Consiglio questo hotel con molto piacere❤️ Avevo chiesto una stanza al primo piano perché non prendiamo l’ascensore ma non ci è stato fatto questo favore e mia madre ( un po’ anziana ) si è un po’ affaticata dovendo fare ogni volta tre piani di scale

Letto in salotto molto rumoroso, arredamento in generale non di buona qualità Poca illuminazione la sera a causa del soppalco, basterebbe aggiungere qualche piantana/lampada

- Cladia (5/5): - es la tercera vez que me alojo en Ecumano con una diferencia de tiempo. actualmente las instalaciones están un poco dejadas. El baño de la habitación requeria de una buena reparación y limpieza. Instalaciones poco mantenidas.

C’est une superbe piscine publique, le personnel commence l’entretien à 7h, et vous n’avez pas d’autres choix que de vous réveiller vu le bruit que ça fait. Pour se baigner, oublier votre maillot… il faut le bonnet et le maillot classique… pas prévu. Dommage. Petit dej décevant aussi. Douche défoncée, au moins depuis 2 ans…. Frigo et Clim très bruyants, les ventilos sont morts…. Ça manque d’investissements.

Cest un point de vue et ne remets en rien cause le bon cafe italien, la gentillesse du personnel et la quantité disponible. Pas de fromage italien au petit déjeuner par exemple. Encore une fois question de goût et pas de qualité de l'offre proposée

- Megha (1/5): Do NOT stay here - worst experience ever - It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Room was really smelly and did not have a clean or hygienic feeling. AC stopped working and there was noone at reception who could have fixed it. The reception staff had left and the janitor was appointed at the reception who was not able to fix the issue. I had to spend an hour with him to try to fix it until he called the staff to figure it out which took an additional hour. The staff spoke to us and was extremely rude telling us to go and sleep as now the ac was fixed - at 1130PM. Do NOT stay here.

While sufficient, the room was smaller than expected. There is only one mirror which was in the bathroom despite plenty of other wall space to hang another one. Towel rack over the bidet was way too low. Also, some mold in the shower.

Aile odası geniş terası güzel Biraz havuzdan erken saatte gelen ses rahatsız edici olabilir biz zaten gezmeye geldiğimiz için erken uyandığımızdan rahatsızlık duymadık aile odasında terasta ki korkuluklar çocuklar için çok tehlikeli biz çocuğumuzu hiç terasa çıkartmadık.

- Kim (5/5): - Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie perfect. En zeker een pluspunt is dat je kan parkeren onder het hotel. De kamer leek totaal niet op de foto's. De badkamer was zo afgeleeft, roestig, aanslag en kapot en vies dat we liever voor een vochtig washandje kozen om zo min mogelijk aan te raken. En het bed sliep goed maar ook dd hygiene ervan was twijvelachtig ☺️

Purtroppo L accessibilità per chi viaggia in sedie a rotelle é un po un problema soprattutto per l accesso nelle strutture e scalini , ma la cordialità dello staff sempre pronto ad aiutare fa piacere .

- matteo.greco.84 (9/5): An excellence in the Center of Naples - The breakfast and the personnel at the bar were amazing, very helpful and friendly. A great choice, in particular for the "sweet " alternatives. The swimming pool is very nice even if not really fit for kids, but people there were generally understanding let them playing around. However, having a pool in the center of Napoli is something incredible. The location was perfect, in the best spot of the city (close by San Gregorio Armeno) The parking was also a super plus: kind people and helpful! The room was very spatious, perfect for parents and 2 kids. 2 televisions, bar etc.. The room was often very dusty and there was some problems with the wastewater, but i believe it is not related to the hotel, but more to the center of Naples

Merci à Claudio, pour les recommandations de restaurants 😁 Très très bruyant… on entend très fort ce qu’il se passent dans les chambres voisines, être réveillés à 6h par les voisins qui prennent leur douche comme si on était dans la même chambre. Nous avions vu sur la piscine partiellement ouverte, la musique dès 8h jusque 21h30 pour les cours qui y sont donnés..

After the first day, we realized the housekeeper didn’t clear the floor, just organized the beds.

Piscina perfetta: siamo andati proprio per usufruirne e per far allenare i ragazzi e ci hanno permesso di usarla anche oltre orario insieme agli altri giovani locali. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione migliorabile: poca scelta e nulla di salato. Se si arriva tardi non trovi quasi nulla di quello rimasto. Pochi tavoli a disposizione.

La propreté des lieux.nous avons été surclassé et la chambre pour 3 était très spacieuse avec une super terrasse. Le bruit de la piscine des 8h du matin ett le bruit de l salle e fitness et nous on eu froid dans notre chambre. On a du changer de chambre tellement c’était impossible pour nous qui voulions nous reposer.

- Carina (8/5): - A localização era excelente. É o quarto também era muito bom. Quando chegamos pedimos mais cobertores, não tinham pediram para ligar o AC que fazia muito barulho e não conseguimos deixar ligado durante a noite. Tivemos frio durante a noite. A chave do quarto tinha que ficar na receção, quando saímos do quarto. Tudo certo! Mas quando chegamos já não eram as mesmas pessoas e ao pedimos a chave não confirmaram a nossa identidade, qualquer um podia levantar a chave. Não tinha amenities, para um hotel destes esperava-se mais.

- Estelle (7/5): Bon petit séjour au centre de Naples. - La chambre était grande avec un lit très confortable. A proximité de l'hôtel se trouve la rue Benetto Croce avec beaucoup de restaurants. Les horaires un peu retreints de la piscine (celle-ci est utilisée aussi comme piscine pour la ville, donc des cours ont lieu assez tôt).

- Simona (8/5): Bella scoperta a due passi da S. Chiara. - Comodità di avere il parcheggio ( a pagamento) accanto alla struttura, con annesso ascensore che arriva al piano della camera. Colazione buona, ragazze alla reception cordiali e gentili. Camera comoda( tripla), con ampio terrazzo. La maleducazione del signore alla reception nelle ore serali/ notturne.

Propreté de l'établissement. Tres grande chambre avec belle terrasse et vue sur la piscine. Tres belle piscine ouverte de 9h à 16h. Climatisation de la chambre en panne. Petit déjeuner de qualité tres moyenne.
