- Moiz (8/5): Good family fun time - A common place for all of us to sit together and have good family fun time in the evening. The morning tea in the garden was super experience. Amazing garden and multiple living rooms
- Sashen (8/5): -
- Bridget (8/5): - The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were enormous and tasty. The room was very spacious. The road leading to the property had been damaged by the cyclone so access was difficult, however the local community including the owners worked manually to fill in the huge hole , digging and moving huge amounts of earth by hand.. This was very hard work and impressive that they did this in addition to caring for their guests. Bravo 👏

- Bhagat (9/5): Awesome - the hospitality and the liberty to enjoy within the property was fabulous.
All major things were available in the property with an option to do self cooking for late night cravings. Moreover the the host was supportive enough ensuring we have all required ameneties Room sizes were bit small and due to limited manpower service was taking longer than usual. Rest all was fantastic
- Ahmed Aribi (10/5): OUTSTANDING - It was unbelievable experience living in the highest point of NUWARA ELIYA the area was quite not noisy area view was amazing and staff friendly and professionals as well (KIRUBA AND SUBE) it won't be the last time for sure Nothing at all
- Prasa (6/5): - The garden Bathroom
- Zaheer (9/5): - The location & the weather -
- Franck (8/5): - Beautiful garden and great view, very calm
The personnel were friendly and super helpful, even assisting with our evening barbecue
- Harini (7/5): - The overall place and the surrounding was good. The caretaker of the property, Kiruba was very helpful. He is available any time you want to help. The hot water in the washrooms didn't work properly. It works for some time and then stops and then it didn't work for a long time. This was very inconvenient given the cold weather in Nuwaraeliya. So that has to be fixed properly. Also they charge extra for providing heaters. LKR 2000 per heater. And given the weather and the huge amount they charge for the property, this should be given freely in my opinion. And has to be clearly mentioned in the descriptions that this is an added charge. Also the kitchen sink did not have working hot water. So it was freezing cold whenever we used it. Breakfast provided was also quite mediocre. Could have been better.
- stephane (8/5): Une belle villa style british - Services .

- Nambuhewa (8/5): Very good -
- Dana (9/5): We spent one day there the place was a peice of art and Kurba was amazing help. - Amazing property Everything

- Ankit (10/5): I visited with my family and friends. I must say it was a memorable stay in Nuwara elliya. I strongly recommend this pla - Aesthetics and the location of the property is exceptional.
- Manouk (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpfull staff. They were always ready to help us with transport or other questions. Very nice, big and clean room. Beautifull place. You need transport (tuctuc) to go somewhere.
- Gijs (9/5): Very pleasant stay - The staff, Kiruba and Sabhu (sorry, might have misspelled/heard that) is very attentive and at all times ready to help a hand The location is a bit out of town, but therefore quiet.
- Janitha (10/5): Super Relaxing Villa in Nuwaraeliya ! - The Service from the staff was exceptional. Kiruba the Guy who always serves with a happy smile. No kitcken facility to heat up food or make a cup of tea.
- Mahesh (7/5): Good - Good place. Pleasent staff. Kiruban looked after us and given a good Breakfast. Close to the town
- De (8/5): Very good -
- Jacqueline (7/5): Good - A large spacious house with a beautiful garden. Good for a couple of nights stay. Communication was difficult with staff. We had a tray of tea, which remained in the house the length of stay. The shower was difficult to regulate, either very hot or cold. There were cooking facilities but no plates, cutlery, pans etc.
The breakfast was very poor.
- Meggie (8/5): Great big room!! - The room was very big and the shower was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The bath was also lovely as well. The location was a bit out of town, but we had a Tuk Tuk, so it was ok! We were unwell for some of our stay and the host was nice and helped us out with some extra water etc. The room is quite dark and the tiles were quite cold.
- Brendan (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing views, garden,hosts
- Ranju (9/5): Overall excellent stay and value for money - Excellent location , breathtaking view, and the hosts were too good - Kiruba and Vidhushan .. They went beyond expectations to serve to each and every demand of ours .. The hot water in shower was not consistent . Was getting cold every 2-3 minute.
- Eyad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anuj (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and very well maintained property Bathrooms could have been better
- Nikita (10/5): Villa by the greens - The decor was absolutely stunning and the house help were very supportive.
we love the whole experience here in the villa . Nothing
- Canterbury (3/5): Poor - Front garden. The property is too expensive. I had to pay for 3 room villa LKR 89K. Theere is no kitchen in the villa ( there is kitchen but that kitchen is not funtion) the guy qho helped us offer us that he can cook for 3000 lkr per day.
Why I decided to get a villa coz I need to cook. But i missed that.
No heaters even in such a cold weather. They give you portable heater but you have to pay 2000lkr. But that heater has no enough power to heat the room.
My one year old baby got sick due to cold in the room.
There ia hot water but extremely hot. Even thogh you turn the water towards cold, you may have dam hot water. You may burn your skin.
There ia no garbage bin in the toilets. Tbere are plastic container but no bags.
Its too dark inside the house. The lights are yelow and dark.
The blaket sheets has hole.
Thete is bath tub in the big room but there are no hotwater.
I could spend 50lkr for my stay rather than 98k
- Bilal (8/5): Very good -
- Rhea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saman (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location , spacious clean villa . Nishan and Kiruba made our stay memorable there . They were very helpful . Fantastic breakfast also
- Thilina (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast is general.. it is not value for money.
- Sunil (5/5): Very inconvenient - The view Wifi non existent
Heating poor. Have to pay for heaters
Tv not working
Electrical wiring . Found a plug with wires exposed.
Towel had holes in it
Owner requires cash payment as wifi woeful
Location is on a hill with difficult access no directions
- Reg (7/5): Good -
- Ishara (10/5): Exceptional - Location is close to the town. Service was superb.Hasindu, Kiruban and Vidushan provided best service during our stay. Food was excellent. Really happy about everything.
- Mohammed (10/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay - The view was stunning. The rooms were spacious and the care takers were very humble. The extra blankets provided on request were not clean.
- Mohammad (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant staying - Interior was good….. hot water facilities…… breakfast was good……..quite place…..Caretaker Kiruba is very friendly….. my wife left iPhone at hotel during checkout time but he called me for this issue and handed over the phone to me. Salute his honesty and hospitality. No lunch and dinner facilities and far from the city centre so you have to need car/tooktuk for taking dinner or lunch. In our case, have the transport facilities so didn’t face any issues.
- Sumeeth (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was good, there was privacy, Kripa was a good guy, very humble guy Bathing tub was not working
- Thivanka (1/5): Bad - Nothing to like Need to do top down cleaning, no lights, no plates and utensils. Basically horrible experience
- Ibrahim (10/5): Amazing view. Amazing place. - Most amazing highlight of the property would be the breathtaking view. Located at the top of a hill with a view you’ll never get bored of. A garden with variety of flowers to calm your mind and have a tea with the birds chirping is a dream for many. Amazing people as the caretaker Mr Newton was always available and ready to make sure that every requests is completed accordingly. Definitely recommending this place.

