• Osama (1/5): Esperienza pessima!!!! - Sinceramente niente. Non mi è piaciuto niente Tutto non mi è piacouto. La struttura era sporca, l accoglienza fredda sembrava in un film dell'orrore, la televisione vecchia e non era smart la doccia sembrava quella di un carcere e sporchissima la stanza piena di polvere. In piu se esci dovvi pregare Dio che quando ritornavi c era qualcuno altrimenti dovevi aspettare per mezz'ora

La chambre était très spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Le petit bémol c’est que l’entrée ou la sortie du Riad ne se fait pas en autonomie !

Nous avons dû faire nous même les lits des enfants. Monticule de linge et table à repasser au milieu du décor. Le petit déjeuner n'étais pas prêt à l'heure dite. Le ménage est juste. Les installations notamment la salle de bain est sommaire. Les prix du restaurant sont exorbitants. On sent le business machine à cash
• Edoardo (8/5): - Traditional riad located in the neighbourhood of Salè, just outside of Rabat but easily reachable with a nice tram or short taxi ride. Property is a nice building, amazing breakfast cooked by the owner, on the nice terrace on the roofs. The staff is always available and very nice, there is a restaurant at the hotel. Very good value for money, relaxing stay, very classic riad The rooms are a bit old style riad, and some of them are very dark and could be humid in colder months. Some of them don't have windows so you only have the light coming from the inside courtyard. You always need to ask the property owners to open the door for you when you leave/enter, which is a bit annoying when you leave early/come back late, and the other clients ringing the bell to enter make noise in the entire property. I think this is a little improvement that should be fixed. Other than this it was a very good stay
• Shengmin (4/5): - 1. The accommodation is located in the local old town area, but as a foreigner, it’s not highly recommended to stay there alone, as safety when going out can be a concern. 2. Since the hotel is combined with a restaurant, there are food smells in the rooms. 3. The sound insulation is not very good—you can hear noise from the restaurant, and at night, you may also hear loud sounds from other buildings. 4. The water pressure in the shower is relatively weak.

• Andreas (7/5): Salé gut zentral. Vor Ort dauert´s dann. - Die Lage ist gut; Parkplätze am Haus und trotzdem fast schon mittendrin. Das geht gut. Der Gesamteindruck vom Haus ist in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Wartezeit im Restaurant - bis dann wirklich etwas kam: erst Getränke und deutlich später auch etwas zu Essen - war schon überdurchschnittlich. Die völlig überlastete und auch insofern altersmäßig an ihre Belastungsgrenze angekommene Dame vom Front-Office hatte augenscheinlich keine Energie mehr - für nix. Das hat uns etwas verunsichert; aber an der Gesamtsituation nix geändert. Der Gesamteindruck hat sich am nächsten Tag - was das ganze Haus auch mit weiterem Personal betrifft - komplett bestätigt. Alle völlig fertig - erwartet nicht zu viel und vor allem nicht zu schnell. Ansonsten: alles gut.

Le restaurant au top, très bon plat, le petit déjeuner est plein de petites attentions, tout est vraiment très bien. Les jus de fruits frais et cocktails de fruits frais sont juste sublimes. De l'or en bouche ! Les chambres sont assez fraîches mais le lit chauffant à été un vrai confort pour se réchauffer.

• ILARIA (6/5): - La posizione era ottima e facile da raggiungere in auto. Parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri. Ho prenotato per 6, 4 adulti e 2 bambini, e i bambini non sono stati minimamente considerati, ne per il letto ( abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza che abbiamo dovuto pagare), ne per la colazione ( uova per 4, pane per 4, yogurt per 4)

Erst nach unserer Intervention bekamen wir das gebuchte Zimmer. Dies hatte aber kein Fenster nach außen und war sehr dunkel. Es war auch kompliziert aus dem Haus und ins Haus zu gelangen - durch die schwarze Pforte.

• Jo Hendry (4/5): Very disappointing - The rooftop terrace was nice. We were able to park the motorbike right outside. Very difficult to find. The room and bathroom were very small, no wardrobe or space to put anything anywhere. The room smelled of sewage which made me feel nauseated all night . The shower leaked water so when we went to the toilet during the night we got wet feet. We had dinner at the Riad and it was the most expensive meal we had in our entire stay and it was nothing special. A very disappointing stay and wouldn't come here again.

