• Necedies Carlini (8/5): Localização excelente - A localização é muito boa, é perto da estação de metro e com supermercados, restaurantes e lojas de conveniências bem próximas. A máquina de lavar não seca a roupa, não tem lugar para pendurar as roupas e toalhas molhadas. Achei o futon muito fino, e por isso pouco confortável para uma boa noite de sono.

• Vincent (8/5): A nice and spacious apartment near the Skytree - Really spacious apartment for two people, especially for Tokyo. The location near the Skytree station is also good and very doable by foot, even with suitcases. Appreciated the separated shower and toilet. While the apartment is spacious, the staircase to reach it is really not! It's part of how the building is, but it might get difficult to bring heavy luggage. The door keycodes are in complete darkness at night, which is mildly annoying for typing the code from the phone while using the same phone as a flashlight. Not a big deal though.

• ning (1/5): 非常差。 - 位置不难找，比较安静。 1.卫生条件差，床单有污渍，整体床品卫生差，且都很简易。2.房东回复慢，无服务。3.应急灯正对床铺整晚照射且无法关闭。4.用房间内浴巾擦澡包头，有很难闻的馊味儿，一直检查衣服，最后发现是浴巾，这点儿令人无法接受，感觉自己用垃圾擦了身体。

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, you can find everything for a cozy long stay in the beautiful Tokyo. The host is very friendly and helpful. We would choose this facility again in the future.

• Esther (8/5): Family vacation - The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and next to a school and playground (great for family with young kids). Only about 7-8 mins easy walk from Oshiage station. Oshiage is well connected with a few metro lines so it is very convenient to stay there. We enjoyed going to the Skytree and we had a very good view of Skytree at the entrance of the building. While the apartment is well equiped, it would be nice to have a washing machine that have a dryer function. We managed to wash our clothes but with the high humidity, the clothes do not dry easily and we had to leave the windows open and have the fan on when we were out. The apartment is not as spacious as we thought it would be but we managed. I think it would be nice to have more hooks around so we could hang our towels properly.

• Chiu Wai (8/5): Good stay in a quiet area - There was lots of space in this Apartment for somewhere in Tokyo but mostly as we were a couple. A family could stay here but will start to get less spacious. Its in a very quiet neighbourhood (10 min walk from nearest station) therefore ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle and good to get a feel of what living in Tokyo is actually like as a local. It's 10-min walk from the nearest station so does eat into time when leaving or feels extra long when coming back. The place is made of wood to noise travels easily so always conscious to not make too much noise (hopefully we didn't have a neighbour in the apartment next door). The sink as well as the stairs gave off a weird odour which smelled like sewage but unsure what the cause is. Was very unpleasant every time we were entering the apartment but not enough to put us off staying here again!

• DANIELA (10/5): appartamento comodo e nuovo con futon al 1 piano - Appartamento al primo piano nuovo e molto confortevole con tutto il necessario per bagno/cucina, a circa 10 min a piedi dallo Skytree (Oshiage St., metro A e Z). La nostra permanenza di 3 persone è stata di 8 giorni e abbiamo apprezzato molto di avere trovato un quantitativo doppio di asciugamani viso/doccia. Inoltre durante il soggiorno il personale è stato molto reattivo nella chat di Booking rispondendo ai miei messaggi in pochissimo tempo: una piccola perdita di acqua dal lavandino della cucina, segnalata la mattina, è stata riparata il giorno stesso della nostra segnalazione mentre noi eravamo fuori casa per i nostri giri turistici, ovviamente il tutto concordato con il personale della struttura che ci ha anche avvisati ad intervento ultimato. Supermercati LAWSON e FAMILY MART a pochi minuti da casa per la piccola spesa della colazione. Nulla!

• 佩慈 (10/5): - 暑假的日本真的超級熱，第一天進去發現冷氣超級不涼，過了蠻久的房間都還很熱，只有出風口下面有風，聯絡老闆有得到即時的回覆，隔天也給我們循環扇，讓整個空間都很涼爽！很讚！ 住宿的地點很方便，離晴空塔很近，可以一直去sky tree逛街買東西，推薦大家可以來住～～ 沒有～

• Stephen (10/5): Excellent and super convenient apartment stay. - Fantastic, family friendly accomodation. Little touches throughout like a drying rack and washing liquid included to make everything easy. Full size fridge was great. So convenient - easy to reach multiple stations. Note there are stairs to the larger apartment but space at the bottom to leave a big bag or two just inside the door if needed, they didn’t bother us at all. Check in was explained really well. Even the shower was great!