- Kalhara (5/5): Place is good. But staff and breakfast is bad. - Location and view is nice. Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is not good. They ask us to leave before checkout time. Breakfast is very bad and not worth for money. Balcony was not cleaned.
- Gautham (10/5): Good Property - The hospitality , food, property, location almost everything was good. Newton took very good care of us. He was very cooperative and gave us all what we want. It was wonderful experience overall and it's good for group travel. We took 3 bedroom villa for e families The property is little old and there are mosquitoes to deal with
- Izabela (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very spacious, situated on a hill with a beautiful view. Nice garden with place to sit.
- Shanaka (8/5): Silent little place with a great garden, spacious room and amazing staff!! - The garden was really nice and the room space was great. The view from the glass window wall was lovely. Most of all the staff led by Newton was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom fittings were not that well fitted. The fittings were expensive but not fitted properly i.e. the wash basin and the faucet were misaligned. The WC lid was loose. The bathroom door was not closing (hinge issue). The hot water mixer wasn’t working proper. It was either steaming hot or freezing cold
- Nadeesha (10/5): One of the best places I met from Booking.com so far. Family friendly calm and quite environment. - Can rate 10/10 for the environment, property, food and the caretakers. Special thanks should go to Newton for his hospitality.

- Chamath (5/5): Not worthy for the money paid - View Place was not cleaned. There was no tea or coffee at room. Cable TV was not working
- Owen (10/5): Newton was very helpful, kind and great cook. He was liked by everyone due to his great character. A real accet. - It was clean and well layer out. Great location with view of the town. Staff were Friendly and accompanied our every request. Nothing to dislike great property and value for money.
- Promixes (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Villa - We felt genuinely cared for during our stay, and Newtan's warm and friendly demeanour added a personal touch that made all the difference. The combination of the luxurious villa and Newtan's exceptional service has set the bar high for our future getaways – an experience we will fondly remember.
- Mamujee (8/5): Overall a very good experience. Room was beautiful and clean. - Breakfast was good. The person in charge Newton was kind and helpful. Was an overall pleasant stay. Water in the bathroom was not hot. No wifi available. Plug points were not at desired locations.
- Mr. (10/5): Exceptional - It’s a beautiful property
Staff is excellent Newton n Sarath we’re very helpful n they made good breakfast
Very happy Only one thg they have two villas
One villa has three bedroom but only two washrooms
Another villa is three bedroom with washrooms inside the room
- Rong (9/5): Superb - Thanks to the warm-heated owners, they prepared breakfast for us at 5:00am, and all rooms were clean and satisfied ! the hot water was not enough for family use
- Dinusha (9/5): Great Place - Calm and cool place, nice garden area. Also, the staff Newton is really helpful. Overall, it's a good place.
- Bhaskar (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location Bathroom sizes
- Graham (7/5): Lack of wi-fi spoiled it - The Villa had super views and was clean. The garden was lovely Wi-fi was abysmal and the bed was too short for me (I’m 5’10”)
- Aniri (5/5): Passable - It was very cold. With a lot of insistence, we received 2 radiators to warm us up. They were not enough because the rooms are very big.
The rooms are quite "dusty".
I think you can find something nicer in a village near Nuwara Eliya. You have nothing to see here.
- Neeraj (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property is in worst conditions. Who the hell hss given it a 4 star rating. Bed linens are at worst. And who the hell keep a bath tub in bed room. Worst ever Experience. Expedia also sucks. Why the hell u confirm the rooms when it was not available. Worst site to book hotel for your vacations.
- Verified traveler (10/5): My stay @ Lemon Villa Court. - We had been here April 2019, I would describe Lemon Villa Court as a perfect getaway from city noise and crowd. Located within 25min walkable distance from City Centre (Town), location was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay over here...The staff is very courteous and polite....Dinesh who works there was very supportive and helpful especially when there was curfew outside. I shall surely recommend this to friends and relatives.
About Lemon Villa_ I enjoyed thier breakfast and view from the balcony was breathtaking.
