- Francesca (6/5): Singola terribile - Camera singola fatiscente. Nemmeno il condizionatore. In camera un caldo a.ssurdo e una pizza allucinante. No spazzolino e dentifricio, no ciabattine. Le stanze singole vengono sempre bistrattate in svizzera. Eppure i viaggiatori che lavorano avrebbero bisogno una stanza con dei conforts
- Ralf (8/5): Modern und zweckmässig - Das Zimmer war für mich viel zu warm in der Nacht. Wegen Verkehrslärm konnte ich das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und zweckoptimiert. Frühstück gut und ausreichend Auswahl. TG kostet 9 CHF extra.

- Peter (8/5): Vollautomatisiertes modernes Hotel - Das Hotel ist ohne Rezeption und vollautomatisiert. Da ich einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage brauchte, kontaktierte ich die Rezeption und ich bekam einen Link, mit dem ich direkt per Handy einchecken konnte. Das hat soweit gut geklappt, die Tiefgarage liess sich öffnen, aber von da ins Haus zu kommen, schien mit dem Handy irgendwie nicht möglich. Was immer ich versuchte, die Tür ging nicht auf, also dann aussen rum und beim Haupteingang versucht, dort hat alles geklappt. Es ging dann einen Moment, bis sich die Zimmertür öffnen liess, aber alles in allem hat es funktioniert. Das Zimmer war extrem grosszügig, es war sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück konnte ich aus zeitlichen Gründen leider nicht probieren.

- RICHARD (4/5): - Pas d’accueil, service au petit déjeuner sous haute surveillance, du jamais vu… Quantités limitées, variées absente, et malgré les 2 surveillantes le buffet vide à 7:40 ne dérange visiblement pas. Nous avons dû attendre 8:30 pour avoir un peu de réassort, c’est incroyable. Sinon les petits jeton pour obtenir un boisson par personne étaient sympa. Sur le reste RAS.
- Roberto (8/5): - Das Einchecken war etwas mühsam. Die Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, wenn auch etwas kahl, das Bett sehr bequem.

- Joris (8/5): Séjour parfait outre le petit déjeuner - La propreté générale, le confort et l'odeur dans la chambre était parfait, le garage en sous sol était correct mais manquait sans doute de place comparé au chambre disponible. Le bémol du séjour, le petit déjeuner, les yaourt et les jus n'était pas frais, il y a seulement un tout petit choix de vienoiserie et de charcuteries. Sinon la reception nous a surpris, après un petit coup de chaud, tout a fonctionné correctement. On garde un bon souvenir. Concernant l'autoroute à proximité, pas de panique les chambres son bien isolés !

- Giovanni (10/5): Good stay in Lachen - After an initial struggle with the self check in, we received immediate great phone assistance. All smooth, nice stay, very comfortable room and great shower facility. Nice breakfast, very kind staff, … in a few words, we will stay here again soon.
- mattPortsmouth (8/5): Decent Stay for Business Trip - I have to be honest was a bit sceptical when my company booked me in here, it’s on top of garage, next to a highway and no staff onsite. I was pleasantly surprised, the single room was huge, sound proofed from the highway. The garage was really handy for a snack or drink, the continental breakfast was plenty. It’s in walking distance of pubs and restaurants in Lachen and the train station. I will stay here again if in the area.
- Juerg Peter (8/5): Sympathischer Empfang - Es war dank Marta vom Hotel-Kreisel-Team möglich, schon um 12 Uhr einzuchecken und die Rechnung gleich bar zu bezahlen. Herzlichen Dank für den netten, sympatischen Empfang und die persönliche Beratung.
- Kim (8/5): - This hotel was nothing like we expected. There was no receptionist. Not a human in sight. It Felt kind of strange. Luckily I had Internet and was able to access my reservation code because the Expedia papers I was holding did not have the right number. The Room was large, very clean and there was the most amazing water pressure. But it was located above a gas station. The car park felt very secure. I wish I had known the set up beforehand. It was a bit disconcerting to arrive. I’m very glad I was with other people and not traveling alone.

(1박) - 우선 무인체크인에 매우 당황. 리셉션이 없어..... 미리 연락처 전화해서 등록번호 받아야함. 이것저것 입력해야 키카드가 나옴. 그후에 차를 몰고 차고쪽으로 가서 진입시 키카드를 태그하고 지하 차고에 주차가 가능함. 전화받으시는분 굉장히 친절하고 영어도 잘하심. 깔끔하고 모던함. 이불은 옷장에 있음. 공간도 넉넉함. 그러나 샤워기 바닥물 흘러넘침. 냉장고도 없고 방안에 물도 없음. 공용공간에서 사먹거나 3층에 가서 먹어야 하는 것 같음. 아침은 변변찮으나 창밖보며 대충 간단히 먹음. 주변에 먹을데나 다른 괜찮은 호텔 아무것도 없음. 차로 5분 걸어서 10분거리에 쇼핑몰 있음.

- Sofie13 (10/5): Good Business Hotel - Fantastic comfortable beds - The secretary reserved the new hotel for me. I was sceptical because it is a self-check in. I was explained what to do at the automatic self check in. But it was so easy. There was no que to check in I got my key that took me to the garage and with the elevator I found my way to the hotel! Surprises... such large rooms and very spacious, great colours for the furniture and beddings The famous swiss mattresses (Happy Bed) on the Boxspring bed was just a perfect combination! I would have loved to carry the bed with me! Great hotel. I think they will get 4 starts once it is rated. The hotel is just at the highway but the windows insulatio is so good you hear nothing. There is an aircleaning system in the room. So you dont smell exhaust gases from cars. The free WIFi is very fast. I will definitely return
