• Jennifer (8/5): Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr nette Gastgeber und ein fast perfektes und komfortables Zimmer Leider war weder ein Duschvorhang noch eine Glasscheibe zur Abtrennung der Dusche vom restlichen Badezimmer vorhanden. Somit war nach jedem Dusch Vorgang das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser.

Madga is so fun and caring, she gave as really helpful advices about getting around in Skiathos. The view of Skiathos Port from our balcony was stunning. We had such good time definitely returning here.

La struttura è in una zona molto tranquilla a circa 7 minuti di macchina dal centro....a Piedi è impossibile perché sono circa 40 minuti impraticabile perché è molto buia e in salita... molta salita. Quindi è assolutamente obbligatorio il mezzo di trasporto oppure con il taxi sono 10/15 Euro per andare in centro o aeroporto. Sicuramente il prezzo è molto alto...1000 euro per 5 notti ad agosto. Almeno una piccola ma buona colazione sarebbe corretto inserirla nel prezzo. L'unico errore della camera è la doccia aperta che ti fa allagare il bagno.....

Fuori dal caos dei locali di Skiathos, stanza bellissima dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui una spaziosa cabina armadio e un bellissimo terrazzo che affaccia sul mare e sul centro. Letto comodissimo e bagno moderno. Apprezzato! Apprezzato il fatto di una macchinetta del caffè con cialde annesse ma dopo due giorni, le tazzine usate non erano state lavate se non con solo acqua lasciando tutto l’alone del caffè sul fondo. Da una struttura attenta alla pulizia a partire dal cambio asciugamani, questo mi sembrava scontato

• Dusan (9/5): Superb - The apartments are on a excellent location, very quiet and surrounded by a lot of greens. But, it’s not for a walk (it takes about 30-40 min to the center), as we thought, it’s better, to have a car or motorcycle, bike is not really option bc. It’s hilly sometimes.

They asked us to use dirty towels we had already left on the floor to be changed .There is no shower curtain in the shower and water floods the bathroom.

The location it’s not near enough to skiathos town there are no shops even to buy essentials like water/milk. The taxi was €12 each way no bus option. And no pool although you can use the pool next door the hotel is set on a steep hill and steps so no suitable if you have walking difficulties. Nice accommodation but not for us as too far out and the description is a bit misleading as it’s not in skiathos town.

The housekeeping was immaculate and although our first night was problematic due to a very firm mattress and separate sheets for a king size bed, this was put right by our hosts immediately. We were also unlucky with hot water on our first night due to plumbing issues but again our hosts solved the problem with minimum fuss The curtaining for floor to ceiling full width doors seemed a little flimsy. The shower created a wet room feel to the entire bathroom including the toilet. However minor issues that didn’t spoil our stay in any way. Also the ‘kitchen’ was equipped with everything bar a cooking option, but again we chose to dine out every day so this was not an issue for us.

• Helen (10/5): Stunning views and stunning apartment - Beautiful apartments with stunning view of Skiathos Town and Port area. Very well appointed with high end features. Bed was very comfortable and overlooked view of town. A good sized balcony with glorious views. The owners were very lovely and kind and offered to drive us to port to catch our ferry when taxis were scarce due to the devastating storms and flooding that hit Skiathos in Sept. We were there only one night as our ferry had been cancelled the previous day but highly recommend it and would stay here again when in Skiathos. Was not an issue for us but you either need a car to get into Skiathos town or take a taxi. Distance not far but far enough that walking could be difficult.

• Marta (8/5): Very good - The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable. All is set with nice and good materials and the whole structure fits perfectly within the nature. Hosts were nice and they also gave us free tickets for a close island which we enjoyed very much. The room is overall very nice but since we had a suite, we expected a bit more. The bedroom itself was not so big and the second room was with no windows and not very practical to use. In the description for the suite, there are several pictures and not all of them reflect the suite we had. For example there is not a proper sofa and no kitchen, but just a very small area for coffee and fridge (with everything needed but didn't reflect the pictures) It would have been good to have more than just a bin (only in the bathroom) and more plugs but this last point we noticed in several hotels we stayed in Greece. The shower had no curtains (also something found in other structures in Greece) and the water went on the toilet seat. Not much space to put toiletries. As other customer already commented, there is not so much privacy as the balconies are all connected and you have to pass through others to reach your room. There is a blackout blind but if you want to have sunlight during the day you have to give up on privacy and viceversa.

