Gilles (1/5): le personnel ne dit pas bonjour, et n’est pas sympathique, en entrant dans la chambre forte odeur d’humidité - L’emplacement. Près du pont du dragon, pas très loin de quartier vivant. La douche est bien, eau chaude et pression. Le bruit de la rue s’entend dans la chambre. Les fenêtres sont anciennes comme tout dans cette hôtel. La propreté n’est pas nickel. Sous tasse sale, joint de lavabo avec des traces noires et forte odeur d’humidité et moisissures dans la chambre. Enfin Clim bruyante . Accueil 18h déplorable.
Catalina (5/5): Bang for your buck! - The location, everything needed is right near the footsteps of the property. Ants in the bathroom. They only stock the room with 1 can of soft drink. The balcony is very small with no seating area. Level of the pool area is very run down. There is also no restaurant insite. They need to update their booklets. You also have to ask for wi-fi password before leaving reception area to go to your room. They only accept cash, no card payment.

Duc Anh (2/5): - Vị trí đẹp Tôi đặt trên booking 2 phòng. Khi đến nơi thì khách sạn kiếm lý do chỉ đưa cho tôi 1 phòng. Hứa hẹn sẽ sắp xếp 1 phòng sau nhưng chỉ nói cho qua chứ không hề có. Và tự ý huỷ 1 phòng của chúng tôi. Thái độ nhân viên và cách xử lý quá tệ.

Gemma (9/5): Amazing view - Great location, amazing view. We were able to watch the Dragon Bridge fire show from our balcony. Cleaning and water daily, plenty of hot water. Really good value for money. Lumpy bed, lots of tiny ants, very poor wifi. Very bad sound proofing between the room and the hall and we were unlucky to stay at the same time as some really noisy people who woke us up a lot. Obviously not the hotel's fault but something to keep in mind.
Supertries (2/5): Great Staff & Location, but Dangerous Hygiene & Maintenance - I want to be completely honest about our stay. There are definitely positive aspects to this hotel, but the current state of hygiene and maintenance is a major concern. Fantastic location with an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge from our window and the rooftop. The receptionists work incredibly long hours yet remain genuinely friendly and helpful. The aircon worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi is strong, the Smart TV is functional, and the water pressure including hot in the shower is excellent. Good soundproofing, and they provide free water, soap, and shampoo daily. Despite the issues, we were still able to sleep and enjoy the city. Extreme Dirt: Within one minute of walking barefoot, our feet were pitch black from the floor. A tissue used to wipe the bed frame came back jet black with grime. The fridge was with mouldy rubbers. We had to clean the room ourselves upon arrival. Maintenance Issues: The mattress is completely collapsed; you can feel every spring digging in. A wooden chair was broken and dangerous. The showerhead was broken and the bathroom ventilation is caked in black mould. Housekeeping: While they make the bed and empty the trash daily, no actual cleaning/scrubbing is done. The Pool: The rooftop pool is a biohazard. The edges and drains are black with algae and mould, making it slippery and very unsafe. The structure is crumbling, this pool must be closed immediately, your health will be at risk. Conclusion: The staff is great, but the hotel is being neglected by management. Because of the grime, we slept on top of the bedspread. This hotel has so much potential, but it needs a deep clean and urgent repairs immediately.

Bạn nhân viên lễ tân khuôn mặt có biểu cảm không thân thiện khi mình đến sớm và hỏi có thể nhận phòng sớm không? mình chỉ hỏi thôi, vì trong booking có ghi có thể nhận phòng sớm nếu có.Đổi lại bạn lễ tân buổi chiều lúc mình tới nhận phòng 14h00 trả lời rất thân thiện.

Karen (6/5): Location is great but take photos of everything so you don't get accused for things you didn't do - Hotel is very basic but location was great. Walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and lots of food and drinks around there. View was nice from the balcony. Beds were a bit hard but you got used to it. Walls were thin so you could hear everything and everyone outside of your room. Staff didn't speak much English so hard to communicate. It was due to this issue where the cleaners made a phonecall down to the reception on day of check out to say that we had taken drinks out of the fridge (which we had not) and charged us extra. It wasn't until our tour guide helped translate and speak to the reception that they had refunded. We are aware that it wasn't much and and would've been happy to pay for it if we actually did take it, but we didn't and it was just the principle! I just feel that this hotel is untrustworthy and left a bag last impression. So we won't be back.

Zhivko (10/5): Супер доволен - Централно разположение. Всекидневно почистване и зареждане с нови четки за зъби+ паста . Хотелът разполага с моторчета под наем ,което е голямо удобство. От басейна на покрива се открива невероятна гледка . И най- вече искам да благодаря на рецепционистката, която ми помогна много в много различни проблеми . Не ми хареса това ,че написах поне 15 имейла през имейл,през агода и през букинг, но уви отговор не получих . Това е несериозно за такъв хотел

Adriana (7/5): Honestly, Not coming back - There is a kettle and a fridge Daily cleaning service and water supply The first room was too loud because of the neighbors, so they moved me to another one. But the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, and the internet connection was horrible. The reception staff spoke very little English, so communication was difficult, but they were very kind.

