• Andrew (1/5): Maybe worst in Phils I ever stayed in - They allowed us to change room The second room was pitiful. We turned on the tap and the ubend for the sink wasn't even attached. Comically the sink drained on the floor. Awful quality. Clueless staff. Avoid.

• ARNOLD (2/5): - AC feels like a heater,,sounds like its gonna blow up.,didnt get sleep because of that,plus u can hear the cleaning staff talking even its sleeping hours..

• Donald (6/5): - Minor problems with elevator, but the real problem was their relutance to jump on the problem and get Maintenance to fix it right away
• Roderick (2/5): Not recommended! - If you really don't have a choice or just after a quicky then this will do. Else, I strongly recommend you spend a little more and go somewhere else. My first room has an A/C that doea nothing but pretend its working. Phone is disconnected. I was transferred to another room where the bathroom gets flooded and the phone is also disconnected. Turns out all the phones are disconnected. My pillow smells and I requested to have another which didn't happen. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and didn't get fresh linens or towels. Well you get what you pay for, lesson learnt, this is not for tourists. The staff are otherwise courteous.

• Cattie (5/5): Passable - It was dirty and didn't have plugs to charge my phone, I managed to charge it, by disconnecting the tv, but it was not the best way. No windows
• Romel (2/5): Very poor - Air-conditioned room. Free water Many: Poor coordination between unit and booking.com of the duration of my stay. Receptionist kept on telling me that I am going to be checked-out regardless of my countless advise that i am booked for 6days. No bidet, timba and tabo... insufficient tissue. Busted toilet flushed...nightmare... Intimidating receptionist. Poor and very inconsistent and unreliable wifi connection and cannot be fix. Very humid at the lobby area. No direct customer assistant at Booking.com, unreliable!!!

Staff is very helpful, room is clean, free bottled water provided, bathroom slippers are available. Room had everything I needed at the time. Much appreciated! Just an fyi for future potential guests: there is no bidet (but water dipper is available). Only had 2 outlets in room, one is exclusively for the TV. May have to use stairs instead of elevator. Pillows are a bit flat.

• Psyche Machidiel (8/5): Affordable and practical way for a hotel stay - The accommodation is ok but no parking pala for car , which is very inconvenient . the price is very affordable. mabilis kami naka check in and check out.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Probably the finest budget hotel in the area - Overall, I got what I paid for. Probably the cheapest brand hotel in the area. The staff are very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Their service is probably the best asset of the hotel. The VIP room is uniquely designed with sufficient space. There is no cable. Television signal is not perfectly clear, but he internet connection is strong & consistent. The air conditioning system is well maintained. Power outlet is limited, but they will provide an extension cord upon request. Minor bug issues noted. Maybe they should consider improving the seal around the air conditioning system. I also think that they should make sure to keep the fire exit doors or vents closed / secured, to make sure that rodents could not enter. My stay was generally very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks to the staff who are eager to resolve any issues or concerns, in a very fast and timely manner. The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a 24 hour pharmacy / grocery store beside the building, a 24 hour Jollibee restaurant below the building, and a mecca of other retail & commercial market, open during the regular hours. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel on my future budget trips.

• Arash (2/5): Mer en hostell. - Vi fick välja bland tre olila rum och alla smutsiga och ena luktade rök. Badrummen var värst. Hår och smutsigt. Deras rymdtema var ett skämt. Pappren på väggen satt löst och vissa ljus funkade inte. Deras personal ringde på dörren kl 02:00 för att ge oss ett nytt lakan.
• D'Aptoods (2/5): - Check in process was terrible. It took more than an hour of wait to complete the check in since the receptionist claimed she can't find the reservation where in fact we have the copy of itinerary. I have to contact the expedia for assistance. The room is dusty and filthy, towels and linens have stained. The blanket has moldy smells. This place has no amenities, no toiletries provided and no free bottled water. I booked two nights for this hotel but we have to check out the following day because we can't stand the unkempt place. This should be taken out from the Expedia list.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Staff is great, needed new sheets and more power - The staff were very flexible and accommodating; I accidentally booked my stay a week later than I intended, and they made it work. The room (Movie room) was clean but we needed to call down because we couldn't find a power outlet, it turned out there was one extra outlet behind the tv and the staff provided an extension cable for free. Lighting was kind of on the dim side. Condition of the sheets and bed were bad, there was a tear in the vinyl mattress and the sheets had small cuts in them. Local area was good, there is a market and a bunch of fast food places around the corner.
• CV (6/5): - Close to restaurants and shopping. Public transportation easily accessible. Bathroom sink clogged. Room light is dim with purple fluorescent.
• sg (2/5): Staff not so friendly - The room was dirty. We stayed there for 4 days under VIP room but the room itself was not as we expected. Toiletries were not topped up. Not changed. We even have to buy toiletries outside. Not recommended for Long stay maybe just for short stay like 2 hours hook up lols
