• Daniel (2/5): Achtung: irreführende Lage, renovierungsbedürftiger Zustand und unzuverlässige Kommunikation - Auch wenn die Lage falsch angegeben war, war es immerhin auf Lanzarote und Playa Blanca;) Die Bilder sind wohl authentisch - allerdings deutlich veraltet und spiegeln den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses überhaupt nicht wieder. Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten, renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Die bei Buchung auf Booking.com angezeigte Lage auf der Karte war falsch und wich erheblich von der tatsächlichen Adresse ab (siehe Bild). Das Haus befand sich nicht – wie dargestellt – im Südwesten nahe des Sunset Viewpoints. (Die Kartendarstellung wurde offenbar inzwischen korrigiert.) Der Zustand des Hauses ist insgesamt deutlich renovierungsbedürftig: • Badewanne beschädigt und austauschbedürftig • Sofa sehr abgenutzt (mit Decken abgedeckt) • Badezimmertür ohne Klinke/Schloss – ließ sich nicht schließen • Badezimmerfenster nicht zu öffnen, Anzeichen von Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel • Kleine Toilette ohne Fenster oder Abluft • Haustürgriff fiel mehrfach ab • Küche sollte ausgetauscht werden - Ofen-Bedienknöpfe lösten sich • Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig und teilweise beschädigt • Mokkakanne innen rostig (gesundheitsgefährdend - siehe Bild anbei) • Terrassentür nur schwer zu öffnen Die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich war nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Pool war bei Ankunft deutlich verschmutzt. Ein Kescher oder Reinigungsgerät zur eigenen Reinigung war bei Anreise nicht vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unzureichend: Wir haben uns mehrfach vor der Anreise gemeldet, um den Check-in-Zeitpunkt abzustimmen und Details zu klären. Auf diese Anfragen erfolgte zunächst keine Reaktion. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen erhielten wir die Check-in-Informationen weniger als 24 Stunden vor Ankunft. Der vereinbarte Check-in-Zeitpunkt wurde zudem nicht eingehalten. Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort, konnten jedoch nicht einchecken, da das Reinigungsteam noch im Haus tätig war. Der Zugang war erst deutlich später möglich. Insgesamt entspricht weder die Lage noch der Zustand noch die Organisation dem Eindruck, dem online vermittelt wird.
• Frank (7/5): Mooi huis, slechte uitrusting - De locatie is heel goed, op loopafstand van voorzieningen en de wandelpromenade langs zee. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin op het zuiden met volop zon en beschutting en een mooi zwembad. De uitrusting van het huis is volstrekt ontoereikend, niet eens 4 stuks servies. En apparatuur is veelal stuk. Zwembad en huis worden nauwelijks schoongemaakt.
• Louise (7/5): Relaxing hols - We especially liked the pool and garden . Was lovely and peaceful and had a friendly cat visit us. Close to a few bars and restaurants. Everything was fine just could do with a bit of DIY to small things. There was no handle on bathroom door ,I didn't bother us but might someone else.

• patricia (2/5): No es como en las fotos - Las vistas y el patio Las fotos no reflejan la realidad. Mal olor en la cocina, falta de homenaje, bañera oxidada, cortinas mohosas, puerta del baño que se atranca y no puedes abrir. Suelo del patio en mal estado y cuando pones la lavadora o el lavavajillas sale un olor horrible
• Robbe (7/5): Gezellig huisje in Lanzarote - De leuke tuin met zwembad. Gezellig huisje en goede indeling. In een rustige omgeving. Geen nachtlawaai. Alles is al een beetje verouderd en afgeleefd. Meubilair, sanitair, BBQ, keuken, ..
• Lisa (7/5): Pleasant stay and a super friendly visiting cat made our week - Nice villa and a really good size compared to a lot of others. We had a comfortable stay No air con, pool not heated, villa is a bit dated and could do with a bit of an update. With not a lot of money could be so much nicer.

• William (8/5): Not up to the usual standard of villa we rent but being a very late booking probably value for money - Combination lock which wasn't very good. Took us about 15 minutes to get in. The small bathroom had an unpleasant odour so we bought air freshener. Main bathroom was not of a high standard with rust on edge of bath. We were only able to get Netflix on TV and only because we already had a membership. We assumed that villa would be cleaned and bedding and towels replaced mid stay. Cleaner arrived to clean and change only 3 days before we were due to leave. In the interim we washed bedding and towels ourselves.
• Paul (9/5): Lovely Villa but location was far far away from anything - Lovely villa. Well appointed. Comfortable. Nice size. Location of villa was way way out of town. Local beaches smelt of sewage
• Astra (8/5): I don't mind to visit this place again. - Quiet sunny days at the swimming pool, good swimming pool, a bit cool, but on the third day you get used to that. The promenade and shops not too far. Just enjoy! There was no key for the safe. A juiser didn't work.
• Brenda (3/5): Cold and uncomfortable, not up to Booking.com standards - Location. Quiet. Villa needs TLC. Uncomfortable. Chipped minimal amount of crockery, broken ancient sunbeds, missing curtain, leaking utility room and leaking gutter. Dangerouse fire extinquisher. Badly fitting sheets.
• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The ideall place for holiday with small children. Everything was clean a tidy. Garden and pool was amazing!
• Jakob (7/5): Nice for a vacation with friends but there is definitely some work that needs to be done to the interior. The house has - The location is very good but you need a car anyways. The outdoor area is also nice to look at and it felt very private. The house is perfectly directed towards the sun, so we could enjoy the soft December and January sun all day long. The pool was clean and the water quite cold. It was nice to just cool down every now and then. The barbecue, the dishwasher and the washing machine were definitely nice to have! The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The amenities were quite run down, old and some of them weren’t working anymore. The were no cushions or pillows which was unpleasant since the wooden benches are quite uncomfortable. The towels and shower rugs were old and need to be replaced. There is no big pot, just two really small ones. The second bathroom doesn’t have a window which made it uncomfortable to shower in. There was mold on the curtain and the sofa was quite dirty. The house is not easy to find. They should have sent us the coordinates right away.
