Obsługa zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie – niezwykle uprzejma, profesjonalna, uśmiechnięta i zawsze gotowa pomóc w każdej sytuacji.

Marina (1/5): The stay was terrible! The Conditions didn't match the description!! - Nothing. Very poor conditions: strong sewage smell, the sink was clogged, mold in the shower and around the window, the towel dryer was dirty, the shower tap was broken and not working properly, there was a hole in the wall from an air conditioning installation, the room was very hot and noisy, and there was a wasp nest near the window. I absolutely don't recommend staying here, especially with children, it was simply terrible.

Tomasz (3/5): Obiekt nieciekawy, ale miasto jest piękne! - Lokalizacja obok wiaduktu kolejowego powoduje, że budynek trzęsie się w posadach. W pokoju jest czajnik, ale kubka, sztućców, talerza brak, nigdzie nie widziałem też obsługi, a na wiadomość nie odpowiedziała. Dzięki wspólnej łazience i korytarzu traktowanym przez gości zza wschodniej granicy jak przedłużenie pokoju czułem się jak w radzieckiej komunałce.

Katarzyna (9/5): Było super, czysto i cicho 😇 - Było dokładanie tak jak w opisie, pokój był przestrzenny, łatwy kontakt z właścicielem, lokalizacja super i parking także był dostępny. Wszystko na plus. Zaktualizowałabym tylko regulamin, który wisi w pokoju, bo myślałam, że jest dostępny aneks kuchenny do skorzystania, a w rzeczywistości nie było go bo został przerobiony na kuchnię - z informacji od przemiłej Pani z restauracji na dole. Ale to nie przeszkadzało mi ;)

Вахна (8/5): - Хороший хостел с приятным персоналом: уборка проводилась каждый день, чистые постели, просторные комнаты, вкусный завтрак и кофе, месторасположение удобное, шаговая близость к автовокзалу, недалеко центр города. Рекомендую как вариант, где остановится на некоторое время. Такого не заметила!

Eisenbahntorsten (8/5): - Check-in kontaktlos und mittels SMS nach Anruf, dazu erhält man die Zimmernummer und Zahlencode als Zugang, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, Lage direkt an der Bahnstrecke mit markanter Brücke als Sehenswürdigkeit und nicht weit von Altstadt und Bahnhof Leider kein Personal vorhanden gewesen, Restaurant war auch zum Frühstück geschlossen und es gab Frühstück abgepackt in Plastikschalen, aber hatte mich auf ein klassisches Frühstücksbüfett gefreut im Speisesaal/Restaurant, es sind wenig Steckdosen vorhanden und die Leselampe war defekt

Sławomir Jakub (7/5): W Bolesławcu polecam! Na pewno wrócę gdy będę w pobliżu! - Pomimo niskiej ceny i wspólnej łazienki to czystość na wysokim poziomie. Łóżka wygodne, pościel czystą, w łazienkach również czysto. Śniadania to petarda! Smacznie- do wyboru i na słodko i wytrawnie. Kawa przepyszna a obsługa bardzo miła. Byłem kilka razy w podróży i na pewno wrócę. Nie było takich rzeczy.