• Helen (6/5): Skiathos stay with amazing views - The apartment was modern and spacious with a fantastic view of Skiathos town and the port. Parking was good . The owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us free ferry tickets to Tsougria beach which I would consider one of the best beaches in Greece I would definitely stay again if it wasn’t so expensive. Sorry Magda and Gregory For the first two nights ( we stayed 5 nights) there was no hot water to shower . Our sheets were not changed during our stay. There was NO breakfast as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. We were given a menu to order from at extra cost which would be delivered. There is no ‘onsite restaurant’ as mentioned somewhere. If you don’t have a car, it could be difficult, other than getting a taxi each time you need to go into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping exploring or beaches. There is no bus servicing the area. For the amount of money paid, I would expect some fruit/wine/nuts/ chocolates to welcome guests and drinking water supplied daily as tap water is not drinkable. Breakfast, at the very leadt, should be included at this cost.We believe the money we paid for our stay was exorbitant for what we got. We were told it would be half the cost at a later date.

The services are poor for this kind of resort. The kitchen was unusable, the kitchenware was awful there was a pan without having a stove🙄 The bed isn’t kingsize.

In this sense the owners were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. Magda made us feel at home and gave us the best advices to take the most of it.

Gregory and Magda are great hosts and being able to rent a car directly from the hotel was good. . The hotel could really do with a pool and a breakfast service as it is not close to town or a swimming beach. It is therefore also not ideal for walking access for Skiathos town night life so probably best suited for families with young children rather than teenagers and young adults.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Uns hat es gut gefallen. Besonders weil die Eigentümer unglaublich freundliche Menschen sind. Die Anlage ist sehr modern und sauber. Etwas abgelegen, jedoch mit schönem Blick auf das Städtchen. Leider mussten wir nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Das Badezimmer war nicht in einem guten Zustand, wird jedoch bald renoviert (gemäss Aussage des Eigentümers). Was schade war, war die fehlende Privatsphäre bei den kleinen Appartements, da alle daran vorbeilaufen mussten. Das WiFi war sehr schwach. Ansonsten alles top!
• Amy (8/5): lovely accommodation and view. - Really clean, great view. It was located a touch out of the way and is a fairly challenging walk home which was ok for us, but others may struggle.
• Kathryn (4/5): Lacking heart; would not recommend - Spacious and beautiful accommodations with a wonderful view across the harbor. Our stay, however, was marred by the lack of service. 1. There was zero WiFi service anywhere in our suite for the entirety of our one night stay unless we went outside. When we mentioned this to the manager, he said it was down in the whole town. This was not true, as we were able to access WiFi outside on the patio and during our time around town. 2. We requested a taxi to be called for us as we did not have cell service. This request was denied. The staff member shrugged instead and shook their head no, even though we explained our situation. (As of 2019, taxi to/from property to town/port is about 12 euro. Taxi to/from airport is 17 euro to property. In lieu of this, we recommend car hire/rental as property quiet, secluded, and further from center of town) 3. We arrived at 5:30pm; our room was not ready until 40 minutes later despite an earlier e-mail informing them of our estimated time of arrival. The property is beautiful, however, my partner and I were uncomfortable during our stay here due to the staff’s distant attitude and lack of willingness to help. The price per night is overpriced as it does not match the sad experience we received at this property.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We arrived around 2:30 pm and there was no one there to greet us. We had to walk around the property before finally finding the house keeper who checked us in and showed us our room. It is an amazing, comfortable, spacious and clean place with amazing views but suggest better reception because it doesnt match the high end quality of of the suite and ammenities. Overall was extremely happy once we were in our room.
• Paolo (8/5): Struttura moderna, riservata e confortevole. - La struttura di recente e moderna costruzione offre diverse tipologie di alloggio, più o meno grandi ma tutte gradevoli. Si sviluppa su più piani come una palazzina residenziale con splendida e suggestiva veduta sul paese di Skiathos che dista 5 minuti di auto (consigliata). Dispone di sole 8 Suites, modernamente arredate, tutte con affaccio sul mare, con ampi (alcune più, alcune meno) spazi privati (terrazze aperte, grandi balconi arredati con tavoli e sedie) all’esterno dove poter fare un aperitivo godendosi il tramonto o fare colazione (ogni suite dispone di frigorifero, lavello e qualche stoviglia ma nessuna dispone di angolo cottura e nemmeno di microonde). L’intero complesso residenziale che comprende anche un campo da tennis (da mantenere meglio), un parcheggio per gli ospiti, e giardini terrazzati è inserito nella macchia mediterranea e grazie alla sua particolare collocazione offre assoluta riservatezza, tranquillità e silenzio. Il padrone di casa, Gregorio, è assolutamente disponibile e si fa in quattro per fare tante cose...persino cucinarti una buona omelette per colazione. Tuttavia, l’esigua presenza di volenteroso personale di servizio (due persone) causa qualche disservizio generale sia nell’accurata pulizia degli ambienti (sia privati che comuni) sia nella funzionalità della colazione allestita a buffet in uno spazio un po’ ristretto e vicino alla cucina (si mangia tuttavia all’aperto su una terrazza mediamente soleggiata e ben allestita).