• Cecile (4/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment très bien au bord de la médina. Le Riad a un beau potentiel. La vue du rooftop est très belle. Facilité pour se stationner. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier loin de la zone touristique et très typique. Le riad n’est pas entretenu, soigné et ordonné (le linge qui sèche dans le passage, la planche à repasser dans le salon marocain collectif, beaucoup de gils électriquesun peu partout...) . Aucune isolation phonique. Il nous a fallu réclamer la télécommande de la climatisation. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très peu généreux. La cuisine ouverte n'est pas engageante. C'est vraiment dommage car le cadre pourrait être très beau. Le riad mériterait une rénovation complète. Les tarifs sont élevés au regard de la prestation dont le repas servi sur place.
• Mustapha (10/5): Belle découverte! - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le confort de ce riad, Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et aime rendre service Monsieur Taha a permis que notre séjour a rabat commence super bien, Un grand merci a Monsieur Taha, l'homme aux multiples tâches, On peut compter sur Lui du lever au coucher ( et même la nuit 😄) Super séjour 👍 Sans oublier l'hospitalité des propriétaires qui nous ont surclassé gracieusement, dans une jolie suite ! • steve (2/5): Le pire Riad de notre vie - Nous réservons une suite, la payons en avance, à notre arrivée on nous annonce que ce n'est pas possible qu'il l'ont donnés au dernier moment à quelqu'un d'autre et nous donne une plus petite qui n'a aucun rapport, on nous demande une taxe de séjour supérieur au prix réel. Faute de monnaie de leur accueil je donne plus et on me rend la monnaie la dernière heure avant que je parte(+3j). Suite à notre réclamation la patronne nous insultes et nous dit de dégager à 6h du matin avec enfants sans aucun remboursement. Arnaqué pour arnaqué nous nous disons que ca peut être une occasion pour que nos enfants voit ce qu'est la pauvreté et le manque de confort, une leçon de vie qui permet d'apprécier la vie "normale" après. Elle pense d'ailleurs que sa vulgarité et son agressivité sont de la répartie.. Nous lui avons appris que non bien au contraire! Donc suite au déclassement de notre réservation nous nous retrouvons à 4 dans une chambre insalubre, pleines d'insectes, humide et avec 2 jeux nint**do de notre garçon disparus. Le restaurant auquel elle nous invite pour 1 plat suite à plusieurs joutes verbales qui la laisse sans mot à dire pour défendre son action est à éviter aussi, faibles portions, pate bolognaise pour enfant sans viande.. Sans parler du personnel qui nous racontes la vie des autres clients (que en mal) et même de leur patronne qui ne peuvent pas voir en peinture et nous font part de tout leur mal être avec elle. Niveau secret pro bonjour! Ils font que se plaindre.

• Younes (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niets Wij hebben helaas een erg slechte ervaring gehad in deze riad. Na middernacht konden we het gebouw niet meer uit omdat de voordeur op slot zat. Het dakterras was wel toegankelijk, maar er was geen verlichting. Daar lag de conciërge te slapen op een bankje, onder een deken dat de volgende ochtend nog op dezelfde plek lag. Het ontbijt was erg mager: alleen een klein stukje Marokkaanse msemen en een glaasje thee – verder niets, terwijl wij hier wel voor betaald hebben. De algehele verzorging en service lieten veel te wensen over. Wij zouden deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen.

• JEAN MICHEL (5/5): Le seul accueil qui nous a déçus au Maroc - L'emplacement Merci au veilleur de nuit qui nous a ouvert la porte à 6h Un accueil distant La télécommande de la climatisation nous a été refusée sous le prétexte que nous étions surclassés (choix du propriétaire) et que la chambre que nous devions avoir n'avait pas de clim Réponse désobligeante et mesquine Aucune proposition pour nous proposer une alternative au petit déjeuner (que nous avons payé)que nous ne pouvions avoir à 6h pour cause d'avion très tot Aucune aide pour trouver un taxi pour aller a l'aéroport "débrouillez vous"

