• Shaik (9/5): Very good experience with stunning cold weather in sapa while our stay - Had a very pleasant stay at this property. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and always helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was enjoyable with good variety and fresh options every morning. Room cleaning was done daily and maintained very well, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The property is also surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and marts, which made everything very convenient for dining and shopping. One of the best things was that there were no additional surcharges when making payment by credit card, which was truly appreciated. The location is excellent as well, situated just within the neighborhood of Sun Plaza, making it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for visitors to Sa Pa One concern during the stay was the luggage access, as guests are required to carry luggage up and down the steps since there is no slope or ramp bridge available for easy trolley or wheelchair access to the reception area. However the staff can assist to bring it up if their available when we’re reach at property

• Steven (10/5): Sapa Green the Perfect Stay - From the moment we arrived the receptionist Luna looked after us, she organized our transport and day tour to all the local sites. She is an asset to Sapa Green such an amazing person to go out of her way to want to help and make sure we are comfortable. Also the most comfortable bed we have had in Vietnam maybe even more comfortable than our bed at home 😂 you can book here with complete confidence. The rooster at 5am in the town 🤣 but seriously nothing the Hotel and staff were perfect

• AP AP (8/5): Very central location - Perfect location, reached everything within a few minutes incl Sun plaza/ cable car station, night market, lots of restaurants, cafes, souvenirs, cultural centres. Helpful and attentive staff, spa on level 2 easy to access 8am-11pm. We did not like the breakfast, cold and tasteless. The drain in the shower was very slow, they gave us a little toilet roll for 4 people for 4 days, we had to call reception twice for toilet tissues. They should have Make up room and do not disturb signs instead of knocking on the door every morning for room makeup when my son was still asleep. The spa could be dodgy during busy hours. My husband bought a VIP package incl steam, herbal Dao Do bath and massage for 80 minutes, got 6 minutes only, very rushed though sauna and herbal bath. I paid for 45 body massage and got a casual staff who did not wear uniform but climbed on me to perform the back massage which made me feel very uncomfortable. Worse was when she non stop talked about her son’s issues which was thankfully stopped by a permanent staff. She also confused me when opened up my towel, revealing my tit for a couple of minutes, not sure what that was about so I had to cover it up again, such a nightmare! I still tipped her but would not dare to go down again for another session!

Duschabfluss verstopft》Bad wurde überflutet. Im Bad leider viele Kalkablagerungen, daher funktionierte die Dusche schlecht.

If you will book this hotel always make sure to have the locks double secured so you won’t have the same experience as ours.

The internet was virtually non-existent. We could not watch any news on Youtube. We could not watch a movie or two during our stay. The ref did not work. Shower clogged with hair.

No one on front door to help get luggage up steps to reception. Asian buffet breakfast limited to eggs and toast for westerners. No toilet paper in reception WC and bins overflowing.

• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant but could be much improved - Whilst the room itself was a bit outdated, it was comfortable. It was lovely to have doors which opened to a little balcony. The following are some suggestions - Some hooks would be good for hanging towels. The rack on the wall is not functional - The fridge did not work, and though we asked for this to be rectified, this was not forthcoming - The front foyer area is not welcoming (dark and dingy) and our greeting was less than impressive. As we were being checked in, another female staff member (presumably manager) totally interrupted the conversation, ignoring us and was talking very loudly to the staff member behind the desk for quite a while. This was very rude - whilst there was plenty of food on offer for breakfast, there was shortages of plates/cups/milk. The food was also heavily oriented to the Asian taste and a few simple additions would be nice to cater for western tourists . We ended up eating elsewhere.

• JUDITH (8/5): - We booked the family room and it is very spacious. Breakfast is also excellent! It's just a little disappointing that the staff assigned upon our checking is not that friendly, not too welcoming. And unfortunately we encounter the same staff upon leaving, we said goodbye and didn't even look or react. The only thing that I hate about this hotel.

• Azizul (9/5): Recommended who want to visit Fansipan - 1.Beside SAPA Station (to Fansipan). No need taxi, just walk. 2.In Town. 3.Family room very comfortable for 5 people 4.Breakfast included.

• L (6/5): Its ok. - Its ok. Staffs needs to be trained more. Disappointed about laundry price - two different staffs mentioned two different prices. Breakfast needs improvement!!! And staffs needs to properly trained.

• Louise (5/5): - The internet connection was really bad. The vegan/vegetarian offers at the buffet were not visible. Our room was facing a grey concrete wall so we had the curtains close all the time
• L (5/5): My stay was ok. Will not recommend. Breakfast is not good. - Staffs should be more aware of the prices that they are providing clients. I had laundry done and I was told that price is 50,000 VND per kilo and when I checked out I was charged 80,000 VND per kilo and taxes. Staffs are very hard to talk because of language barrier & staffs are not very friendly. Staffs are not very friendly and not well informative. Rooms were available but my friend got charged 600,000 VND bec she wanted to check-in early. I find that very unprofessional on their end and demanded CASH payment only which I found very odd.
