- Andrea (8/5): - Posizione fantastica, la struttura si presenta molto bene ed è immersa nella campagna, in mezzo agli ulivi. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza ed il bagno sono ampi e facilmente accessibili dal parcheggio. Infine nella struttura è presente un ottimo ristorante. La camera presenta due finestre sopra il soppalco che non sono oscurabili e quindi al mattino entra parecchia luce. Il letto non è molto comodo ed il frigorifero presente nella stanza è piuttosto rumoroso.

- René (10/5): Wer historische Häuser mag ist hier richtig! - Wir haben ein Zimmer im alten Palazzo gebucht: wunderbar und mit authentischen alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Geschmackvoll und wirklich historisch! Es geht schon ein paar Stufen rauf. Uns wurde aber mit dem Gepäck geholfen.
- Sabine (9/5): - Ein traumhafter Ort mit extrem netten Menschen in wunderschöner Lage. Deshalb kommen wir auch bereits mehrfach hierher. Die Unterkünfte sind schön, das Frühstück reichhaltig, die Anlage samt Pool sehr gepflegt. Am Abend sollte man Mückenspray bewaffnet sein, was aber in der gesamten Toskana ein Thema ist. Und man sollte sich nicht daran stören, dass im hiesigen Lokal (Fisch\Meeresfrüchte in hervorragender Qualität) ab und an bis 23.00 gefeiert wird. Ansonsten herrscht, zumindest im September hier himmlische Ruhe. NACHTRAG bezüglich des Kommentars von Bermel1, Österreich vom Do. 2.Okr. 2025: Sehr geehrte/r Bermel1: wir waren direkt vor Ihnen in genau diesem Appartment. OK, vielleich wären 1-2 zusätzliche Leuchten wirklich nicht schlecht. Und ja: in einer oberen Badezimmerecke saßen ab und an 1-3 kleine Gecko; so scheu, dass sie beim Betreten des Raumes sofort ins Dach flüchteten. Das kann bei einer naturnahen Unterkuft mitten in der Natur vorkommen... ABER: bei uns hat der Duschkopf noch problemlos gehalten, wir konnten auch keinerlei Schmutz oder gar Schimmel ausmachen. Nirgends. Und das wahrscheinlich von Ihnen beschriebene "Ungeziefer" blieb bei uns ganz einfach mittels den dafür vorgesehenen und zugeschobenen Fliegengittern draußen... Beste Grüße! -
- Diana (9/5): - Sehr schöne Anlage in toller Lage Das Restaurant auf der Anlage ist sehr schön allerdings sehr teuer und für jemanden der keinen Fisch isst nicht nutzbar. Fanden das sehr schade.
- BerMel1 (1/5): Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung! - Der eingezeunte Garten war gut,weil wir Hunde mit hatten. Das Badezimmer wird mit einem anderen Foto beworben,welches tatsächlich. Dieses ist nämlich katastrofal. Eine winzige Duschkabine aus den 80ern, ein kaputter und verdreckter Duschkopf den wir mit Hilfe eines Zahnstochers fixieren musste damit man überhaupt Duschen konnte, ein gelber Toilettensitz, Schimmel im ganzen Appartment. Sehr wenig Licht (eine Lampe pro Raum). Im der ganzen Unterkunft hat man Eidechsen als Mitbewohner, die über die Decke kommen. - Bianca (10/5): Recomand cu mare drag! - Am avut parte de o experiență deosebită aici, unde ne-am petrecut luna de miere. Totul a fost foarte frumos, locul este curat și bine îngrijit, iar oamenii sunt extrem de primitori și atenți la detalii. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți. Un mare plus este natura din jur – liniște, aer curat și peisaje care îți taie respirația, perfecte pentru momente de relaxare și romantism. A fost exact ceea ce ne-am dorit pentru această ocazie specială. Recomand cu mare drag! -

Das Frühstück war leider sehr mager. Das Personal ist nicht hinterher gekommen. Generell war es sehr still auf dem Gelände. Eine Badekappe im Pool ist absolut unnötig..

Die Wohnung ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet.Grosseto, die Maremma und der Strand sind nicht weit entfernt und man kann viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Die Küche ist leider jeden Morgen voller Ameisen. Abends draußen sitzen bzw. Aufenthalt am Pool ist leider ohne Mückenspray nicht möglich. Leider wird man jeden Morgen von ständigen Geräuschen aus dem Warmwasserboiler geweckt. Das hat wirklich genervt. Im Pool muss eine Badekappe getragen werden. Fanden wir etwas merkwürdig insbesondere da sich einige Gäste nicht an diese Vorgabe gehalten haben.

- Manu und Stefan (8/5): Ein schöner Kurzurlaub, um die Maremma kennenzulernen - Wir haben drei Nächte hier auf unserer Italienrundreise verbracht. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war gut. Sehr schön auch die Sitzplätze unter freiem Himmel am Morgen. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Das Bad modern und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Betten war sehr bequem. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist praktisch. Wir haben an einem Abend im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und außergewöhnlich. Für uns als Fischliebhaber war es klasse. Wer keinen Fisch mag, wird hier Probleme haben, etwas zu finden. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber,. Alles ist sehr gut weitläufig aufgeteilt. Die Auffahrt zur Anlage durch die von Zypressen gesäumte Allee ist beeindruckend. Die Anlage des Pools hat uns leider nicht so zugesagt. Das mag an der Einzäunung gelegen haben und dass hier aufgrund der Gesetze der Gemeinde Badekappenpflicht herrscht. Zur Abkühlung bei den hohen Temperaturen haben wir den Pool aber gern genutzt.

