Він завжди був з нами на звʼязку, а в день виїзду дозволив залишити наш багаж на цілий день, що було дуже зручно і ми вже не шукали багажне відділення. Розташування просто супер 10 хв пішки і ви біля Колізею. Номер був чистий та охайний, а зранку нас чекав сніданок з круасанами. З великим задоволенням можу рекомендувати цей затишний готель. Все

• Mathilde (8/5): Super - Marco est un super hôte. Très serviable et gentil. Le petit déjeuner préparé par lui (et apporté dans la chambre 😍) était bon et copieux. La chambre était spacieuse. Nous avons adoré le bain remous, très relaxant après une journée de marche à Rome. Le Colisée est à 15min à pied ainsi que les autres monuments historiques à 20min max. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, les bruits de la rue et des autres chambres (très proche les unes des autres) pourraient vous déranger. La propreté dans la salle de bain n’est pas top top sinon dans l’ensemble c’était bien.

I also appreciated how clean, comfortable, and well-organized the room was. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with Marco’s friendly and helpful support, really made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.🫡 Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the great location and helpful host. It was a very pleasant stay overall. Every penny worth it. 😊

• Alexandru (9/5): Great place for a city break! - The host was really friendly and flexible with our check-in hours, as we changed the arrival hour multiple times. There were plenty of options for breakfast and plenty of options for dining nearby. The location is quite close to the Roman Forum and even closer to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. The room is nice and my wife appreciated the hydromassage bathtub. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV is huge if you're interested in using it. We found info and recommendations for attractions and places to eat, along with a map, in the room. Having a shower was a bit of a challenge for me as the shower cabin was a bit small and I'm a big guy. We had no actual city view, we could just see the neighboring building and the access road but, then again, we didn't stay there for it.

• Rajitha (8/5): A great stay - Marco is super friendly and flexible. Place is waking distance to many attractions (10-15 mins walk). There is a nearby Metro to go to the Colosseum if you don't want to walk. The toilet area is small. But managable.

• Li (4/5): A quiet room in central Rome. - A very quiet place in the central Rome; several pretty Rome tourist sight posters on the wall. if you like, the owner provides zero-distance service. Marco is warm-hearted and prepares the breakfast based on your requirement. Except the location. Three rooms are compacted in one apartment. The first several photos in booking definitely are not our case. Our room is small for three persons. No place for putting personal stuffs. All equipments are a bit simple and old. Overcharged for new year's eve.

• Ariel (5/5): It’s comfortable if you want to stay next to the colosseum and around it area. - Has got minibar, ac and safety box. It was possible to leave our luggage after the check out. The host was polite. The bedroom is right next to the dining room where the guests take breakfast, so it’s impossible not to wake up because of the noise. This also affects the privacy. Breakfast hasn’t many different options.

The only mishap was that Booking sent a confirmation for a large room with 2 beds, but in reality it was a small room with 1 bed. Marco's part of the same confirmation stated a small room with 1 bed. This is a Booking.com fault. Please, correct for the future customers!

• Cinzia (9/5): I was extremely happy with the room , the host and the location is amazing - Marco is very welcoming and helped with good advice about the local area , and if you don’t want to walk there is a torist bus stop nearby which I would recommend that have hop on and of buses that stop at all the attractions and this made our visit so much better . Also if you have kids or need a break we just sat on the bus and had a free educational tour . You get given earphones on the bus so that they can tell you all about the history of rome . There’s a strip joint downstairs so some nights it can get a bit rowdy with the boys . We had one night we couldn’t sleep and woke up late and missed our breakfast . But this is a external factor to be aware of .

• Neil (8/5): 2 nights in Rome - Excellent communication by Marco. Although the room was small it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and the breakfast was just right to start the day off. Could be a little noisy from outside at night and the steps are quite steep inside and out to carry your luggage up from the main road but that's nothing the owners can do about that.
• Rajesh (6/5): ok - Very good host, location was very good, breakfast was good, help material was good. the room was very claustrophobic, no real natural light in the room, The toilet and bathroom were very small, it was difficult to sit on the toilet due to the smallness of the bathroom/toilet room. The room walls were very thin, easily hear into the next door room, saying that there were no issues overnight with sleeping as most of the quests were very quiet over night.
