, especially a lady regita she even went to the extra mile to serve us. Location is not ideal
• Jan (8/5): - One of the few service apartments in Batam which can accommodate our family of 5 under one roof. Breakfast is a very good spread. They gave us a big gallon of water instead of small bottles. The apartment shares the swimming pool and restaurant with the hotel. Nothing much in the vicinity, except for a supermarket. Have to take a car out to the city centre.

• Mohamed (6/5): Disappointing - The breakfast was very good. I was supposed to get a lake view 3-room apartment, but only one of the rooms has a partial view of the lake. It was disappointing. On one morning, there was a very loud and disturbing noise coming from outside the window. Apparently there was a wire cable (the one used for gondola I think) which kept banging on our windows. When I informed the front desk about it, they acknowledged, and didn't take any action or gave me updates. We had to leave our room and go somewhere else because it was very disturbing.
• JK (9/5): - The room is very clean and has nice view. Great breakfast. Arrived 2pm. Waited 2hrs for the room. Staff was polite and apologetic. Offer us drinks but the waiting time was just too long! We could use that 2hrs to go somewhere else instead. Overall it was still a pleasant stay.

• HR (8/5): Highly recommend to stay here!! - Friendly and polite service from all of the staffs, brightly lighted area at all times. Clean apartment and there was even water provided. Been staying at Panbil everytime I come Batam, though it’s not near to any of the malls but love the area as grab is very convenient to nearby malls. Small issue - curtains were too thin. The sunlight shined brightly into the room

• Hariz bin (9/5): Fuss free, well priced location - Simple and straightforward process to check in. Clean and decent-sized rooms. Good facilities and chill area in Batam, away from the hustle and bustle but still not too far away. Price is decent and worth it Their CRM could use a major update- been staying here for a number of stays and the treatment/processes when it comes to checking in and out can vary quite a bit depending on who is on duty at the desk.

• Koh (8/5): A quiet and restful stay in central Batam - Quiet and secluded location that is a short drive away from the most popular malls in Batam. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. Only hotel in Batam that provides a free gallon of drinking water thus far. There’s a fully furnished bedroom for the 5th occupant in the Family Suite (we’ve stayed in another that didn’t). Haven’t encountered anything that we dislike yet.

• Tomodoshika (8/5): Family vacation - The room, bed and staffs especially Concierge Deny There is no face towel/ comb / body lotion/ pen and note pad which is the basic necessities to be in the room. Breakfast was a spread on weekend but not weekday and they are not good with half boiled eggs which end up turning hard boiled eggs. Serviettes can't be found usually placed at the hot beverages area which is a norm thing in a restaurant.

• Marc (9/5): hotel we would wholeheartedly recommend - We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily – although sometimes the housekeeping felt a little rushed, it was overall absolutely fine. The staff deserves special mention: always friendly, helpful, and open for questions or a quick chat. They also supported us with excursion planning and arranged both a snorkeling tour and a private driver for a full day, which was excellent. The location is ideal: central but not too busy or noisy. The infinity pool and rooftop bar offered fantastic views, and there’s also a convenient shuttle service to the largest malls. Breakfast was consistently excellent and varied, while the Saturday BBQ night was a real highlight for us. The wellness area was also very enjoyable and added to the overall relaxation. All in all, a hotel we would wholeheartedly recommend – and one we would happily return to!

• Ridha (8/5): Séjour dans la nature - Appartements et hôtel inclus dans une résidence fermée, comportant des villas de standing, très verte et arborisée, légèrement éloignée de Batam center, 20 à 30 mn en voiture suivant la circulation. Petit-déjeuner dans hôtel avec un choix assez varié, goût peut-être amélioré. Malgré une cuisine dans l'appartement, pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, pas de micro-ondes, sofa tâché et rembourrage usé, on ressent les planches de bois. Restaurant dans l'enceinte de la résidence mais en dehors hôtel et appartements, n'est pas à la hauteur de la résidence. J'espère que la résidence sera preseré dans le futur de la zone industrielle à proximité.

Coz I stayed there many times but last was the 1st for me to visit the bakery but it’s sooo disappointing Trainees but no senior around,everything all don’t know.

Spa is at on site which we enjoy Pool view is nice Infinity Pool is a bit small for the crowd. My apartment is meant for 5 but there was only 2 cups provided . They also have only 4 dining chairs which means we can’t sit together on the table at one time. Otherwise , everything is good

• Siti Farah (8/5): Comfortable stay but room facilities can be improved - The serviced apartment is nestled in greenery. Very calm and peaceful environment. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread with variety of cuisines. Friendly and approachable staff. Super convenient to have an Eska outlet in the Wyndham hotel next door. I could enjoy a good massage experience while my husband took the kids swimming. Eska was just located beside the swimming pool. We stayed in an Executive room (2 bedroom apartment). Generally we feel the room facilities is lacking. A chair/table should be placed inside bedrooms for us to put small items. Otherwise we had to put our things on the floor. Also suggest for more power sockets to be available in the apartment. The living room and master room (with ensuite toilet) only had 1 charging point each. And the charging point wasn’t beside the bed, but at a weird corner that made it inconvenient for to charge our phones. There was an induction stove but no pots/pans were available. The serviced apartment could consider installing a microwave & washer in the apartment rooms. It will really make the stay comfortable for families with young children. Another concern we have is the cleanliness of the children’s pool. There are algae growing along the grout lines in the children’s pool. We stayed here 6 months ago and already noticed the algae back then. We gave verbal feedback to one of their staff. It is disappointing that 6 months later it appears that nothing was done.

• Shasha (10/5): Great stay - The room is clean and the place is well kept. A gallon of drinking water was provided in the room, and reminders not to consume tap water were pasted. Very thoughtful. Location is also good, nearby Panbil Mall and not far from city centre. Nothing, second time here!

• HR (8/5): Second time here! Highly recommended!! - Apartment is really clean and check in was really easy and fast. The staffs are polite too, providing help when needed. The breakfast selection is really great too and I love it that it was really lively. The room that we got has quite a pretty view from the window, wouldn’t say it’s the best view but rather looking at buildings it was clear view. There was only rain shower but no handheld one so it was a little inconvenient but not a big issue!

• Grace (8/5): Overall is good. - Limited options for vegetarian food during breakfast. Only saw 2 but it didn't clearly indicate if they contain garlic or onions. Strict vegetarians don't eat alliums (garlic, onions and its family). Would be perfect if there's a separate section for vegetarians with ingredients clearly stated.

• Ahmad (9/5): Modern hotel - Clean and nice, modern room, clean toilet too...bed is good as well! The breakfast had a good spread. Wifi was great! Great thing about this hotel, it has Netflix! A little far from popular malls. But hotel do provide shuttle bus.
• Celine (9/5): Great stay for family of 5 adults - Easy check-in. Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Nice pool n well-equipment gym. Excellent breakfast. Nearby mini super-mart. Will return to stay again. Distance from town centre but Grab was easy to call.
• Tat Wei (7/5): Generally ok. Good rest - The view from the apartment was great as I was assigned to level 21. Unblock to the mangrove. The bed was comfortable. The towels were worn and not clean. As the tap water is not filtered. The apartment provided a large gallon of water for use. However not sure when it was supplied.

• Ghim Lee (10/5): - It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose.
• Tan (8/5): Overall. it was good. from room environment to cleanliness and comfort. - The price was very affordable for this suite. Room is clean and has a good view. Bed is very comfortable too. Loved that the room comes with a free big gallon of water and free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast has a reasonable range. Just that some of the food is either too salty or too sweet for our liking.
