Guest Reviews
- Alicia (10/5): - The staff and room were good. But the area isn't close to much and there are prostitutes that walk the street in front.
- Genaro (10/5): - Very clean
- Edward (4/5): A place to sleep - Overall this was not a good stay and was a poor value.
The room was not very clean. The floor needed mopping and there was a hairball on the bathroom vanity. The bedding was clean however.
The interaction at check in is just at a teller window in a little alcove and not very friendly at that. Be prepared to hand over CASH for a deposit for your room key card.
Overall the area did not seem unsafe but there is nothing walkable nearby except a Circle-K and a Walgreens. Don't let the Freemont address fool you, it's not close to the Freemont Experience. I wouldn't walk that busy street at night.
The room was very dimly lit and one of the lamps not working did not help. There was no safety bolt on the door, there were no hangers in the closet area, and there was no alarm clock.
The bathroom was very tired and worn, but not dirty.
The dorm style fridge and the air conditioner worked well, as did the TV with a good channel lineup.
- Edward (4/5): A place to sleep - A vehicle breakdown forced me to stay in
Vegas overnight. There was a lot going on that weekend so descent rooms at a reasonable price were scarce and all available rooms were going for above their normal prices.
The room was not very clean. The floor needed mopping and there was a hairball on the bathroom vanity. The bedding was clean however.
The interaction at check in is just at a teller window in a little cove and not very friendly at that. Be prepared to hand over a $20 CASH deposit for the key card.

- Linda (2/5): - They were very rude, false advertisement and very nasty. I saw two roaches within the first 10 minutes of me being there.
- Philippe (10/5): - Ok for the Price.
- Matt (10/5): - The manager was super friendly, very accommodating, and had a great vibe. Room was comfortable. Hot water was hot, a/c was cold, bed was comfortable, and they even had a refrigerator and microwave. I was very happy staying here.
- Thalisson (10/5): - Very comfortable
- Jaden (6/5): - It was an alright experience for my first time getting a motel , very noisy cause of where it’s located , not on the motel staff
- Remunalila (10/5): Surprisingly great motel!! - The place is great, I expected it to be bad cause it’s a old place. But no! I was pleasantly pleased to find the room lovely and the bed quite comfortable! I even got free waters from the front desk staff which helped after a long day of travel!
- Debra (8/5): Pleasantly Surprised - This Motel at first when you drive up to it doesn't look like much. But then you pull inside and see all the work they have done to it. Its very clean, and you can see they have painted each outside of the rooms. The manager was out up on a ladder making sure all the lighting was working. We didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom when we checked in, so I went down and ask for some. He said, there isn't any there? I told him no, and he immediately called, and had some delivered to our room. He was very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. Due to all the obvious work they have done reaches the front area that you see from the street. It will look very old school Vegas. The bed was very comfortable, and it was only 2 1/2 miles straight down from the downtown Fremont Experience. My only complaint if you can call it that was there is no coffee maker in the Hotel. However, if your looking for coffee and a great breakfast.. The 50's Diner Omelet House is very close to there and serves THE greatest breakfasts.
- ezequiel (2/5): - This place was disgusting the shower handle was broke we could only get cold water, toilet was rocking, this is the worst motel I ever stayed in and very expensive too
- S (8/5): - Attendant was quick, quiet, and polite. Assisted us with a friendly smile. Room was exceptionally clean, I was impressed by the string smell of colorox that assaulted my sense when entering the room. Most motels are far from smelling clean. Only slight issue we had was getting the wifi password. The front desk receptionist talked so fast on the phone I could not understand her, then the phone cut off, most likely due to bad reception. Issue was handle shortly later as we came back from store. I stopped by the office and attendant gladly gave me the little card with the information. Other than that our start was quiet and peaceful. I would start there again and recommend staying there to fanning and friends.
- John (6/5): - Just a bit rundown and there was a big dead roach on the bathroom floor.
- Randi (10/5): - It’s a small property but very clean and staff or owner extremely nice and clear about the prices
- Vickie (10/5): - The owners are very kind. The housekeeper is super helpful and friendly. The view at night it BEAUTIFUL! I loved sitting on the outdoor steps and seeing the city lights in the near distance and the airplanes dancing like lighting bugs in the night sky. Not too far from the The Strip. But just far enough away to get some quiet nights. We checked out at 2am without any problems and will definitely stay here again in the future
- BRANDON (2/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel. - This motel was disgusting, the whole room was sticky, the sheets were dirty, there is a chain to Saftey latch the door with no where on the door to latch it. There is a hot pocket wax sleeve blocking a hole in the roof, and the bathroom light is hanging by the wires. The side window also does not lock. I was over charged 30 dollars. When I left ( less that 3 hours) after checking in, I was refused a refund or a discount. I will never recommend, at return to this motel.
- John (8/5): - Very clean Parking was clean and well lit
- Estella (6/5): - Nice place but the toilet was not working properly.
- Alana (8/5): - It was a great experience but overpriced.
- LaSylvia (6/5): - It was okay
- Paulette (2/5): - Please update it looks old and run dwn
- Tara M (2/5): - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING motel!! Blood spot on the pillow. Hair on the sheets and floor. No blub in night stand lamp. Poor lock for door. Unfriendly office person. When I voiced my concerns, they were not listened to or corrected. It was near midnight and I had already paid, so I felt forced to stay. A distance from the Las Vegas Strip. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND HOPE YOU DO NOT, EITHER. Yuck!
- paul (8/5): - the staff was friendly and the room was clean but the bed was a little hard. The only annoying issue was the shower running out of hot water after about 15 minutes.