- Christel (7/5): Mooie plek en huisje, in de avonden vaak te luid helaas. - Mooie uitstraling. De twee vrouwen van de receptie waren uiterst aardig en behulpzaam. Het lag naast een restaurant dat niet bij het agriturismo behoorde. Hier was 4 van de 7 avonden vrij harde muziek te horen, van rust is er in de avond dus geen sprake. Het was ook een restaurant op stand met bijna alleen exclusieve visgerechten en we zijn er als gezin dan ook niet geweest. Verder kregen we na de boeking vlak voordat we gingen nog te horen dat er nog schoonmaakkosten bijkwamen van 70 euro, Was foutje van booking blijkbaar, maar bij aankomst werd ons gevraagd dit nog te betalen. Uiteindelijk hoefde dat bij het uit checken niet meer en maakten ze een gebaar door dit niet te rekenen.
- Bachmann (9/5): - Die Lage ist wunderschön gelegen und ausserordentlich gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind den Gebäuden entsprechend alt aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im Garten ist ein Highlight. Das Restaurant passt nicht zu den Gästen der Unterkunft. Das Essen ist zwar lecker aber auf Familien ist das Menue und das Servicepersonal nicht ausgerichtet.

Air-conditioning was a god-send. Nice swimming pool. The apartment we stayed in, although comfortable, was very sparsely equipped. Kitchen equipment and tableware was minimal and of low quality.

- Agata (6/5): Pleasant - The surroundings were magnificent, however there was no view like at the other places around Siena. The pool was away from the facility. Also we were notified about using swimming caps in the pool. No one used them as we noted but they were offered to us at the time of check in for few €. We had a bedroom with two single beds. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I spent 3 nights and couldn't sleep from back and shoulder pains. Also , at the time of booking the apartment we were not notified about the extra 80€ cleaning fee. The owner notified us the night before we were leaving. She was kind enough to cut the extra charge in half but still not fair. The final price that included all the extra fees should have been given to us at the initial time of booking. We did not use any dining facilities during our stay.

- Christina (8/5): Very good - The atmosphere and beauty of the place made the stay well worthwhile, the property and farmstead itself are so well maintained and amazing. The Manor rooms were dark and almost a little lifeless, but still good to stay in. Large glass shard found next to my bedside table. The restaurant is not owned by the farmstead (which the restaurant staff made VERY clear) and was very disappointing. It was only open for breakfast and then closed from 10 a.m - 8 p.m. Waiting for dinner all day and then having very average meals, and the dinner waitstaff was less than friendly. The restaurant owner seemed to be around a bit but would not talk to us, only Italian visitors. The food was the least impressive we have had on our tours from Rome - Milan through Tuscany, but wine was nice. Food was dry or flavourless, grilled meat and vegetables had no sauce, pasta was bland and undercooked. When we waited for dinner to digest before ordering dessert the owner started slamming and locking all the doors indicating clearly she wanted us to leave. It is a shame thr restaurant lets down the experience of the acconodation.

The pictures don’t do the place justice, it is much nicer in real! We would give the place a 10/10 if it weren’t for the owners. We had dinner at the restaurant and the owners had a huge table and were being incredibly loud and obnoxious, watching a soccer game on the computer with the volume on and cheering while we were trying to have a quiet dinner. Very unfortunate since the actual staff was very nice.

- Shane (3/5): Beautiful setting spoiled by a nightclub vibe - On site breakfast and overall setting of the compound. Booked 7 months in advance and at no time in between were we alerted that a huge party was going to happen the night we stayed to give us a chance to change to another location. We understand they are a business and need to grab an opportunity like hosting a huge party, but it should be obvious that other people coming to a quaint B&B in the Tuscany countryside are not wanting a nightclub experience outside until midnight. We were unable to take advantage of the onsite restaurant or pool because of this, and were kept awake until midnight by extremely loud music after being on the road travelling all day. Next time, alert folks not affiliated with a booked party that they aren't going to get their idyllic Tuscan peaceful retreat, to give them the opportunity to make the decision whether to stay anyway or book somewhere else.

- Marc (10/5): Le domaine parfait aux portes de la Maremme - Bien mieux qu'un hôtel, un domaine agrotouristique avec un joli parc au milieu des oliviers (production d'huile d'olive) magnifique : L'emplacement aux portes du Parc de la Maremme et à 10 mn de Grosseto pour les sorties en soirée, une chambre dans la Villa digne des beaux palais italiens, un accueil attentionné, notamment de la part de Nicoletta et Francesca, un petit déjeuner excellent, un restaurant qualitatif, une belle piscine pour se rafraichir des chaleurs de l'été … nous avons passé cinq jours parfaits. Pour la note ? 5/5 évidemment.

Our room was right beside olive trees, and the room was very large with lots of additional equipment such as kettle, fridge etc. The host was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delightful, with lots of options including fresh fruit and interesting bread. Would stay again. We would have loved to know where we were allowed to go and not go, we did not see the swimming pool, other than on a map, which were in Italian, so we were a bit unsure how far we were allowed to roam, however we could probably have asked, but we only stayed one night.

- Victor (9/5): authentic and relaxing stay in the middle of nature - First of all, very nice and welcoming staff. We stayed for 4 nights and were looking for things to do, local tips etc and the hostess really gave us good advice. We wanted to go for a cooking class but there weren’t any available in the area, so she checked with the chef of the adjacent restaurant to see what would be possible there. The property is very spacious, very well maintained and with attention for details. It’s clean, comfortable, and in the middle of an olive yard. The only downside is that it’s a bit remote when looking for things to do or visiting a village/city/beach required a car.