It was in a good location that was convenient to access a lot of the different train lines with a beautiful view of the Tokyo skytree in a quaint neighborhood. Also just 2 train stops away from Asakusa and senso ji. The beds were very comfortable .
• Zoe (9/5): Basic but comfortable place to stay - Room was basic but had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Asakusa was a cool area to stay in, though the apartment is a bit of a walk from the station.

Overall is clean but some small area could be clean better. Not a problem really. It would be nice if there are some more hooks on the wall near the basin to hang clothes would be great(for winter coat and scarf).
• Katherine (7/5): It is definitely a good location if you would like to stay more time at Tokyo East area - the location is very good as it is close to skytree. Once you find the way on how to walk from Oshiage station, it is just a straight line to walk for 10 mins. the instruction is also clean on how to unlock the key at the door I booked for 9 nights. I understand it is an airbnb with no service. It would be nice if you can provide extra sets of beddings for customer staying for more that 1 week, so that we can change the bedding ourselves after 1 week.

It’s quite clean and has a good location, around 10 min from metro station or bus stop. Supermarket is at close range and the neighborhood is very quiet. Walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear their every step 😅

Also close to Skytree. The place had not been cleaned properly when we arrived. The bedding had not been properly washed.

On top of that, quality property pretty much everything is new and clean, can't recommend it more for friends travelling together.

The location was quite far from the station. Because the location is quite in the middle of the neighborhood (very quiet in the night), it was uneasy for coming back in the late night to the property.
• Nur (10/5): Overall, I love staying in this area and will book again once I come back to Tokyo! - All the facilities is working well. The bathroom is my fav part because its unique and feel like local. The tatami is thick and comfortable and big enough for us. Plus, starting around 7pm less people, more quite and we can have a good sleep. For guest who are not used to walk, probably its quite far for them. But I love walking in the local area. Its just a bit struggle when need to carry the luggage because it takes like 15mins (not Japan pace) from train station, plus no lift or escalator in the nearest station.
• Jane (8/5): Very good - Location was good as other reviews mention. Looked a bit far from station from the map but in reality it was just 5 minute walk. Subway line connection very good to rest of Tokyo. Bed was comfortable. Necessary amenities were provided. We were hoping for another set of hand towels and host promptly replied and provided for us which was very kind. Step by step direction with photos on how to get to the apartment was very helpful and easy to understand. Room was fairly clean upon arrival, but minor spots (such as the towel hanger inside the bathroom) was covered with dust. We just wiped it ourselves. There is a QR code on how to make the bed yourselves but it's pretty bare. Not too difficult to understand but I can understand the complaints from other reviewers. There is a washing machine (no dryer but hanger is provided), but it is pretty basic. But there is a very nice and new coin laundry literally around the corner less than 20 seconds away. Note: there is no conditioner provided. FYI. Also, this is not a complaint, but since the place is only for long term stays, I wished there was some more info on what to do if we accumulated too much garbage. Can we leave it out? Is there a place to dump? Or what do we do about large boxes?

• Nadiah (10/5): Great! - The location was pretty far off from major attractions or spots in Tokyo except for the Skytree, but we really appreciated the neighbourhood for how quiet it was unlike the bustling city. The place was a 3 min walking dist to Oshiage Station and that made travelling to different parts of Tokyo relatively easy. The space provides futons but we had to prepare it ourselves, and while we had a hard time it was very comfortable and cosy. It had a washing machine which is always a plus for us. I found it funny that the sink is way over in the other corner of the room when the toilet is on the opposite side of the apartment. I didn't use it because right below were electrical outlets but it provides a sort of vanity table to put my make-up and facial products.
• Maor (9/5): I wanted to stay longer - Only six minutes from Skytree. Very cosy. Washing machine made life easier. Bathtub is superb, just like a private sento. You will need to climb up a steep and narrow staircase before entering the flat, so take that in mind. No beds, so if you have a bad knee, like I do, you might struggle getting up.

