The property is listed on Booking.com as Holiday Heaven, but when we were traveling from the airport the host suddenly told us that this name does not actually exist and that we should look for a place called Suasana Bukit Ceylon. This already raised some suspicion, but we never imagined the situation would be this bad. The apartments are extremely old and in terrible condition. Many things are broken, there is visible mold, and the furniture is torn and worn out. There were no proper bed sheets, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower had no hot water, there was no internet, and the TV did not work. None of the basic amenities that were expected were functioning. The location is also very inconvenient. There is nothing nearby – no shops, restaurants, or public transport stops. We had to use taxis everywhere. The host demanded a cash deposit and then did not even show up on the day of our departure. Everything was superb we liked all… but I wished in the third room the cloth hanger was fixed.. it was difficult to hang cloth in the wardrobe as it was damaged..

• Sf (5/5): Passable - The car park located at the high floor and it’s quite challenging to drive and reach to high floor, moreover, after park the car, it’s not easy to find the lift. We are big group and insufficient access card given to us. Payment is confusing, credit card detail was collected during the booking in the apps, I thought the payment will be deducted by the booking platform later but I was asked to do direct payment to the property’s host on the spot. Since I worry there will be double payment, I was spending almost one hour for clarification during the check-in just because of this matter.

• Imran (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the apartment is big. I regret to inform that several amenities in the room are in need of urgent attention. The remote control for the ceiling fan is malfunctioning, rendering it inoperable. Furthermore, the hot water function of the Coway water purifier is not functioning, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the iron cloth is severely worn and requires immediate replacement, while the ironing board is in dire need of being changed. The cabinet drawer is on the brink of breaking, posing a safety hazard. To compound the issues, the shower sink drain is obstructed, leading to drainage problems. Regrettably, despite being promised a futon bed, we were provided with a cheap mattress instead. This matter has already been brought to the attention of the owner, and we trust that appropriate changes will be made to rectify the situation. In light of these circumstances, I must advise against recommending this establishment to potential guests. The name "Holiday Heaven" is, unfortunately, a misnomer, as the current state of the amenities falls far short of providing a satisfactory holiday experience.

We are 15 minutes from everywhere - KLCC, Bukit Bintang etc. We had a few issues when we were at the property : - the TV wasn’t working - hot water in the living room wasn’t working - drain was clogged in en-suite bathroom - we noticed a few cockroaches in the apartment - overall maintenance was lacking and apartment was tired looking. - door handles were coming off - property is tired looking Also seems like the property we live in wasn’t the same as photos noted in the holiday booking website. Essential to not however that Owner, arshi was very responsive and was wanting to help solve our issue. He solved the clogged drain at 10pm but it wasn’t a long term solution as the problem came back another day. The problem was that we had plans from the morning and to wait for maintenance to come it was going to spoil our plans for the day.

An excellent host with great communication. Nothing really other than I had to pay for the booking in cash rather than card on arrival as booking.com for some reason had not provided the card details to allow the merchant to charge the card.

• Hj (8/5): Overall its convenient to stay! - The location is very good, close to the shopping mall and the pool is clean and comfortable. There is a self laundry available on the tenth floor and a gym. There are a few cockroaches roaming around in the apartment, the owner should prepare an aerosol to kill the cockroaches. One more thing, no one should be allowed to have a look inside the apartment while we are staying there because this will cause discomfort to the residents, so these are the things that we don't like while staying there.

We discovered a nail on the bed, and the management was unable to provide satisfactory feedback. The air conditioner in the master room is not working. The air conditioner in the common room is leaking, and we have notified the management via text. The toilet is not well-maintained.

They came to return the deposit the night before check-out, so that we could conveniently leave in the morning to catch our flight. The room is clean and tidy, including the bathroom and bedding, and the facilities are complete. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view outside the window. It allows for a quiet and comfortable sleep. The air conditioner circuit breaker tripped in the middle of the night. After doing some research on my own, I managed to restore it.

It’s modern, spacious, so clean and boy, it’s like staying in a hotel with an amazing view of the skyline, KL Tower from our unit, and the Petronas towers from the pool. there. restaurants with local food are also just around the corner. definitely recommended none. superb experience. from when the Arshi welcomed to his unit to our check-out, which was early morning.

Jeg sterkt anbefaler ikke plassen. Verten var aggressive og ikke floke vennlig. Jeg brukte mange minutter fra Malaysia til Norge for å snakke med Hotels.com for å fikse et annet sted.
