- Maria (3/5): Poor -
- Elgee (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Looks like a ran down motel. Smell of paint. Poor ventilation in the room. Broken bed headboard.
- Rena (7/5): Good -
- Jerson (2/5): My review is so poor and not recommended - Im not satisfied so poor services in that hotel..i never comeback
- Marlowie (6/5): - I feel un convinient

- Manalastas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nomar (9/5): The best price for 1-night stay near Smart Araneta Coliseum - Best price of all the hotels near Smart Araneta Coliseum for my 24-hr stay. Just walking distance from it. All the staff are friendly and allowed me to check in earlier than the expected time of arrival. No complaints about the facilities and the options that came with the package for this booking. For the price, you won't find a better deal. Will book again if ever I need a place to stay to watch another concert. 😁 It is near a 7-11, Mang Inasal, Jollibee, and Dunkin Donuts so you a lot of choices for food or a quick coffee. Oh, and they also have a working bidet, which is a huge plus for me (not sure for the other lower-priced rooms as I rented a Premium room on the 3rd floor). The reception area needs better air-conditioning, hence why I didn't give it the full 10 pts rating. It will also help the reception staff feel more comfortable, not only the waiting guests.
- Simon (8/5): - Hot water shower 🚿 was not available. Cable tv channel not showing.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff are not really greeting always..most of them just staring without even welcoming!..the location also not that perfect..is located back of farmers plaza but about the street area is very dirty including so much trash infront of the hotel..also the hotel facility doesn't have any improvement such restaurant or dinning area
- 16051956 (10/5): 3 star hotel with natural 5 star service - Astotel 3 star with 5-star service Cabou Philippines
It was such a joy to stay at this hotel 4th may -10th may this year
1. On arrival in the early morning due to flight we were welcomed by all members of staff
2. It was refreshing to see well marked clear access at all times for a disabled person like myself
3. The entrance reception was spotless, as was everywhere throughout hotel
4. The room was first class and design
5. The staff were always neat dressed male were always clean shaven, hair net worn all times
6. Every member staff made a conversation not because they had to it was just natural charm, no matter what grade every guest treated as VIP manner as equal person
7. I also noticed that it was refreshing that when staff provided service, they were not hovering about looking for tip
8. My only suggestion: would be helpful kettle in room for hot drinks as amputee difficult to go out for coffee but this is suggestion not bad mark
9. I will close by recommending this hotel to any one as you can see by pictures how clean and accessible hotel was
- Shekainah Joy (10/5): - I will definitely return here!
- Christopher (10/5): - I was skeptical of astrotel from the beginning. The surrounding area isn’t the best. But after staying there for 3 weeks I can honestly tell you it’s one of my top 5 best experiences In my lifestyle of constant traveling. The price was incredible, but the part that really put it over the top for me was the customer service. The staff is amazing especially the front desk staff. I will stay there again and I highly recommend it. It is very safe and secure and even though the outside neighborhood is questionable I never had a worry for my belongings inside. Awesome parking for my motor and I highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clogged toilet bowl - There were small roaches.
Inner sheets of the pillows were so dirty.
Clogged toilet bowl. It won't flush.
Room is spacious.
- Maria Thelma (10/5): - Overall rate will be 3. As the place still with coackroaches. Also aircon is not cool enough for the room. Although has a friendly staff. Improvement on the facilities must be needed.
- Liliana (10/5): - Really nice experience
- Jeckang (10/5): - Superb customer service. Newly painted building too. With super gentle staff and amazing themed rooms and designs!
- Rodell (2/5): Unprofessional staff (Cande E Tomagos) - I booked for vip room but since it’s not ready they put me to premium room. Supervisor Cande E Tomagos told me that she will update me once it’s ready. I been waiting for her but she didn’t call or see me up to the next day. The linen that we used is very dirty and there’s a spot of men’s and girl’s liquid. I paid for VIP room but they put me to regular room. The sink was clogged, no phone lines, no power outlet.
- Wilfred (4/5): Astrofail.. a confine space for aliens - Astrotel fails to deliver its own name. The design resembles a lost boat in the pacific. They tried to incorporate astrological idea but it turns out to be a wrecked cargo ship. Theres no single window in every room but rather some ridiculous wall paper that does not serve any purpose. Rooms are poorly lit.. the washroom needs improvement, theres no where to put soap or hygiene stuff. Theres no glass or curtain that separate the toilet and the shower. U expect the entire washroom to be all wet after a shower. They dont keep record of people checking in. I booked for 5 days stay awaiting swab test for my outbound flight. The guy from the detoxicare came looking for us for the swab testbut the front desk said we never checked in. So we have to rebook our swab. Then, the guy came the next day and the hotel refused at first to let him do the test so i asked the guy to do it in the parking lot. The manager came and we explain the situation because they said they were not informed. In the end, Alvin, the manager allowed us to get swabbed in our room. The receptionist knocked in our room at 2 am and told us to check out. I was appalled. I showed my booking and told them we are supposed to check out at 2pm. They said their system indicates that we need to check out. They finally admitted that it was their mistake!
