Namra (2/5): - I stayed at Sidra Alia AL-DAHABI Hotel from September 19 to 22, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the hotel manager argue with me and try to force an early check-out without a valid reason, but the staff also misbehaved with my elderly parents, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting, especially in the hospitality industry, where care and courtesy should be the foundation of service. We felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely let down. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially to families or elderly guests. I hope the management takes serious action to improve their behavior and treatment of guests.

Farhat (4/5): Not welcome place to live there - Front desk guy has no welcome attitude, no any welcome, just silent no response Room carpet is dirty, towel seems like very old, no water there for drinking but your own water, mention in there is a sharing kitchen but there is no kitchen at all, no shampoo or anything in bathroom

Mohammed (10/5): Very Respectful and Helpful Staff. - Stayed with my wife for 5 days near end of Ramadan. Was shown the room before checking in. Room was in excellent condition for a couple with sofa n table as well as a dressing table. Basic fridge, kettle etc provided. Bathroom was in good working order. Landline phone was connected in the room with clear instructions. Lifts were in good working order. The hotel also provides a cafe service and very quick on the day laundry service! The best thing was the staff at reception were respectful and could communicate in full English. One of the staff (Sameer) even dropped me off at the Train station when I was struggling with getting a Taxi. The only thing is the long walk to Haram due to the barriers for construction works taking place which is not in control of the hotel staff.

Shahin (2/5): - Booked this hotel in October for a December Stay. Arrived on check-in date only to find the hotel has been completely closed, no messages or no communications. Left me and my family stranded and was the worst booking I have made in my life as I’m an occasional traveller and have never experienced such situation with such terrible hotel. For any future bookings, buyers beware!!!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Newly constructed hotel therefore everything is quite up to the mark Cons - No concept of Room cleaning (Occupants have to keep room tidy), Keyed entry to rooms (No keyless), currently Construction work going on just astride hotel space which at times starts early in the morning (Just in case it hampers sleep), Carpets needs cleanliness