• Kok (9/5): Cosy apartment for a small group of friends - The property was located about 10min walk from Skytree/Oshiage station. The host was responsive and handled all the check-in process before we arrived. The instructions to enter were clear and we didn’t have issues with it. The room was clean and airy. The futons were folded when we arrived and we had to make our futons. My friends were not familiar with the bedsheets and blanket.
• Mitchell (8/5): simple, cozy one room accommodation that was a little far from the train stations - it had everything I needed far from all of the train stations, took a long time to walk to and from. I wish the futons were made for us when we got there, like having the sheets put on, getting ready for bed was a hassle.
• Benjamien (7/5): Basic necessities in a lovely part of town. - It's a lovely residential location, well connected without being too crowded. The self check-in is easy and straightforward. Good instructions are provided. The facilities are basic but they do what they say on the tin. The futons are nice and supportive. I slept fine on the tatami. It has a lovely bathroom. We very much enjoyed soaks in the tub after long days on the town. A few nitpicks : One tap (for hand and face washing and teeth brushing) was absolutely useless. There is an excellent bathroom but since it's a Japanese style shower and bath in one cabin (which I love) you can't really brush your teeth in there or quickly wash your hands. Kitchen tab works fine though. A bit more cutlery would have been nice (bring your own chopsticks!). The downstairs flat didn't have as much natural light as shown in the picture (which I'm guessing is the upstairs one) We needed to give some of the cutlery a fresh wash before using. One serious point: The pillows are extremely thin and flimsy. We ended up going to Donki to buy replacements.
• Siti (10/5): I will for sure come back here again next time! - It’s a small apartment with a complete facilities. plus, the size of the “small” apartment is actually pretty big for two people. It’s very easy to access from Oshiage station and i just love the neighbourhood. the house is with tatami floor which is a bonus! Nothing really but just that they do not provide you with iron clothes. Other than that, there’s nothing that i don’t like about this place

• かつのり (8/5): - 今回初めて利用させて頂いて、押上駅からも近く交通の便は最高に良かったです！ 近くにソラマチや錦糸町側にもショッピングモール的なところが沢山ありめちゃくちゃ有難かったです。 ただ少し残念なところは タオルの交換が無いのに最低限しかないので洗濯して干してる間に使いたい時が出てくると困ったのでフェイスタオルだけでももう2~3枚多くていいのかな、と思いました。 それともう1つは、 食器洗い用スポンジとお風呂洗い用スポンジが新品だとは思いますが袋に入っておらずもしかしたら前の人が使ったやつ？と思ってしまうので袋に入ったままにしといて頂けると安心です。 洗剤類は使い回しは当然なので大丈夫ですが、スポンジ類はもしかしたら食器用で別の所を洗う等の可能性もあったりするので、出来れば新品を袋に入れたままが良かったです。 家族でとても気に入ったので、また東京を訪れる際の拠点にさせて頂こうと思ってます。

• HSUAN CHU (10/5): - 走出門朝著晴空塔方向走，10分鐘內能到押上站，途中會經過商店，採買逛街都很方便，押上往返成田也有直達車。 民宿內設備齊全，3大1小睡在榻榻米上，空間很舒適，下次去東京還會選擇住這裡，很棒的住宿體驗。

• Earth (8/5): - Overall this room is fine, clean, tidy and convenient. There're convenient stores arond just 10 minites walk. I stay in room A with my friends, all 3 people. I think it'll be more comfortable for 2. 3 is still fine but quite tight. Apartment is 10 minutes walk from subway Oshiage station, 20 minutes walk from sky tree Tobu station.

• Youngsung (10/5): 저렴한 가격에 매우 만족스러운 숙소 - 만든지 얼마 안돼서 그런지 정말 깨끗하고 최신식 가정집 느낌이었습니다. 단점은 역에서 좀 떨어져있다는 점과 층간소음이 상당하다는 점. 다행히 첫날만 시끄러웠고 그 다음부턴 사람이 없던건지 매우 조용했습니다.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 깨끗하고 조용하며 다양한 시설들이 잘 관리되어 있는 편리한 숙소 - 숙박의 다양한 시설들이 청결해서 편리했고 조용하고 참 아늑했습니다. 주변의 시설들과 동네도 깨끗하고 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다.역도 가깝고 로손 편의점도 근처에 있어서 필요한 것을 구매하기에 편리했습니다. 다음에도 꼭 가보고 싶은 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

• youngmin (10/5): 스카이트리 앞이라 분위기있는 거리 - 집 주위가 일본스러워서 너무 좋았어요 역도 가까워서 편해요 집앞에 편의점도있고 지금까지간대중 먼가 재일 아늑하고 편했습니다
• Sangwook (10/5): 매우만족함. - 가족과 방문하였고 근처 나리타공항으로 갈 수있는 역이 있어 편리하였음. 방은 매우 청결하였으며 장기 투숙시 매일 빨래를 하지 않을 경우 여분의 수건이 필요함. 처음에 이불 커버를 직접 씌워야하지만 좋은 경험이었고 이불도 무척 깨끗하였음. 일본 방문시 또 이용할 계획임.
