En recepción nos dieron mensajes contradictorios sobre el desayuno. Se publicita como que está cerca del centro en transporte público, lo que es verdad hasta las 23:15 cuando ya no hay autobuses y se vuelve imposible volver salvo en taxi.

• Gonzalo (9/5): Fantastica opcion para hospedarse con auto y cerca de la naturaleza - Los estudios Numad son un anexo con entrada independiente al hotel Arima donde se recogen las llaves, esta rodeado de un bosque espectacular. La estancia fue muy agradable ya que la habitación, si bien es justa de espacio, tiene todo lo necesario para vivir confortablemente. La cocina es completa y con todos los enseres para cocinar. La cama y la insonorización estaban muy bien, El baño es moderno y muy cómodo. Pagamos la tarifa con desayuno que se sirve en la cafetería del hotel y este fue excepcional, con muchas opciones, una atención fantástica y cordial de parte del personal. El mismo complejo cuenta con: muy buen gimnasio, cuarto de lavandería automático y un sector de living enorme con vista al fantástico bosque que lo rodea. Cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito en la calle que si se encuentra lleno hay otro muy cerca. Sin duda volveremos. No esta cerca del centro pero hay parada de bus enfrente y en auto se llega en 10 minutos.

• Matilde (8/5): Modern studios with kitchenette, good value for money. - I had stayed at Numad Studios previously and like the fact that it is modern, very quiet, comfortable and has a kitchenette.The staff at the Arima reception was nice, except for one woman who was quite uninterested in helping on the one occasion I saw the Numad Studios reception open (it is usually closed but it’s not a problem because the Arima is right next door. They are also very responsive when you call, which is nice.The receptionist that checked me in, Ibai, was nice enough to give me a small upgrade to a larger studio with a view of the forest. Parking is always an issue, the Arima hotel next door has its own parking and owns Numad Studios, so it would be great if they could offer that option. Also, it was COLD inside the studio! It has a/c but no heating. They said it was because they had recently changed it to the summer option but I have read other reviews from other times of the year (I stayed first week of October 2025 and first week of May 2026 and I was cold both times) from guests saying the same thing. They gave me a blanket (super heavy and did not give the impression that it was clean; they should have those warm, light ones) so sleeping was not a problem, but one can’t expect guests to be in bed all day. And lastly, even though it’s mostly quiet, this time I did hear my next-door neighbors and the cleaning crew talking in the corridors while cleaning the rooms.

Le pongo un 8 porque estuvimos 4 días y supuestamente cambian las toallas y te hacen la habitación cada dos días , pero en nuestro caso no fue así😪.Por lo demás genial.

Situados en una zona arbolada de las afueras de San Sebastián, perfecto para descansar pero a la vez disfrutar de la ciudad. Cama estupenda, al igual que el baño y la ducha, zona de cocina y pequeña mesa. La insonorización de 10. Gimnasio, lavandería y plancha en el piso inferior. Parking gratis en el exterior. Volveremos!

• Anthony (2/5): Dirty like a hostal - The fact it is easy ish to find off the motorway after a long drive. The staff in the hotel are lovely and very helpful. Dirty walls with people's hand prints all over them, moldy showers, electric blinds are old and dirty along with the power wall sockets.. that were hanging off the wall! Broken tv, smelly dirty kettle and on and on and on! Overall impression was tired, dirty and quick turn around! Stay at the hotel next door.

Apesar de longe do centro, tem uma paragem de autocarro mesmo em frente ao hotel, em 20 minutos estávamos no centro de San Sebastian. Local tranquilo. Colchão poderia ser melhor, poderiam disponibilizar mais almofadas. Deveriam tornar explícito que o check in deve ser feito na entrada do hotel.

• Bruno (8/5): Great Apartment in San Sebastian - The room was very comfortable but a bit small. The location was perfect because there are direct buses from the hotel to the city center which makes it very convenient. The room temperature was extremly high even when the heater was off. It went up to 27°C degrees which is way too much. The staff were a bit problematic when we asked to have a coffee as this is something they do not offer. I feel having a coffee machine of some short of cafeteria for those who are staying at the apartments would be ideal.

• Ivan (10/5): Apartamentos bien ubicados, muy confortables con un servicio del personal de 5* - Un lugar excelente, recientemente construído, tamaño adecuado y destacar especialmente la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal que fue de lo mejor que he experimentado en este y otros países. Nada. Los apartamentos estan a 25 minutos del centro de Donostia pero hay un bus que pasa muy regularmente. Por supuesto, si estos mismos apartamentos estuvieran en el centro, costarían el doble.