• AHMED (7/5): - تصميم الرياض من الداخل جميل والجلسات السطح الموقع جيد طاقم العمل رائع وكذلك وجبة الفطور نظام الدخول والخروج يتطلب احد طاقم العمل يفتح الباب للخروج والدخول وهذا امر مزعج جدا كذلك وجود رائحة من الحمام في الغرفه كانت مزعجه
• David (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité-prix, accueil impeccable, belle vue depuis la terrasse. - Prestations remarquables vu le prix. Accueil parfait, chambre pratique, petit-déjeuner bien sympa sur la grande terrasse. Nous recommandons vivement.
• Claude (7/5): - Bonne situation pour visiter Salé puis Rabbat en prenant une barque. Parking souterrain sécurisé pas trop loin. Les parties communes sont très belles, la terrasse est agréable quand il fait beau, le petit déjeuner copieux, les repas sont bons mais un peu cher! Les chambres devrait être rénovés peintures, électricité, télévision sans signal, et surtout la salle de bain vétuste et mal organisée, on mouille tout quand on se douche ! Et une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain un siphon doit être changé ou les canalisations à revoir ! Pas de clé à disposition on doit donc attendre dans la rue à chaque retour !

• Aitor (7/5): Sencillo - Riad sencillo pero con todo lo necesario. El almuerzo estaba muy bueno Para poder salir y entrar del edificio tienes que esperar que bajen a abrirte la puerta, los dueños suelen estar en la terraza trabajando y se hace un poco engorroso.

• Elodie (8/5): Très bien, bonne surprise - Tout c’est bien passé, ont a pu laisser les valises plus tard pour ne pas les traîner avec nous avant d’aller à l’aéroport. Les lits sont confortable et je petit déjeuner est très bon. La terrasse a une super vue. On a pu payer les taxes de séjour par carte. Rien en particulier.
• Jean-Flavien (7/5): Correct mais pas en adéquation avec son prix - Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique, lit confortable, la télévision dans la chambre La situation géographique par rapport à Rabat, le fait qu’on ne me propose pas de faire la chambre ou pas (au moins me changer me serviette de bain), odeur des toilettes pouvant être désagréable la nuit, rapport qualité prix en général et notamment du restaurant, enfin le fait de devoir donner pour partir et pour rentrer au riad (je me sentais un peu embêté de devoir déranger le personnel)

• Anja (9/5): Goede uitvalbasis om highlights Rabat te bezoeken. - Prachtig dakterras. Hel vriendelijke gastheer/gastvrouw. Lekker ontbijt. Je krijgt geen sleutel/kaart van de voordeur - dus moet steeds bellen om binnen / buiten te gaan (en dan wachten tot iemand vanop dakterras naar beneden kan komen). Sterk in vraag gesteld wat betreft veiligheid bij bijvoorbeeld brand.

• Corneliu Stefan (10/5): Excelent, voi reveni cu siguranta. - Micul dejun a fost excelent, si servit foarte atractiv. Gazdele au fost extrem de primitoare si ne-au oferit informatii foarte utile. Ne-a placut mult decorarea riadului, care a contribuit la crearea unui atmosfere specifica traditional marocana.

• Iryna (8/5): - Good communication, friendly staff, public transport nearby We had a shower outside the room, was private but you need to go a bit down the stairs which is not very convenient and on top a boiler is shattered with another room. We were lucky that nobody was staying there otherwise hot water would be quite limited. This part of the city is not really touristic so did not find good restaurants and each time needed public transport to go out. No shampoo or a small mirror in the room which is a bit pity for a girl. We asked for hair dryers and got it as there were not many people staying but were explained that usually it is only for those who stay in sweet

La décoration était magnifique, pleine de charme, et le repas aussi très délicieux. C'était un vrai moment de détente, loin du tumulte de la ville. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer !

• veronique (9/5): un sejour trés agreable - très jolie Riad bien situé , la suite que nous avions réservé étais confortable avec une bonne literie, très bon petit déjeuner varié et diversifié nous avons eu la chance de passer la soirée du jour de l an et profités d un très bon repas en musique un grand merci a Hassan et sa compagne Sabah pour leurs professionnalisme et leurs gentillesses pour résumé un agréable séjour pour nous et nos amis pour nous c était parfait , nos amis qui avais réservé une chambre et non une suite l on trouvés petite, privilégier donc les suites lors de la réservation