- Jimmy (2/5): Astrotel hotel cubao is a nightmare hotel - There are rats and cockroach nesting on my head board. The rooms smells cigaret. the frontdesk are not friendly not answering the call from my room. The room cleaners are not doing their work.
- Luigeeluvsu (6/5): Economically Wise - If you are going somewhere and need to be early for a bus ride in Cubao. Try Astrotel it is very convenient clean and near to a lot of establishment. So for a quick last minute shopping before your trip try Astrotel in Anonas for as low as 400.00 (-$10.00) 12 hours accommodation, have a good sleep and fresh linen.
- Steve (8/5): A long stay in a short stay hotel - Small rooms mainly for short staying guests. A few problems with rooms not being fit for purpose whenchecking in but we're soon sorted out the obliging staff. Rooms cleaned regually and had good WiFi connection good cable TV and simple to operate hot shower.
- Rissi (6/5): - Not so good
- Ardy (8/5): One night only - Amazing
- Estrellita (4/5): Its good for short time guests - I checked in the room is so dirty the bedsheets has fresh stains. They should prepare the room before allowing the guests to come in since it’s booked ahead of time.
- Eurie (10/5): - Nice staff
- Mitchel (6/5): - The floor underneath the bed is dusty and not enough tissue on the toilet area. Also the music is too loud, I could hear it while sleeping.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The supervisor nit happy giving tip in the staff! Why? It is the customer’s choice to give the friendly staff a tip anytime the customer wants to
- matthew jr (4/5): The drain at toilet floor was clog. - The room sucks with clog floor drain at toilet and there's no emergency exit plan in the room.
- Steve (8/5): - Nice price excellent location you are near many things the area is a little pricier than malibay Pasay but you can transport anywhere easily just across EDSA.... the market is overpriced though.... bus lines to anywhere are walking distance or less than $2 cab fare.... great location
- Michael Frank (10/5): Great value - Great value for money, very helpful and curteous staff, hotel clean and well kept. Rooms adequate size but only downside was no socket outlet to charge phone had to use tv outlet, also no window in room. Plenty of malls close by and 7/11 across road. A pleasant stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): AC Problem - My first visit is Great event the room is small. However my 2nd visit the room is spacious but the aircoin is not working properly.
- Philip (8/5): Clean hotel - The only thing I can complain about was the air conditioner in the room wasn’t that good.
- Coco (2/5): - Got not only skin allergies from the sheets . There were a lot of roaches and mice. There’s no hot water or even a window to see if it’s raining or not. Also in most hotels they have room cleanings about every day or other day. This one, you have to ask them . It also doesn’t have a restaurant. This hotel is good for happy campers or singles only- if your tough enough!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - clean room and affordable rates. the staff were polite and helpful. and good location.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Checked in at 11pm didnt allow us to check out at 9pm
- Jorge (6/5): Hard to sleep well - It wasn’t bad at all but the bed was so uncomfortable
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not good - All condition not good.
I don’t introduce this hotel.
And no hot water, not good clean, so delayed check in... in my opinions very worst.
- Patrick (6/5): Acceptable hotel with 24h stay - Hotel with creative room decor near Cubao station. Clean, comfortable but no windows and noisy aircon. The internet seemed restricted, I couldn't for example access my server to upload photos. I had no room service, which may have been because I made two bookings. This caused quite some confusion, I don't understand why. Good point: booking one night means 24h, so when you check in at 8pm you can also stay until 8pm the next day.
- Jose (2/5): Hot water - No hot water for three days
- Lynn (6/5): - Not work hot water in front and not much cold bcoz of air-conditioning little cold
- Jose (4/5): - No hot water for three days
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There was not 1 electrical socket in some rooms and i A not thrilled with the idea that rooms were rented by the hour .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Astrotel hotel is convinient only for shorter check in.. Why u dont put a room accomodation for longer guest to stay yes i stayed for 4days but the thing is no cabinet to put your dress, everytime u go outside the F. O staff ask u going for check out .Why. no other question? U need to put your staff for trainings.. And mirror is to low..
- Kevin (8/5): Forgotten socket - Was eager to arrive at the place to charge my phone and powerbank. Upon arriving the power socket near the bed was non functional so i had to call the receptionist for the issue. They told me they’d send a repair guy for it. It never came at all so i just had reach up for the socket at the back of the tv and unplug it so as to charge my phone and powerbank.
- curtis (4/5): - It's not the nicest place. There's no closet space there's no place to put your clothes. The air conditioning didn't work well TV signal was bad it's just not a good place to stay for a long time. But for one night it's okay
- Verified traveler (4/5):
- Domingo Jr (10/5): All good - The stay is good. However, it took us almost an hour to check in. We arrived at 4pm and we were checked in around 4:45.