Neža (8/5): - We only just spent night there, but it was ok, walking distance to sightseeing. Nice room you with private bathroom, bit to noisy, you can hear traffic. Recomend for backpackers.
Chuah (8/5): Hotel的地点和价位确实很不错的, 住的也很愉快, 再到Danang还是会再光顾的～ - 地点很好，很靠近机场，方便进出，前面就是龙桥, 走路15~20分钟就可以到CHO HAN & CHO CON。服务员还不错有礼貌，能说简单英文。房间价钱很便宜, 独行非常OK , 这次第2次入住了. 楼下一位大叔卖VND12K 一支猪肉香肠非常便宜又好吃，赞！住3天, 天天下雨, 很多时候只能待在房间, 可是旅馆偏偏安排同一层的其他房间做维修, 或是换新家具, 很吵又乱又肮脏, 几天都没有整理和打扫卫生, 好像当我们不存在的. 到楼下反应, 服务员好像听不懂, 很无奈啊!!

Anh (10/5): Chuyến đi ngắn nhưng mọi thứ đều tốt đẹp - View nhìn ra thành phố đẹp, thấy được cầu Rồng, gần chợ Hàn, gần các quán ăn, tiệm trà, cafe. Nói chung là vị trí quá đẹp Mình hy vọng khách sạn sẽ bổ sung thêm đèn trắng trong phòng, vì toàn đèn vàng nên muốn make up cũng hơi khó

Peter (8/5): A bit dirty in Da Nang - Very friendly staff. Great location on the river front with a view of Dragon Bridge. At the tail end of the dragon though, so you need to cross the bridge to see the fire display close up.. Close to Bach Dang walking street but far enough away not to hear it at night. A little bit shabby. Lots of scuff marks on the white walls. Overdue a lick of paint. Shower glass had not been cleaned in a while. Elevators grubby; but Da Nang had been flooded just before I arrived so excusable. "Sorry sir, card reader broken. Cash only" If I had a dong for every time I have heard that in Vietnam I would have a thousand., and still be poor!
Wail (7/5): - Emplacement idéal à proximité du pont du dragon et de la ville, personnel toujours disponible à toute heure du jour et de la nuit ce qui facilite les arrivées tardives, chambre bien équipée. Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet établissement. À chaque fois, nous avons été confrontés au même problème : des cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain et dans la douche. La première fois, suite à notre demande, une personne est venue nettoyer. La seconde fois, étant arrivés à 3h du matin, nous n'avons pas pu demander à ce que le ménage soit fait.
Salvo (9/5): Vista spettacolare e tanta cordialità dal personale - Hotel con posizione invidiabile, vedevamo il Dragon bridge dalla stanza, dalla terrazza comune con piccola piscina la vista è spettacolare, stanza dotata di tutti i confort e segnalo anche la gentilezza del personale Un po' rumorosa data la posizione comunque invidiabile, ma è plausibile cuscini un po' troppo duri per il mio gusto personale

Guest (3/5): No nos gustó - La ubicación Bastante sucio, las paredes de la habitación con muchos bichitos pequeños como arañas. De madrugada en la habitación de al lado estuvo una pareja gritando como peleándose durante 3h y nadie les llamó la atención.

OLENA (6/5): Номер затишний та чистий але дуже погана щумоізоляція. Чутно сусідів які гуляють до пізньої ночі - Було дуже гучно. Персонал починав прибирати рано вранці і вони робили це дуже голосно. В коридорі були крики і шум, було неможливо поспати. Вай фай ледве тягнув, попрацювати було неможливо, тому доводилось їздити у коворкінг

Jake (7/5): Mostly good, some downsides. - Had a very nice rooftop pool, with a good view. The rooms were nice and big with all the facilities you could ask for. Housekeeping was every day. The location was next to the dragon bridge and not too far from restaurants and bars. We booked a room with early check-in but upon arrival they acted as if it didn’t exist so we waited until 2. The rooms have mould in (we had to move from one room which had a significant amount to a room that had a bit less). Think a bit of a revamp could transform this hotel!
Lou (9/5): Good priced hotel, good location. - The views from the rooftop were pretty awesome. They had a pool but we didn't use it but it looked inviting & clean. Our room was spacious enough, had 2 double beds & a great view of the Dragon Bridge. It was right on the river & close to plenty cafés, restaurants and other interesting sights. We walked over the bridge into the busy downtown areas & the beach but used Grab on our return. Was really cheap, £1:22!! Our room could be cleaned daily but we opted out as we slept longer on some days. They were always there though & emptied our trash & refilled our water. We had robes too! Thank you ❤️ The bed was quite hard for my back but maybe some folk prefer this. There was a few dirty marks on the walls but it didn't affect our stay.

Khanh Ly (9/5): Tốt - Phòng ở vị trí đẹp, ngay sát Cầu Rồng. Phòng sạch sẽ, phù hợp với nhu cầu sử dụng của tôi Cửa sổ bị nhỏ nước vào phòng khá nhiều, có lẽ do mưa bão và phòng tôi cũng ở tầng cao nên mới bị vậy.