- Calvin (2/5): - Staff was friendly, Room was in poor
- Vashisth (10/5): Definitely recommend it - The owner was very co-operative and helpful in my needs. The room was clean and nice. I had to shorten my stay by one night and he was kind enough to refund me for that night.
- Andrew (10/5): - Very nice staff. Spacious rooms.
- Marilyn R. (8/5): - The sleeping area was newly renovated and had new carpet and paint. The door Ned’s to be shaved as hard to pen and close. Beds were comfortable. No way to close off the closet sink area . Had issues with the toilet and they had to come back after allegedly fix to really fix it. All Personnel were friendly and helpful
- joseph (6/5): - It was a last chance stay for me just didn't have anywhere else to go but it's okay place it's safe to clean
- Martin (4/5): - This place was clean, but was basically a dump. An older property not that well taken care of.
WAY OVER PRICED.
- Victoria (10/5): - Clean no frills property with updated paint, appliances, doors, windows. Would recommend.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great lil spot off the main strip. Clean, polite and convenient. Thanks again... Will return if needed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Horrible I made a reservation on a Friday and the lady didn't give me a good explanation why i couldnt check in . she said becuz had too many things in my car and I told her I all I needed is to sleep and shower the stuff in my car is stayin in my car but she didnt let me check in so i had to sleep in my car this friday night . I wasn't rude or anything but I really drove all the way 2 North Las Vegas for nothing and had no where to sleep because every else where was sold out or way more expensive wen i used my last 130 to pay for this americans inn motel .
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing
- David (2/5): worse hotels. com motel ive encountered. - price of $244 was four times fair value for very outdated run down, old style motel. inside grimy. lower sheet looked like either washed and all stain coloration didnt come out or not changed(they did come on request and put clean sheet over it). im not good at languages so had trouble understanding very thick indian accident of night attendent. had to call to get wifi login.bed ok but not great in comfort.
they definetely are taking advantage of nearly 100% sold out las vegas weekends
- Tonan (2/5): Do not stay here - Guy was on his phone for 10 min when I walked in and was waiting to be helped. Fridge didn’t work in first room. Comforter was nasty with stains and burn holes. Way to expensive for what you get.
- Herve (8/5): Vegas trip - It was ok
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No way a 4 star, no hot drink facilities, no tub stopper (plug) so bath of no use,
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I needed a place to crash for a few hours on a day business trip. I was surprised how clean it was! My UBER driver told me to be careful at night but I literally was just there for a few hours during the day so I can’t vouch for that. Staff was very friendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is located a short Uber ride from the Fremont Street Experience. We were advised not to walk the streets since the area is a little sketchy but is improving. We felt perfectly safe in the room. The property itself is old and shows it's age. However, the room was clean and contained the necessities...bed, TV, bathroom with a tub shower. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful, kind and efficient. I am sorry that I don't remember his name. I recommend this property for a couple, traveling without children who are satisfied with affordable basics.
- Robert (10/5): Last minute reservation - Nice and clean no frills motel. Doors to the room needs better securing. At night the whole place is very well lit. Surrounding area is a little shady.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff is friendly but this place is a dive. The fluorescent lights didn’t help.
- Helen (6/5): - The staff is nice. The location is very convent, close to Fremont street experience. However it is very noisy, not only close to freeway but it's on the path of air flight. So about every 20 minutes there will be an airline flying around. Considering the competitive price I guess the hotel is fine.
- joe (2/5): Disrespectful Managers/Filthy Hotel - The front desk person (Eastern Europeans) was kind when he saw my credit card, and when I checked into the room, it was the nastiest sight I have seen in any other room for over $100.00 value that I have paid, the rug was old as the hotel itself, and very dirty! the refrigerator was all wet and not working, I tried calling the front desk, and all I got from the phone dialing out was a busy signal, I called hotels.com and explained my uncalled for situation but, as it being 7pm at night they couldn't get a hold of the the front desk managers. When I checked out the next morning, (early as possible) and returned the key, I told them that I was going to make a very bad review on the hotel and the couple who runs the place. I am a hard working decent American Citizen, and I didn't needed to be treated badly both verbally and coming up to my car yelling in the parking lot as I was leaving the hotel. the man and woman (married)? were being so rude, all I told them was that I will make sure I tell others about their disrespectful behavior towards hard working men and women and the condition of the hotel which is by no means a good place to stay, and to top it off, they didn't have very good professional looks, and had bad hygiene that should explain a lot. Don't stay here!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 10 to get towels, no ice, no soap etc & no hot water till almost check out, at 11 or they threaten to call the police! No body there either plus the key dep. They were rude, disresoectful & never got the receipt for cash the secobd night.
- Frank Rita (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean rooms
- RW (6/5): - A clean, basic, inexpensive place to sleep. Time to replace the cheap pillows, though.
- Verified traveler (2/5): I do not recommend - Old hotel with moldy smell, poor quality linen and bath and totally isolated, nothing close to the hotel.
- Ralph (8/5): - Stayed 2 nights. Room (118) was not cleaned after first night.
- Diane (10/5): Nice Rooms. - We only stayed here one night on the way back home, arrived late and left early the next morning, but the room was large and clean. Efficient air con, smart decor, very comfy bed and soft pillows, helpful staff on the desk. Fridge and microwave were a bonus but a couple of cups would have been useful to make a drink. The unexpected addition of resort fees made it not a cheap room, but it was the height of summer in Vegas so I guess that is to be expected. Plenty of parking directly outside the rooms. We weren't there long enough to comment on the location.
